Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mower comprises a working head 1 and a handle 2, wherein the working head 1 comprises a shell 11, a driving device 12 and an output shaft 13 which are arranged in the shell 11, a travelling wheel 3 is arranged below the working head 1, and the handle 2 is connected to the shell 11. When mowing, an operator pushes the handle 2 to control the walking route of the walking wheel 3 of the mower. The mower base has a cutting device comprising a cutter blade 4 for rotary cutting of vegetation at the base of the mower.
As shown in fig. 2, which is a cross-sectional view taken along the line a-a in fig. 1. The housing 11 is provided with a drive device 12 and an output shaft 13. Wherein, the driving device 12 drives the output shaft 13 to rotate, and the cutter 4 is vertically connected on the output shaft 13 and rotates along with the output shaft 13. The driving device 12 can be selected according to actual conditions, and can be a diesel engine, a gasoline engine, an electric motor and the like.
The mower has two working states: grass chopping mode and grass collecting mode. In the grass chopping mode, the wind power blades synchronously rotating with the cutters 4 rotate to form airflow, and grass is erected under the action of the airflow; in the grass collecting mode, the cut grass clippings are sucked up by the action of the air flow and collected in a special container, such as a grass collecting box. However, in the grass chopping mode, the cutter 4 needs to be kept rotating at a high speed to improve the grass chopping efficiency, and meanwhile, the required air volume is small, and the grass only needs to be kept upright; in the grass collecting mode, a large air volume is needed to suck away the grass clippings, and the cutter 4 is rotated at a low speed for saving energy.
In order to realize that the cutter 4 has small airflow when rotating at high speed and can have small rotating speed when having large airflow, the invention provides an air quantity adjusting component 5. Referring to fig. 3, an enlarged view at B in fig. 2 is shown. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, an air volume adjusting assembly 5 is further disposed above the cutter 4. The air volume adjusting assembly 5 includes a connecting rod 51, a flap 52, an angle adjuster 53, and a return member 54. Wherein the connecting rod 51 is vertically connected to the output shaft 13 and can rotate with the output shaft 13. The flap 52 is slidably provided on the connecting rod 51 and is slidable in the longitudinal direction of the connecting rod 51. The angle adjusting piece 53 is fixed to the connecting rod 51. The flap 52 can be pressed against the angle adjustment 53 by the return element 54. The angle adjustment piece 53 has a surface 5321 (see fig. 5-7), which surface 5321 can be pressed against the side of the flap 52 for adjusting the pitch angle of the flap 52 in different positions of the connecting rod 51, the pitch angle of the flap 52 being the angle of the airfoil chord of the flap 52 to the plane of rotation. A return element 54 is provided at the end of the connecting rod 51, the return element 54 exerting a force on the flap 52 towards the angle adjustment 53. The angular adjustment 53 and the return element 54 cooperate to limit the range of movement of the flap 52 on the connecting rod 51.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the connection rod 51 includes a first rod 511 and a second rod 512 connected to each other. The first lever 511 has one end connected to the output shaft 13 and the other end connected to the second lever 512. Specifically, the first rod 511 has an airfoil-shaped cross section, so that the wind resistance during rotation is reduced, and energy is saved. The cross section of the second rod 512 is cylindrical, and the flap 52 is sleeved on the second rod 512 and can slide on the second rod 512, so that the flap 52 can smoothly slide on the connecting rod 51, and the flap 52 is prevented from being locked.
In other embodiments, the connecting rod 51 may be a rod having a single cylindrical shape as a whole, but may have other structural shapes.
The angle adjusting piece 53 is arranged on the connecting rod 51 and can rotate along with the connecting rod 51 during rotation to directly limit the flap 52. The friction between the angle adjustment member 53 and the flap 52 can be reduced relative to the case where the angle adjustment member 53 is fixed to the housing. Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the angle adjusting member 53 includes a fixing portion 531 and an angle adjusting portion 532, wherein the fixing portion 531 is fixed to the connecting rod 51, and the angle adjusting portion 532 is in contact fit with the flap 52. The angle-adjusting portion 532 includes a surface 5321, and the surface 5321 is a curved surface in contact with the flap 52, and the curved surface is formed by a plurality of straight lines arranged in the length direction of the connecting rod 51 and having different included angles from the horizontal plane. Thus, when the output shaft 13 rotates, the angle of pitch of the flap 52 is different when the side of the flap 52 is brought into contact with a different position of the surface 5321 by the combined action of the centrifugal force and the restoring force of the restoring element 54.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the farther the straight line of the angle adjusting member 53 constituting the curved surface is from the output shaft 13, the smaller the angle of the straight line from the horizontal plane. That is, when the rotational speed of the output shaft 13 increases, the centrifugal force applied to the flap 52 increases, the flap 52 moves toward the return element 54, the pitch angle of the flap 52 decreases, and the air volume formed by the flap 52 decreases, and this lawnmower can improve mowing efficiency by high-speed operation, and can save energy by adjusting the pitch angle of the flap 52 to decrease the air volume; when the rotating speed of the output shaft 13 is reduced, the centrifugal force applied to the flap 52 is reduced, the flap 52 moves towards the side of the output shaft 13, the pitch angle of the flap 52 is increased, the air volume formed by the flap 52 is increased, and the rotating speed of the output shaft 13 is reduced while the flap has large air volume so as to collect grass clippings. The surface 5321 is configured such that the angle of pitch of the flap 52, which bears against the surface 5321, increases or decreases gradually during the reciprocating movement.
As shown in fig. 4, two or more connecting rods 51 may be provided, and the connecting rods 51 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the output shaft 13, so that the lawn mower can generate uniform wind, and when grass is broken or collected, all passing parts of the lawn mower can achieve the same processing effect, so that the lawn mower can cut ornamental lawns such as lawns uniformly and consistently, and has good ornamental value.
Wherein, the end of the second rod 512 away from the first rod 511 is provided with a stop 5121, and the return element 54 is a spring, which is sleeved on the second rod 512 and is located between the stop 5121 and the flap 52.
In this embodiment, the specific process of the mower during operation is as follows:
when grass chopping is needed, the output shaft 13 has high rotating speed under the action of the driving device 12 so as to realize high-speed rotation of the cutter, and therefore cutting efficiency is improved, the connecting rod 51 arranged on the output shaft 13 also rotates at high speed along with the output shaft 13, the flap 52 on the connecting rod 51 is subjected to high centrifugal force under the high-speed rotation, so that the flap 52 compresses the return element 54 and moves to one end far away from the output shaft 13, meanwhile, the contact position of the flap 52 and the surface 5321 is changed, the pitch angle of the flap 52 is reduced along with the change of the slope of the straight line on the surface 5321, and therefore the air volume formed by the flap 52 in the high-speed rotation process is reduced, and the grass to be cut can be kept in a vertical state due to small air volume, and therefore, the grass chopping process can not only guarantee grass.
When grass collection is needed, a large air volume is needed to collect grass clippings, but the requirement on the rotating speed of the output shaft 13 is not high, so that the rotating speed of the output shaft 13 is low, the flap 52 moves towards one end close to the output shaft 13 under the action of the return element 54, meanwhile, the contact position of the flap 52 and the surface 5321 is changed, the pitch angle of the flap 52 is increased along with the change of the slope of the straight line on the surface 5321, and therefore the flap 52 can form a large air volume in the rotating process, and the grass clippings are sucked and collected in a specific container, such as a grass collection box. Although the rotating speed of the output shaft 13 is reduced in the process, the air volume is large, and the grass scraps can be sucked and collected.
Under the two working states, the mower can reach the most suitable working state, can realize corresponding functions, can reduce energy consumption, avoids excessive consumption of mower parts, and can prolong the service life of the mower.
