Abstract
一种静脉输液防刺破塑料针头,包括半圆形金属针管和圆形塑料针管,圆形塑料针管嵌合在半圆形金属针管內。本装置将金属针头的锐利与塑料针头的柔性有益结合起来,利用锐利的金属针头穿透血管壁,这样用金属针头作载体,将柔性的塑料针头送进并留在血管中输液,解决了现有输液针头极易刺破血管壁造成输液中断甚至药物不良反应的弊端,具有很好的应用前景。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种医疗静脉输液装置,尤其是一种静脉输液塑料针头,属于医疗器械领域。
背景技术 现有医疗静脉输液装置都是以金属针头穿刺并留在血管中进行输液治疗。由于金属针头非常锐利,输液中稍有不慎便会刺破周围的血管壁,使药液流在血管外造成输液中断甚至药物不良反应,这时必须立即拔出针头,再重新注射,既增加患者痛苦,又浪费药液,增加医护人员工作量。
发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种以金属针头为载体的静脉输液塑料针头,解决了在输液过程中针头易刺破血管壁的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种静脉输液防刺破塑料针头,包括半圆形金属针管和圆形塑料针管,圆形塑料针管嵌合在半圆形金属针管內。半圆形金属针管一端制成锐利的斜形针头,另一端带有便于抽取的小柄。圆形塑料针管嵌合在金属针管内可以自由抽取,针头形状与金属针头近似,其针尖稍圆钝。
此外,半圆形金属针管还可设计为圆形金属针管,但圆形金属针管不便于抽出。
本发明的使用原理是,将圆形塑料针管嵌在半圆形金属针管中,使二者的针头斜面保持一致。在该针管的中后部用塑料片将二者紧密包裹固定。当静脉输液时,将该针头刺进血管中,然后打开塑料片,使半圆形金属针管与圆形塑料针管松开,用手指扣住半圆形金属针管的小柄,顺着针头的反方向将半圆形金属针管抽拉出来,让圆形塑料针管留在血管中进行输液治疗。
本发明的有益效果是,将金属针头的锐利与塑料针头的柔性有益结合起来,利用锐利的金属针头穿透血管壁,这样用金属针头作载体,将柔性的塑料针头送进并留在血管中输液,解决了现有输液针头极易刺破血管壁造成输液中断甚至药物不良反应的弊端。具有很好的应用前景。

具体实施方式 图1所示,一种静脉输液防刺破塑料针头,由半圆形金属针管(1)、圆形塑料针管(2)、塑料片(3)组成。圆形塑料针管嵌合在半圆形金属针管內,用塑料片包裹将两者紧密固定。

1.一种静脉输液防刺破塑料针头,其特征在于包括半圆形金属针管(1)和圆形塑料针管(2),圆形塑料针管嵌合在半圆形金属针管內。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种静脉输液防刺破塑料针头,其特征在于半圆形金属针管一端制成锐利的斜形针头,另一端带有便于抽取的小柄;圆形塑料针管嵌合在金属针管内可以自由抽取,针头形状与金属针头近似,其针尖稍圆钝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种静脉输液防刺破塑料针头,其特征在于半圆形金属针管还可设计为圆形金属针管。
