Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly dust removal viscous wiping cloth and a preparation method thereof. The preparation of the viscous wiping cloth of the invention is that special low-vitrification water-soluble polyester is used as a viscous agent, and the viscous wiping cloth is prepared by the processes of dipping, extruding and drying non-woven fabrics in polyester water-soluble solution. The adhesive wiping cloth prepared by the method is green and environment-friendly in preparation process, free from micromolecules escaping in the using process, capable of keeping permanent adhesiveness and a novel dust removal material.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to cleaning cloth, in particular to environment-friendly dust removal viscous wiping cloth and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sticky wiping cloth is widely applied to dust removal and oil stain removal before painting of paint in automobiles and motorcycles or finish paint, dust removal before painting of pianos, cleaning before painting in coating lines of engineering machinery and dust removal of the front surface of high-grade furniture as a cleaning material with excellent dust removal performance. It consists of two parts, non-woven fabric and adhesive attached to the non-woven fabric. At present, the adhesive wiping cloth which is most widely used in China is mainly prepared by two technical processes. The first technique is to dissolve long oil alkyd resin as adhesive in organic solvent such as ethyl acetate and butanone, then dip the non-woven fabric in the organic solvent for a certain time, extrude the surplus solution from the non-woven fabric, and dry the solvent to obtain the adhesive wiping cloth. The second technique is to dip the non-woven fabric into a mixed aqueous solution in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a tackifying resin and a slipping agent are dissolved, extrude the excess solution, and dry to obtain the viscous wiping cloth. Obviously, the organic solvent used in the first technology can cause great damage to the environment and operators, and does not meet the requirement of the development of green environmental protection times. In the second technique, a large amount of organic small molecular substances are used, and the small molecular substances escape to enter the user body through the skin to cause harm to the human body and pollute the environment. At present, the increasingly serious environmental protection problem is faced, and the wiping cloth which is green and environment-friendly and has excellent dust removal performance is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an environment-friendly dust removal sticky wiping cloth and a preparation method thereof.
Dissolving low-vitrification water-soluble polyester in water to prepare low-vitrification water-soluble polyester solution, then dipping non-woven fabric in the low-vitrification water-soluble polyester solution for 2-10min, removing redundant low-vitrification water-soluble polyester solution in an extrusion mode, and drying to prepare the environment-friendly dust-removal viscous wiping cloth;

the preparation method of the low-vitrification water-soluble polyester comprises the following steps:
adding the raw materials except the catalyst and the stabilizer into a polyester reaction kettle at one time, carrying out esterification reaction at 300KPa and 240 ℃, adding the catalyst and the stabilizer into the reaction kettle after the esterified water reaches 80-90%, slowly pumping to high vacuum, carrying out vacuum polycondensation for 2 hours at 270 ℃, stopping the reaction, discharging, and cooling to obtain the low-vitrification water-soluble polyester;
in addition, the number average molecular weight of the low-vitrification water-soluble polyester is 8000-; the glass transition temperature is-30 ℃ to 0 ℃.
In addition, the aromatic dibasic acid is one or more of isophthalic acid, phthalic acid and terephthalic acid.

In addition, the stabilizer is one or more of trimethyl phosphate, triphenyl phosphite, an antioxidant 1010 and an antioxidant SonGnox 6260.
The invention also provides the environment-friendly dust removal sticky wiping cloth prepared by the preparation method. The environment-friendly dust removal sticky wiping cloth prepared by the invention does not use small molecular organic solvent and auxiliary agent at all in the preparation process, and has no pollution to the environment and no harm to human bodies. And in the using process, harmful substances can not escape, the viscosity can be permanently kept, and the dust removing performance is excellent and environment-friendly.

The experimental procedures used in the following examples are all conventional procedures unless otherwise specified.
Materials, reagents and the like used in the following examples are commercially available unless otherwise specified.
Example 1
Weighing:
aromatic dibasic acid: 200g of terephthalic acid was used as a starting material,
aqueous functional monomer: 10g of 5-sodium sulfoisophthalate,
90g of ethylene glycol is added into the mixture,
aliphatic dibasic acid: 50g of adipic acid, the weight of which,
diol for modification: 10g of neopentyl glycol was added to the reaction mixture,
catalyst: 0.16g of ethylene glycol antimony,
a stabilizer: triphenyl phosphite 0.05 g.
Adding the raw materials except the catalyst and the stabilizer into a 1L polyester reaction kettle at one time, carrying out esterification reaction at 300KPa and 240 ℃, adding the catalyst and the stabilizer into the reaction kettle after the esterification effluent reaches 90% of the theoretical value, slowly pumping to high vacuum, carrying out vacuum polycondensation for 2 hours at 270 ℃, stopping the reaction, discharging, and cooling to obtain the low-vitrification water-soluble polyester.
Heating to dissolve the low-vitrification water-soluble polyester in water, then soaking the non-woven fabric in the water solution for 2min, extruding the redundant polyester solution in the non-woven fabric, and placing the non-woven fabric in an oven at 150 ℃ for 1 min to obtain the environment-friendly dust removal adhesive wiping cloth.
Example 2
Weighing:
aromatic dibasic acid: 150g of terephthalic acid, 50g of isophthalic acid,
aqueous functional monomer: 5g of 2-sodium sulfonate terephthalic acid,
70g of ethylene glycol,
100g of aliphatic dibasic acid, namely adipic acid,
the diol used for modification was neopentyl glycol 20g,
catalyst: 0.16g of tetrabutyl titanate,
a stabilizer: trimethyl phosphate 0.05 g.
Adding the raw materials except the catalyst and the stabilizer into a 1L polyester reaction kettle at one time, carrying out esterification reaction at 300KPa and 240 ℃, adding the catalyst and the stabilizer into the reaction kettle after the esterification effluent reaches 90% of the theoretical value, slowly pumping to high vacuum, carrying out vacuum polycondensation for 2 hours at 270 ℃, stopping the reaction, discharging, and cooling to obtain the low-vitrification water-soluble polyester.
Heating to dissolve the low-vitrification water-soluble polyester in water, then soaking the non-woven fabric in the water solution for 2min, extruding the redundant polyester solution in the non-woven fabric, and placing the non-woven fabric in an oven at 150 ℃ for 1 min to obtain the environment-friendly dust removal adhesive wiping cloth.

Weighing:
aromatic dibasic acid: 190g of terephthalic acid was used as a starting material,
aqueous functional monomer: 10g of 5-sodium sulfoisophthalate,
80g of ethylene glycol,
aliphatic dibasic acid: 100g of sebacic acid (sebacic acid),
diol for modification: 10g of 2-methyl propylene glycol,
catalyst: c-940.16 g of a catalyst carrier, wherein,
a stabilizer: 10100.05 g of antioxidant.
Adding the raw materials except the catalyst and the stabilizer into a 1L polyester reaction kettle at one time, carrying out esterification reaction at 300KPa and 240 ℃, adding the catalyst and the stabilizer into the reaction kettle after the esterification effluent reaches 90% of the theoretical value, slowly pumping to high vacuum, carrying out vacuum polycondensation for 2 hours at 270 ℃, stopping the reaction, discharging, and cooling to obtain the low-vitrification water-soluble polyester.

aromatic dibasic acid: 180g of terephthalic acid, 5g of isophthalic acid and 5g of phthalic acid,
aqueous functional monomer: 10g of 2-sodium sulfonate terephthalic acid,
70g of ethylene glycol,
aliphatic dibasic acid: 30g of adipic acid, 40g of sebacic acid,
diol for modification: neopentyl glycol 5g, 2-methylpropanediol 5g,
catalyst: tetrabutyl titanate 0.08g, antimony acetate 0.04g, antimony trioxide 0.04g,
a stabilizer: 0.03g of trimethyl phosphate, 10100.01 g of antioxidant and 600.01g of antioxidant SonGnox 62600.
Adding the raw materials except the catalyst and the stabilizer into a 1L polyester reaction kettle at one time, carrying out esterification reaction at 300KPa and 240 ℃, adding the catalyst and the stabilizer into the reaction kettle after the esterification effluent reaches 90% of the theoretical value, slowly pumping to high vacuum, carrying out vacuum polycondensation for 2 hours at 270 ℃, stopping the reaction, discharging, and cooling to obtain the low-vitrification water-soluble polyester.
Heating to dissolve the low-vitrification water-soluble polyester in water, then soaking the non-woven fabric in the water solution for 2min, extruding the redundant polyester solution in the non-woven fabric, and placing the non-woven fabric in an oven at 150 ℃ for 1 min to obtain the environment-friendly dust removal adhesive wiping cloth.
And (3) performance testing:
in order to test the performance of the resulting adhesive wipes, the resulting low-glass water-soluble polyester and the final resulting adhesive wipes were tested.
The resultant water-soluble polyester was subjected to vitrification test using DSC:
the temperature scanning range is-80-150 ℃, and the scanning speed is 10 ℃/min; the molecular weight of the water-soluble polyester produced was measured by GPC, and the mobile phase was tetrahydrofuran.
The performance test of the environment-friendly dust removal viscous wiping cloth mainly characterizes the softness of the wiping cloth through appearance and hand feeling. The wiping performance was characterized by wiping the dust laden cell phone screen with it, and observing whether there was dust residue and transfer of the adhesive.
The test results are given in the following table:
the environment-friendly dust removal sticky wiping cloth disclosed by the invention completely does not use micromolecular organic matter solvents and auxiliaries in the preparation process, does not pollute the environment and does not harm human bodies. And in the using process, harmful substances can not escape, the viscosity can be permanently kept, the dust removal performance is excellent, the environment is protected, and the adhesive cleaning cloth can replace the currently common adhesive cleaning cloth which takes oil-soluble alkyd resin and pressure-sensitive adhesive as adhesive.

wherein the number average molecular weight of the low-vitrification water-soluble polyester is 12000-17000; the glass transition temperature is-30-0 ℃;
the aromatic dibasic acid is one or more of isophthalic acid, phthalic acid and terephthalic acid;
the water-based functional monomer is one or two of m-phthalic acid-5-sodium sulfonate and 2-sodium sulfonate terephthalic acid;
the aliphatic dibasic acid is one or more of succinic acid, glutaric acid, adipic acid and sebacic acid;
the dihydric alcohol for modification is one or more of neopentyl glycol, 1, 2-propylene glycol, 2-methylpropanediol, 2, 3-butanediol and 2-methyl-2, 4-pentanediol;
the catalyst is one or more of antimony trioxide, antimony acetate, ethylene glycol antimony, C-94 and tetrabutyl titanate;
the stabilizer is one or more of trimethyl phosphate, triphenyl phosphite, an antioxidant 1010 and an antioxidant SonGnox 6260.
