Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the terms "first", "second" and "third" in the description of the present invention are used for convenience of description only and do not indicate or imply relative importance of the devices, elements or parameters, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Traditional power consumption passes through the ammeter statistics, but the ammeter statistics only is simple power consumption, can't combine together with the operating parameter of air conditioner, through the compressor of monitoring off-premises station, fan electric current isoparametric, combines power consumption, optimizes outer machine compressor and fan control, effectual reduction user's power consumption.
The invention detects the operation parameters of the air conditioner in real time, for example, a cloud service module is arranged in the outdoor unit, the operation parameters of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are transmitted to the cloud server in real time, and the cloud server can analyze and compare the detected operation parameters with preset values of the operation parameters stored in advance, so as to analyze the abnormal power consumption and the abnormal operation of the air conditioner. And (4) combining the analysis result to give an early warning or alarm for the abnormal condition of the air conditioning system.
In the embodiment of the invention, the 'power consumption preset value', 'compressor average current preset value' and 'outdoor fan average current preset value' of the air conditioner under various operating conditions and different loads are preset by counting the values of the air conditioner in normal operation, and are a preset value range. As shown in table 1, when the rated refrigeration condition and different loads are applied, the power consumption preset range, the compressor average current preset range and the outdoor fan average current preset range within a preset time period (for example, 8 hours) are as follows:
TABLE 1 Power consumption eight hours, compressor average Current and outdoor Fan average Current Preset Range
Regarding the division of "minimum load", "25% load", …, "maximum load" in table 1, taking a multi-split air conditioner with an outdoor unit having a number of 16HP as an example, the multi-split air conditioner has two compressors, two outdoor fans, and 11 indoor units, and the load division under the rated cooling condition is shown in table 2:
TABLE 2 different load conditions under nominal refrigeration conditions
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of main steps of a first embodiment of a method for monitoring an operating state of an air conditioner according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the monitoring method of the present embodiment includes steps a10-a 20:
and A10, comparing the actual power consumption value of the air conditioner with the preset power consumption value within a preset time period, and judging whether the air conditioner has abnormal power consumption according to the comparison result.
And A20, comparing the actual value of the operation parameter with the preset value of the operation parameter when the power consumption is judged to be abnormal, and judging whether the air conditioner is abnormal according to the comparison result.
The power consumption preset value and the operation parameter preset value are both dependent on the operation condition and the load of the air conditioner, namely when the operation condition and the load of the air conditioner are different, the corresponding power consumption preset value and the corresponding operation parameter preset value are also different.
For example, for a 16HP multi-split air conditioner, at a rated cooling condition and a 50% load, the preset value of the power consumption for 8 hours is within the range (A3, b3) given in table 1, and if the actual value of the power consumption for 8 hours is found to be beyond the preset range in step a10, it is determined that the air conditioner has abnormal power consumption, and step a20 is continuously executed.
In this embodiment, the step a20 may specifically include steps a21-a 24:
in step a21, if the power consumption abnormality is determined in step a10, the process goes to step a 22.
And A22, comparing the actual value of the average current of the compressor of the air conditioner in a preset time period with a corresponding preset value, and judging whether the average current of the compressor is abnormal or not according to the comparison result.
And A23, comparing the actual value of the average current of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner in a preset time period with a corresponding preset value, and judging whether the average current of the outdoor fan is abnormal according to the comparison result.
Table 1 also shows the average current preset value of the compressor and the average current preset value of the outdoor fan within 8 hours, which are respectively a preset value range. If the rated refrigeration condition is adopted and the load is 50%, the average current of the compressor is (x3, y3) in 8 hours, and the average current of the outdoor fan is (w3, z 3). And if the actual value of the average current of the compressor or the actual value of the average current of the outdoor fan exceeds the corresponding range within 8 hours, the average current of the compressor or the average current of the outdoor fan is considered to be abnormal.
Step A24, when the average current of the compressor and/or the average current of the outdoor fan are/is judged to be abnormal, comparing the actual value and the corresponding preset value of each operating parameter in the first operating parameter group, and/or comparing the actual value and the corresponding preset value of each operating parameter in the second operating parameter group.
For a multi-split air conditioner consisting of one outdoor unit (including two compressors and two outdoor fans) and n indoor units, the first operation parameter set is shown in table 3:
TABLE 3 first set of operating parameters
As can be seen from table 3, the first set of operating parameters includes compressor inverter voltage, compressor inverter current, and preset air conditioner internal and external machine parameters. The compressor inverter voltage comprises an inverter INV1 voltage and an inverter INV2 voltage in table 3; the compressor inverter currents include "inverter INV1 current", "inverter INV2 current" in table 3; the rest parameters in table 3 all belong to preset parameters of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. Pd1 and Pd2 respectively represent the high pressure of the two compressors; the low pressure of the two compressors is the same and is indicated by Ps; td1 and Td2 respectively represent the discharge temperatures of the two compressors; ts1 and Ts2 respectively indicate the suction temperatures of the two compressors; toil1 and Toil2 respectively represent the oil temperatures of the two compressors; TC1 and TC2 respectively represent the air pipe temperature and the liquid pipe temperature of the indoor unit, and the temperature of corresponding TC1 and TC2 coils needs to be detected for each indoor unit.
For a multi-split air conditioner consisting of one outdoor unit (including two compressors and two outdoor fans) and n indoor units, the second operation parameter set is shown in table 4:
TABLE 4 second set of operating parameters
As can be seen from table 4, the second operation parameter set includes the outdoor fan voltage, the outdoor fan current, and the preset parameters of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. The outdoor fan voltage includes "outdoor fan 1 voltage" and "outdoor fan 2 voltage" in table 4; the outdoor fan currents include outdoor fan 1 current "," outdoor fan 2 current "in table 4; the rest parameters in table 4 all belong to the "preset air conditioner indoor and outdoor unit parameters", and these parameters are the same as the "preset air conditioner indoor and outdoor unit parameters" in table 3 in terms of parameter types and value ranges. The type of the preset parameters of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be preset according to the specific structure and characteristics of the air conditioner.
And A25, judging whether the air conditioner is abnormally operated according to the comparison result of the step A24.
In this embodiment, step a25 may specifically include steps a251-a 253:
for convenience of expression, a normal range, an early warning range and an alarm range included in the preset value corresponding to each operation parameter in the first operation parameter group are respectively referred to as a "first normal range", a "first early warning range" and a "first alarm range" below; similarly, the normal range, the early warning range and the warning range included in the preset value corresponding to each operation parameter in the second operation parameter group are respectively referred to as a "second normal range", a "second early warning range" and a "second warning range".
Step A251, if the judgment result of the steps A22-A23 is that the average current of the compressor is abnormal and the average current of the outdoor fan is normal, judging whether the air conditioner has abnormal operation by executing the steps A2511-A2513:
