The invention relates to the technical field of machine tool part equipment, in particular to an adjustable clamp, which comprises a main clamp and an auxiliary clamp, wherein the main clamp is provided with an accommodating part capable of accommodating the auxiliary clamp, the main clamp is connected with the auxiliary clamp in a sliding way, the inner wall of the accommodating part is provided with a transverse sliding groove, the auxiliary clamp is fixed with an extension plate, and the extension plate is fixed with a vertical sliding groove matched with the transverse sliding groove; the main holder is connected with a hydraulic system, and the auxiliary holder is communicated with the main holder through a hydraulic oil pipe. The invention can install the auxiliary clamper on the main clamper, thereby adjusting the clamper area and the contact area of the clamper, and being suitable for processing different workpieces.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of machine tool part equipment, in particular to an adjustable clamp holder.
Background
In the process of workpiece processing, a saddle is often involved to move from a starting position to an end position in a fixed stroke; in the prior art, a sliding block is generally arranged at the bottom of a saddle and is matched with a sliding rail on a lathe bed, so that the sliding block can freely slide on the sliding rail; in order to facilitate the stopping of the saddle when the saddle slides to the corresponding position of the slide rail, a clamp is also arranged at the bottom of the saddle, the outer shape of the clamp is similar to that of a slide block, and the clamp can slide along the slide rail under the condition of no clamping.
For different processing workpieces and workpiece materials, a saddle needs better position fixing performance when working under the processing condition of some workpieces, namely, a clamp needs to have larger clamping area or clamping force on a sliding rail; in some workpiece processing situations, the saddle needs to have better motion flexibility, namely, the clamping device needs to have a smaller contact area with the sliding rail. The existing clamp holder has a certain length and a certain clamping area and contact area with the slide rail, so that the processing of the two conditions cannot be perfectly met at the same time, and the development of the clamp holder with adjustable clamping area and contact area is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an adjustable clamp holder, which solves the problem that the clamp holder in the prior art cannot adjust the clamping area and the contact area of the clamp holder and a slide rail.

the auxiliary holder is movably connected with the main holder and can enter the accommodating part;
the main holder and the auxiliary holder are respectively provided with a clamping groove, and the clamping grooves can be communicated with each other in a coaxial line.
Has the advantages that: therefore, the auxiliary clamp can be movably connected with different processing workpieces and moved out of the accommodating part, so that the auxiliary clamp can be combined with the main clamp, clamping grooves in the main clamp and the auxiliary clamp can be communicated coaxially, and the overall length of the clamp is increased. The length of the clamp holder is increased, the clamping area and the contact area are increased, the clamping force is higher than that of the rail, and the saddle position fixing performance is better. Further, the main holder is fixedly connected with a mounting plate, and the accommodating part is composed of the mounting plate and the main holder.
Thus, the accommodating part is arranged outside the main holder, and the size of the main holder is prevented from being increased compared with the case that the accommodating part is arranged in the main holder; the accommodating part is separated from the main holder, so that the maintenance of the main holder is facilitated; and meanwhile, the mounting plate is convenient for the main holder to be connected with the saddle.
Furthermore, the auxiliary holder and the main holder are movably connected in a sliding manner through a sliding structure.
Therefore, the auxiliary holder can slide out of the accommodating part linearly, and the volume of the accommodating part can be set to be minimum relative to the movable connection modes such as hinging, rotating and the like.
Further, sliding construction is including setting up the spout on the mounting panel, and vice holder's one end fixedly connected with is fixed with the slider with spout complex along length direction's extension board on the extension board.
The length direction is parallel to the movement direction of the main holder, when the main holder needs to be extended, the auxiliary holder can be moved out of the accommodating part through the sliding groove, and the extension plate ensures the stability of the sliding process.
Further, the spout includes horizontal spout and vertical spout, and the one end and the vertical spout intercommunication of horizontal spout, slider and vertical spout are more than two.
The extension plate can be left in the accommodating part, and the extension plate slides downwards along the vertical sliding groove to play a role of guiding the auxiliary holder to move downwards, so that the auxiliary holder does not need to be separated from the main holder when being butted with the main holder. Vertical spout is more than two for vice holder can tentatively fix a position.
Furthermore, hydraulic oil chambers are arranged in the main holder and the auxiliary holder and communicated with each other.
The hydraulic oil chamber is favorable for hydraulic clamping, and the oil chamber communication can ensure that the auxiliary clamping device and the main clamping device are synchronous in working.
Furthermore, a fixed block is fixed at the top of the main holder and can be matched and slidably connected with the clamping groove of the auxiliary holder. The stability of the auxiliary holder during sliding is improved, and the auxiliary holder can slide more smoothly.
Furthermore, a threaded hole is formed in the extension plate, a main mounting hole which can correspond to the threaded hole is formed in the mounting plate, and the threaded hole is connected with the main mounting hole through a connecting piece. The connecting piece can adopt a screw to fix the position of the auxiliary holder relative to the main holder, so that the position stability of the auxiliary holder and the main holder after combination is improved. Compared with other mounting modes, the screw mounting is simple in mounting and dismounting.
Furthermore, the fixed block is provided with a threaded blind hole, the auxiliary clamp is provided with an auxiliary mounting hole corresponding to the threaded blind hole, and the threaded blind hole is connected with the auxiliary mounting hole through a connecting piece. The connecting piece can also adopt a screw to fix another point through the auxiliary mounting hole and the main mounting hole, so that the fixation between the auxiliary holder and the main holder is improved.
Furthermore, a flexible hydraulic oil pipe is arranged between the main holder and the auxiliary holder, and the two hydraulic oil chambers are communicated through the hydraulic oil pipe. The communication mode of the two hydraulic oil chambers is set, so that the sealing structure on the communication structure is minimized, and the cost is reduced.

an adjustable clamp, as shown in fig. 1, comprises a main clamp 1 and an auxiliary clamp 2 which are identical in structure, the length of the auxiliary clamp 2 is about 1/2 of the length of the main clamp 1, mounting plates 11 are fixedly connected to two sides of the main clamp 1, a gap exists between the mounting plates 11 and the side surface of the main clamp 1, and the mounting plates 11 and the shell of the main clamp 1 are integrally formed. The lower parts of the main holder 1 and the auxiliary holder 2 are both provided with a clamping groove, and the inner parts of the main holder and the auxiliary holder are both provided with hydraulic oil chambers. The two hydraulic oil chambers are communicated through a flexible hydraulic oil pipe 30, the hydraulic oil chamber of the main clamping device 1 is connected with a hydraulic system, the side walls of the clamping grooves are provided with clamping blocks 13, and the clamping blocks 13 are driven to stretch by hydraulic oil in a hydraulic oil pipe line of the hydraulic system. The clamping groove of the main clamping device 1 is matched and slidably connected with the slide rail on the lathe bed.
The upper end of the mounting plate 11 is bent towards two sides, and a round hole is formed in the bent part, so that the main holder 1 and the saddle are fixedly mounted through bolts or screws. The mounting plate 11 forms a concave receiving portion with the upper surface of the main holder 1 for receiving the sub holder 2.
In order to further improve the stability of the auxiliary holder 2 when sliding relative to the main holder 1, a fixed block 18 is fixed on the upper surface of the main holder 1, a guide block is parallel to the length direction of the main holder 1, and a holder groove on the auxiliary holder 2 is matched and connected with the guide block in a sliding manner.
The sub-holder 2 slides to the right end of the main holder 1, and the extension plate 21 is positioned in the lateral sliding groove 12 after the sub-holder 2 is separated from the upper surface of the main holder 1. As shown in fig. 3, in order to make the clamping grooves on the auxiliary holder 2 and the clamping grooves on the main holder 1 coaxial and communicated with each other, the right portion of the transverse sliding groove 12 is communicated with vertical sliding grooves 19, in this embodiment, the number of the vertical sliding grooves 19 is two, and the distance between the two vertical sliding grooves 19 is the same as the distance between the sliding blocks 22, so that the auxiliary holder 2 can slide downwards through the vertical sliding grooves 19 after leaving the upper surface of the main holder 1, and the auxiliary holder 2 is combined with the main holder 1 in the length direction of the main holder 1, thereby extending the length of the main holder 1.
In order to further increase the connection stability between the sub-holder 2 and the main holder 1, as shown in fig. 1, threaded holes 24 are provided on the two extension plates 21, and the mounting plate 11 is provided with main mounting holes 14 capable of corresponding to the threaded holes 24; as shown in fig. 2, a threaded blind hole 15 is formed at an end of the fixing block 18, and a sub-mounting hole 25 is formed at an upper portion of the sub-holder 2. The main mounting hole 14 and the auxiliary mounting hole 25 are circular through holes, and as shown in fig. 3, screws are inserted into the main mounting hole 14 and the auxiliary mounting hole 25 and screwed, so that the auxiliary holder 2 and the main holder 1 can be stably fixed.
When the saddle slides along the slide rail, the auxiliary holder 2 and the clamping block 13 in the main holder 1 clamp the slide rail together, thereby increasing the clamping area and the stability of the saddle when the saddle is static. The auxiliary holder 2 is accommodated in the accommodating part, the whole length of the holder is reduced, and the flexibility of the saddle during moving is improved.

the spout includes horizontal spout and vertical spout, horizontal spout one end and vertical spout intercommunication, slider and vertical spout are more than two.

6. An adjustable clamp according to claim 5 wherein: and a flexible hydraulic oil pipe is arranged between the main holder and the auxiliary holder, and the two hydraulic oil chambers are communicated through the hydraulic oil pipe.
