Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于图像处理技术的打印错误更正方法,包括:通过高清摄像头将采集的待更正的纸质文件的图像通过电连接传输到计算机;计算机使用CNN对待更正的纸质文件图像进行特征分析和提取,将每一个图形的边界坐标值和背景像素值成对记录在数据存储模块中;在计算机上手动标记待更正的纸质文件图像中错误内容的区域作为标记区域A;将标记区域A的坐标值与每一个图形边界坐标值进行对比,调用匹配的背景像素值对标记区域A进行填充,作为标记区域B;对计算机上的原版电子文件进行更正,并对更正后电子文件的更正区域进行像素值提取;调取更正后的像素值对标记区域B进行填充。本发明能够在不更换打印纸的情况下对已打印错误的内容进行更正。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种基于图像处理技术的打印错误更正方法,属于图像处理领域。
背景技术
打印机是生活中经常使用的办公设备,但现有的打印机设备,只能对电子版的内容完整呈现,对于已打印出的内容,一旦出错就无法更改,需要重新打印,这样就造成了资源的浪费和不必要的污染。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种基于图像处理技术的打印错误更正方法,以用于在不更换打印纸的情况下对已打印错误的内容进行更正。
本发明的技术方案是:一种基于图像处理技术的打印错误更正方法,所述方法步骤如下:
S1、将通过计算机上的原版电子文件进行打印后得到的待更正的纸质文件放入打印机的进纸机构2处;
S2、通过高清摄像头4将采集的待更正的纸质文件的图像通过电连接传输到计算机,将识别出的待更正的纸质文件的图像长宽与原版电子文件进行比较:若有偏差则需对待更正的纸质文件的图像进行调整,重新识别待更正的纸质文件,直至识别出的待更正的纸质文件的图像长宽与原版电子文件相同;
S3、计算机使用CNN对待更正的纸质文件图像进行特征分析和提取,提取图像中所有图形的边界坐标作为区域分界,并提取该区域中的大量相同像素值作为该区域背景像素值,将每一个图形的边界坐标值和背景像素值成对记录在数据存储模块中;
S4、在计算机上手动标记待更正的纸质文件图像中错误内容的区域作为标记区域A,将其限定为需更正的范围,并将该区域坐标值记录在数据存储模块中;
S5、将标记区域A的坐标值与每一个图形边界坐标值进行对比,调用匹配的背景像素值对标记区域A进行填充,将标记区域A填充为色彩与匹配的背景像素值相同,将其作为标记区域B;
S6、对计算机上的原版电子文件进行更正,并对更正后电子文件的更正区域进行像素值提取,将更正后的像素值存入数据存储模块;
S7、调取更正后的像素值对标记区域B进行填充,将标记区域B填充为更正后的像素值。
所述高清摄像头4安装在能够按照1:1比例采集进纸机构2处打印纸图像位置处。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够在不更换打印纸的情况下对已打印错误的内容进行更正,节省资源。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如图1-3所示,一种基于图像处理技术的打印错误更正方法,所述方法步骤如下:
S1、将通过计算机上的原版电子文件进行打印后得到的待更正的纸质文件放入打印机的进纸机构2处;
S2、通过高清摄像头4将采集的待更正的纸质文件的图像通过电连接传输到计算机,将识别出的待更正的纸质文件的图像长宽与原版电子文件进行比较:若有偏差则需对待更正的纸质文件的图像进行调整,重新识别待更正的纸质文件,直至识别出的待更正的纸质文件的图像长宽与原版电子文件相同;
S3、计算机使用CNN对待更正的纸质文件图像进行特征分析和提取,提取图像中所有图形的边界坐标作为区域分界,并提取该区域中的大量相同像素值作为该区域背景像素值,将每一个图形的边界坐标值和背景像素值成对记录在数据存储模块中;

进一步地,可以设置所述高清摄像头4安装在能够按照1:1比例采集进纸机构2处打印纸图像位置处。

Claims (1)

1.一种基于图像处理技术的打印错误更正方法,其特征在于:所述方法步骤如下:
S1、将通过计算机上的原版电子文件进行打印后得到的待更正的纸质文件放入打印机的进纸机构(2)处;
S2、通过高清摄像头(4)将采集的待更正的纸质文件的图像通过电连接传输到计算机,将识别出的待更正的纸质文件的图像长宽与原版电子文件进行比较:若有偏差则需对待更正的纸质文件的图像进行调整,重新识别待更正的纸质文件,直至识别出的待更正的纸质文件的图像长宽与原版电子文件相同;
S3、计算机使用CNN对待更正的纸质文件图像进行特征分析和提取,提取图像中所有图形的边界坐标作为区域分界,并提取该区域中的大量相同像素值作为该区域背景像素值,将每一个图形的边界坐标值和背景像素值成对记录在数据存储模块中;
S4、在计算机上手动标记待更正的纸质文件图像中错误内容的区域作为标记区域A,将其限定为需更正的范围,并将该区域坐标值记录在数据存储模块中;
