The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the limiting assembly comprises a fixing plate (31) with one end fixed to the inner wall of the sound mixing barrel (2) and the other end serving as a limiting end, and a limiting piece (3) with one end hinged to the inner wall of the other end of the sound mixing barrel (2) and the other end used for being abutted to the limiting end of the fixing plate (31), wherein the limiting piece (3) is used for communicating the air inlet and the first sound transmission hole (26) and the air inlet is different in separation, and gas exchange is carried out on the air inlet.
3. A vocalizing ratchette as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the first resonance sheet (24) and the second resonance sheet (25) are respectively connected with the inner wall of one end of the sound mixing barrel (2) through a supporting piece (7).

A vocalizing ratchette as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: and a blocking piece (29) used for preventing the introduced gas from directly passing through the limiting component without resonance is respectively arranged on the inner wall of one end of the sound mixing barrel (2) at the inner side of each gas inlet.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: a conical inner cylinder (5) is arranged in the sound generating cylinder (1), the large-opening end of the conical inner cylinder (5) faces the first sound transmission hole (26), the small-opening end faces the sound generating hole (11), and the small-opening end forms a second sound transmission hole (51); a second sound mixing cavity (52) for mixing sound for the second time is defined between the sound mixing barrel (2) and the conical inner barrel (5).
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein: and a third sound mixing cavity (53) for mixing sound for the third time is formed by the inner wall of the sound generating barrel (1) and the outer wall of the conical inner barrel (5) in a surrounding manner.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the sections of the first sound transmission hole (26) and the second sound transmission hole (51) are both conical, and the large opening end of the conical shape faces to one end of the sound generating tube (1) provided with the sound generating hole (11).
8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the end face of the sound generating barrel (1) is provided with a plurality of sound generating holes (11).
9. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the driving mechanism is a motor (4), and a support frame (6) is arranged below the motor (4).
