Abstract
The invention provides an IO module base, comprising: a base body; at least one IO module plug is arranged on the front surface of the base body; the power socket is arranged on the base body; at least one communication jack is arranged on the base body. The IO module base can be connected based on the cable, and inconvenience caused by plugging connection is avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of IO module installation, in particular to an IO module base.
Background
The IO module base is used for installing the IO module. In the prior art, male connectors and female connectors are welded at the upper end and the lower end of an IO module base, so that connection between IO module bases is realized in a plugging mode.
The above connection has the following drawbacks:
(1) When vibration occurs, connection loosening is easy to occur, so that connection between IO module bases is unstable;
(2) The connection pins are easy to oxidize, so that the connection between the IO module bases is unreliable;
(3) When maintenance and replacement are carried out, all power is required to be cut off during detection, and the operation is complicated.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide an IO module base, which can realize connection between IO module bases based on cables, and avoid inconvenience caused by plugging connection.
To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides an IO module base, including: a base body; at least one IO module plug is arranged on the front surface of the base body; the power socket is arranged on the base body; at least one communication jack is arranged on the base body.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the number of the IO module plugs is two, and the IO module plugs are symmetrically disposed on the front surface of the base body.
In one embodiment of the invention, the power jack is configured to receive a pathway-expandable cable.
In one embodiment of the invention, the communication jack is configured to receive a passageway-expandable cable.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the number of paths of the path-expandable cable is determined by the number of connected IO module bases.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the number of the communication sockets is two.
In an embodiment of the invention, the power socket further comprises a wiring cover plate, and the wiring cover plate is covered above the power socket and the communication socket.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the wiring cover plate is provided with a through hole for passing a cable connected to the power jack and the communication jack.
In an embodiment of the invention, the wiring cover plate is fixed on the base body in a clamping manner.
As described above, the IO module base provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The standard connecting plug with the IO module arranged on the front surface is convenient for installing the IO module;

The at least one IO module plug 2 is arranged on the front surface of the base body 1 and is used for realizing the installation of the IO module in a plugging mode. In an embodiment of the present invention, the number of the IO module plugs is two, and the IO module plugs are symmetrically disposed on the front surface of the base body 1.
The power socket 3 is arranged on the base body 1 and is used for realizing the access of a power supply. In one embodiment of the present invention, the power jack 3 is used for plugging in a via expandable cable. The number of the channels of the channel extensible cable is determined by the number of the connected IO module bases. That is, what the number of IO module bases are connected to, what is the number of channels of the channel-scalable cable. Preferably, a three-way cable is used.
The at least one communication jack 4 is arranged on the base body 1 and is used for realizing the access of a communication cable. When a plurality of IO module bases need to work simultaneously, the power sockets of a plurality of IO module bases are respectively connected through the through holes on the wiring cover plate by the passage extensible power cables, and the communication sockets of a plurality of IO module bases are respectively connected through the through holes on the wiring cover plate by the passage extensible communication cables, so that the cooperative work of a plurality of IO module bases is realized, connection in a plugging mode is not needed, and connection looseness caused by vibration and oxidation is avoided. The IO module is directly inserted into the IO module plug, when the IO module base needs to be maintained or replaced, only the standard connecting plug on the current IO module base needs to be pulled out, and power failure is not needed, so that online replacement and online maintenance are realized, and maintainability of system hardware is improved.
In summary, the standard connection plug of the IO module is arranged on the front surface of the IO module base, so that the IO module is convenient to install; connection between IO module bases can be realized based on cables, connection looseness caused by vibration and oxidation does not exist, and stability of system hardware is guaranteed; when the system is replaced, only the standard connecting plug on the base of the current IO module is required to be pulled out, power is not required to be cut off, online replacement and online maintenance are truly realized, and maintainability of system hardware is improved; provides powerful guarantee for industrial control production.
