Patent document 1 Japanese laid-open patent publication No. 2006-110395
Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, the clips described in patent document 1 are used by being hung from a drying rack by a chain or the like, as in the case of a normal clothes hanger, and the operability of hanging and collecting objects to be dried, such as laundry, is not improved sufficiently.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a drying device and a drying clip which are excellent in operability of storing and hanging a drying object.
Means for solving the problems
The invention provides a drying device, which is characterized by comprising a drying rack and a drying clip fixed on the drying rack, wherein the drying rack comprises a first hanging surface, a first drying surface as the back surface of the first hanging surface, and a first rack part of a first side surface; a second rack section having a second hanging surface, a second drying surface as a back surface of the second hanging surface, and a second side surface; a connecting portion connecting the first frame portion and the second frame portion, wherein the drying rack is foldable about the connecting portion and is deformable from a planar state in which the first drying surface and the second drying surface are substantially on the same plane to a folded state in which the first hanging surface and the second hanging surface are opposed to each other, the drying jig includes a rotating portion and a locking portion, a base end portion of the rotating portion is rotatably supported by the first frame portion, and the rotating portion is rotated about the base end portion to allow a tip end portion to move in a space outside the first drying surface or a space outside the first side surface; the locking part is fixed on the first frame part and arranged at a position opposite to the rotating part, and at least one of the rotating part and the locking part is provided with a clamping part for keeping a clamping state of the aired object clamped between the opposite rotating part and the locking part.
According to this configuration, in the "folded state", the rotating portion can be operated in the vicinity of the front of the user, and therefore the user can easily put in and out the wash-target. In addition, since the laundry can be collected and hung in the state where the drying rack is folded, the laundry can be collected and hung even in a narrow space.
Further, in the conventional drying apparatus, since the first drying surface and the second drying surface are folded to face each other and the drying clips are hung from the first drying surface and the second drying surface by a chain or the like, there is a problem that the drying clips are entangled with each other and cannot be opened when the drying rack is opened.
However, in the drying device of the present invention, the drying clip is fixed to the first frame part instead of being suspended, and thus the problem of tangling does not occur.
Preferably, when the drying rack is deformed from the flat state to the folded state, the first rack section rotates in a first rotation direction about the connecting section, a tip end portion of the rotating section moves in a space outside the first drying surface or a space outside a side surface of the first rack section by rotating in the first rotation direction about the base end portion, the locking section is disposed at a position facing the rotating section rotating in the first rotation direction, the plurality of drying clips are arranged in the vertical direction on the first rack section in a state where the first rack section is suspended with the connecting section facing downward, and the rotating section protrudes from the locking section in a state facing the locking section toward the space outside the first drying surface or the space outside the side surface of the first rack section.
According to this configuration, the plurality of rotating portions can be simultaneously rotated in the direction opposite to the first rotating direction only by biasing the portions of the plurality of rotating portions protruding from the locking portion in the direction of gravity, and therefore the clamped state of the cleaning object can be simultaneously released.
Preferably, the locking portion includes an opposed surface that protrudes from the first airing surface and is opposed to the rotating portion, and a non-opposed surface on the opposite side of the opposed surface, and the non-opposed surface has a rounded shape at a tip end.
According to such a configuration, when the clamped state of the washing object is released at the same time, the washing object clamped from the upper airing clamp can be prevented from being caught by the front end of the locking part of the lower airing clamp.
Preferably, the clip further includes a holding portion capable of preventing the rotation portion, which rotates in a second rotation direction opposite to the first rotation direction, from rotating in the first rotation direction again.
According to this configuration, the holding portion can prevent the rotating portion rotating in the second rotation direction from rotating again in the first rotation direction, so that the rotating portion can be prevented from unintentionally rotating in the first direction to be brought into a sandwiched state, and the laundry can be smoothly hung on the clothes during the subsequent drying operation.
Further, according to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a drying clip attached to a drying rack, the drying rack including a first rack portion having a first hanging surface, a first drying surface as a back surface of the first hanging surface, and a first side surface, a second rack portion having a second hanging surface, a second drying surface as a back surface of the second hanging surface, and a second side surface, and a connecting portion connecting the first rack portion and the second rack portion, the drying rack being foldable about the connecting portion to be deformable from a planar state in which the first drying surface and the second drying surface are substantially coplanar to a folded state in which the first hanging surface and the second hanging surface are opposed to each other, the drying clip including a rotating portion and a locking portion, a base end portion of the rotating portion being directly or indirectly rotatably supported by the first rack portion, and a clamping part which is arranged at a position opposite to the rotating part and is used for keeping a clamping state of the aired object clamped between the rotating part and the clamping part which are opposite.
Preferably, when the drying rack is deformed from the flat state to the folded state, the first rack rotates in a first rotation direction about the connecting portion, the distal end portion of the rotating portion moves in a space outside the first drying surface or a space outside the side surface of the first rack by rotating in the first rotation direction about the proximal end portion, the locking portion is disposed at a position facing the rotating portion rotating in the first rotation direction, and the rotating portion protrudes from the locking portion toward the space outside the first drying surface or the space outside the side surface of the first rack in a state facing the locking portion.
Preferably, the locking portion includes an opposed surface that protrudes from the first airing surface and is opposed to the rotating portion, and a non-opposed surface on the opposite side of the opposed surface, and the non-opposed surface has a rounded shape at a tip end.
Preferably, the rotating portion is further provided with a holding portion for preventing the rotating portion from rotating in a second rotation direction opposite to the first rotation direction again in the first rotation direction.
Effects of the invention
According to the drying device and the drying clip of the present invention, the drying object can be hung and received with good operability.

Detailed Description
An airing device 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
The drying device 1 is used for drying an object to be dried (hereinafter, referred to as a "washing object") such as a washing object, and includes a drying rack 2 and a drying clip 3 as shown in fig. 1.
First, the configuration of the drying rack 2 will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the drying rack 2 includes a first rack unit 21, a second rack unit 22, and a connecting unit 23.
The first frame part 21 and the second frame part 22 each have a substantially rectangular grid shape having the same size and are connected to each other via a substantially rod-shaped connecting part 23.
First rack unit 21 includes first hanging surface 21a which is an upper surface when the wash-target is hung, and first hanging surface 21b which is a lower surface when the wash-target is hung.
The second rack unit 22 similarly includes a second hanging surface 22a which is an upper surface when the wash-target is aired, and a second airing surface 22b which is a lower surface when the wash-target is aired.
The drying rack 2 is foldable about the connection portion 23, and is deformable from a "flat state (fig. 2)" in which the first hanging surface 21a and the second hanging surface 22a are located on substantially the same plane, to a "folded state (fig. 3)" in which the first hanging surface 21a and the second hanging surface 22a are opposed to each other.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the direction in which first frame portion 21 rotates when drying rack 2 is deformed to the "folded state" is defined as first rotation direction P, and the direction in which first frame portion 21 rotates when drying rack 2 is deformed to the "flat state" is defined as second rotation direction Q.
A pair of first hook portions 21c are provided at an end portion of the first frame portion 21 opposite to the coupling portion 23, and a pair of second hook portions 22c are provided at an end portion of the second frame portion 22 opposite to the coupling portion 23.
When the drying device 1 is used, it is preferable that a hanging rope 21d is provided between the pair of first hooks 21c, a hanging rope 22d is provided between the pair of second hooks 22c, and the hanging rope 21d and the hanging rope 22d are hung on the drying pole X.
In this state, the hanger 2 is in the "flat state" by sliding the hanging string 21d and the hanging string 22d away from each other on the drying pole, and the hanger 2 is in the "folded state" by sliding the hanging string 21d and the hanging string 22d close to each other on the drying pole.
Next, the structure of the clip 3 will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 5.
As shown in fig. 3, the drying clip 3 is provided in plurality on each of the first frame part 21 and the second frame part 22, and includes a rotating part 31, a locking part 32, and a holding part 33.
The following description will be given taking the airing clip 3 provided on the first rack unit 21 as an example, and the airing clip 3 provided on the second rack unit 22 has the same configuration.
In the following description, a case where the drying rack 2 is hung in the "folded state", that is, a case where both the first rack unit 21 and the second rack unit 22 extend in the substantially vertical direction will be described.
The rotating portion 31 has a substantially plate shape, and a base end portion thereof is rotatably supported by the first airing surface 21 b. Specifically, the rotation shaft is supported so as to be rotatable in the same rotation direction as the first and second frame portions 21 and 22, i.e., in the first and second rotation directions P and Q, respectively. By rotating the rotating portion 31 in the first rotation direction P or the second rotation direction Q, the tip portion of the rotating portion 31 moves in the space outside the first drying surface 21b, that is, in the space on the side opposite to the first hanging surface 21a (or in other words, in the space on the side opposite to the second rack portion 22).
As shown in fig. 5, a first clamping portion 31a formed of a magnet is embedded in a substantially middle portion of the rotating portion 31.
The locking portion 32 protrudes in a substantially horizontal direction from the first airing surface 21b to the outer space, and is disposed at a position facing the rotating portion 31 that rotates in the first rotating direction P. In a state where the rotating portion 31 faces the locking portion 32, the rotating portion 31 protrudes further to the outside space of the first airing surface 21b than the locking portion 32.
As shown in fig. 5, the locking portion 32 includes an opposed surface 32a opposed to the rotating portion 31 and a non-opposed surface 32b as an opposed surface.
The opposed surface 32a is provided with a second clamping portion 32c made of a magnet at a position opposed to the first clamping portion 31a in a state where the rotating portion 31 is opposed to the locking portion 32. Therefore, when the rotating portion 31 rotates in the first rotation direction P and the first clamping portion 31a approaches the second clamping portion 32c, the first clamping portion 31a is attracted to the second clamping portion 32 c.
The non-opposed surface 32b has a rounded shape at the tip.
The holding portion 33 is a magnet provided on the first airing surface 21b, and is disposed at a position facing the first clamping portion 31a of the rotating portion 31 rotating in the second rotating direction Q. Therefore, when the rotating portion 31 rotates in the second rotation direction Q and the first clamping portion 31a approaches the holding portion 33, the first clamping portion 31a is attracted to the holding portion 33.
When the hanger 2 is hung in the "folded state", the plurality of clips 3 having such a configuration are arranged in the substantially vertical direction in a state where the locking portion 32 is located above the rotating portion 31.
Next, a method of using the drying device 1 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 6.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a method of using the drying device 1 from hanging of the wash load to collection of the wash load. In the present embodiment, the flowchart starts from a state in which the drying rack 2 is in the "folded state" and the first clamping portion 31a sucks and holds the holding portion 33.
First, the rotating portion 31 is rotated in the first rotation direction P to contact the suction of the holding portion 33 (S1).
Next, after the wash target is placed on the rotating portion 31 (S2), the rotating portion 31 is further rotated in the first rotation direction P to be attracted to the second clamping portion 32c (S3). Thereby, the cleaning object is held between the rotating portion 31 and the locking portion 32.
In this state, the held cleaning object is bent from the distal end of the rotating portion 31 extending in the substantially horizontal direction and suspended downward. In the "folded state", the plurality of drying clips 3 are arranged in a substantially vertical direction, and therefore, when the plurality of drying clips 3 are each configured to hold the cleaning object, it is preferable to sequentially hold the cleaning object from below.
After all the laundry are held, first drying rack unit 21 is rotated in second rotation direction Q and second drying rack unit 22 is rotated in first rotation direction P, so that drying rack 2 is transformed from the "folded state" to the "flat state" (S4). This deformation can be easily performed by sliding the hanging string 21d and the hanging string 22d on the drying pole in such a manner as to be away from each other.
When the drying rack 2 is in the "flat state", the drying clips 3 are arranged in a substantially horizontal direction, and the rotating portion 31 and the locking portion 32 extending in the substantially horizontal direction extend in a substantially downward direction. Therefore, the wash-target held by the drying clips 3 can be dried without being bent and in contact with each other.
When the laundry is collected, first drying rack unit 21 is rotated in first rotation direction P, and second drying rack unit 22 is rotated in second rotation direction Q, whereby drying rack 2 can be changed from the "flat state" to the "folded state" (S5).
Finally, the rotating portion 31 is rotated in the second rotation direction Q to release the suction with the second clamping portion 32c (S6). Whereby the washing object is released from the clamped state and falls down by gravity. On the other hand, the rotating portion 31 rotated in the second rotation direction Q is attracted to the holding portion 33, and a standby state in which a new wash can be hung is set.
As described above, drying device 1 of the present embodiment collects and hangs laundry by rotating unit 31 rotatably supported by first rack unit 21.
According to the structure, the pinching operation of the prior clothes-horse is not needed, thereby preventing the user from fatigue during the airing operation. Further, since the cleaning object can be held by rotating the rotating portion 31 in the first rotating direction P in a state where the cleaning object is placed on the rotating portion 31, the drying operation can be performed with one hand.
In addition, when the drying rack 2 is in the "folded state", the first drying surface 21b is located outside, and the front end portion of the rotating portion 31 is configured to be movable in a space outside the first drying surface 21 b.
With this configuration, in the "folded state", the rotating portion 31 is operable in the vicinity of the front of the user, and therefore the user can easily store and hang the wash-target. In addition, since the cleaning object can be collected and hung in the "folded state", the cleaning object can be collected and hung even in a narrow space.
In addition, in the conventional drying device, the first drying surface and the second drying surface are folded oppositely, and the clothes pegs are hung on the first drying surface and the second drying surface by the chains and the like, so that the clothes pegs are twisted with each other when the drying rack is opened, and the problem that the clothes pegs cannot be opened is caused.
However, in drying device 1 of the present embodiment, since drying clip 3 is fixed to first rack unit 21 and is not suspended, the problem of entanglement does not occur.
In the drying device 1 of the present embodiment, when the rotating portion 31 and the locking portion 32 face each other and the drying rack 2 is suspended in the "folded state", a plurality of the drying clips 3 are arranged in the substantially vertical direction in a state where the locking portion 32 is located above the rotating portion 31, and the rotating portion 31 protrudes from the locking portion 32 to the space outside the first drying surface 12 b.
According to such a configuration, the plurality of rotating portions 31 can be simultaneously rotated in the second rotation direction Q by biasing only the portions of the plurality of rotating portions 31 protruding from the locking portions 32 by gravity, and thus the clamped state of the cleaning object can be simultaneously released.
In the drying device 1 of the present embodiment, the non-opposed surface 32b of the locking portion 32 has a rounded shape at the tip.
According to such a configuration, when the clamped state of the washing object is released at the same time, the washing object taken out from the upper drying clip 3 can be prevented from being caught by the tip of the locking portion 32 of the lower drying clip 3.
In the drying device 1 of the present embodiment, the holding portion 33 is disposed at a position facing the first clamping portion 31a of the rotating portion 31 that rotates in the second rotation direction Q.
According to such a configuration, since the first clamping portion 31a of the rotating portion 31 rotating in the second rotation direction Q is attracted to the holding portion 33 formed of the magnet, it is possible to suppress the rotating portion 31 from unintentionally rotating in the first direction P to be brought into a clamped state, and it is possible to smoothly air-dry the laundry at the time of the subsequent drying operation.
The drying device of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and improvements can be made within the scope of the claims.
For example, in the above embodiment, the clip 3 has been described as a part of the drying device 1, but may be detachably attached to the drying rack 2. By being detachably provided, one airing clip 3 can be easily replaced when damaged or the like occurs. At this time, rotating portion 31 and locking portion 32 are indirectly supported by first frame portion 21 and second frame portion 22.
The airing clip 3 may have a structure other than the foregoing embodiments. For example, although the rotating portion 31 and the locking portion 32 were opposed to each other on a surface substantially perpendicular to the first airing surface 21b as shown in fig. 2 in the foregoing embodiment, they may be opposed to each other on a surface substantially horizontal to the first airing surface 21b as shown in fig. 7. In this case, in S6 of fig. 5, it is preferable to provide the operation unit 34 fixed to the rotating unit 31 and extending substantially horizontally in order to simultaneously release the clamped state of the washing target.
In the above embodiment, drying clip 3 is attached to first drying surface 21b and second drying surface 22b, but may be attached to the side portions of first rack unit 21 and second rack unit 22 as shown in fig. 7. At this time, the airing clip 3 moves in the space outside the first airing surface 21b and the second airing surface 22b when viewed from the side.
In this way, the "outer space of the first drying surface" of the present invention may be configured such that the drying clip 3 corresponds to the "outer space of the first drying surface" when the first frame part 21 is viewed from the side. This means that, regardless of the position at which the clip 3 is attached to the first and second frame portions 21 and 22, the operation portion 34 (or the rotating portion 31 in the above-described embodiment) may be operated from the "outer space" in the "folded state".
Based on the same idea, when drying clip 3 is attached to the side portions of first rack unit 21 and second rack unit 22, it may be configured to move in the space outside the side portions of first drying surface 21b and second drying surface 22b as shown in fig. 8.
In the above embodiment, the magnets are used to maintain the facing state of the rotating portion 31 and the locking portion 32 and the facing state of the rotating portion 31 and the holding portion 33, and the facing state may be maintained by forming the rotating portions and the holding portion into shapes that can be engaged with each other.
