Under the condition that the exhaust temperature of the air conditioning unit is detected to be abnormal, under the condition that the operation is abnormal, the first valve opening range value is adjusted based on the operation abnormal parameter, and the second valve opening range value is obtained by the following steps: if the exhaust temperature is higher than the preset maximum exhaust temperature, determining a fourth valve opening correction value according to the difference between the exhaust temperature and the preset maximum exhaust temperature, and determining a second valve opening range value by taking the minimum value of the first valve opening range value as a lower limit and the sum of the maximum value of the first valve opening range value and the fourth valve opening correction value as an upper limit; and if the exhaust temperature is lower than the preset minimum exhaust temperature, determining a fourth valve opening correction value according to the difference between the exhaust temperature and the preset minimum exhaust temperature, and determining a second valve opening range value by taking the sum of the minimum value of the first valve opening range value and the fourth valve opening correction value as a lower limit and the maximum value of the first valve opening range value as an upper limit.

In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.

Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.

Claims (9)

1. An air conditioner control method with an electronic expansion valve opening degree adjusting function is characterized by comprising the following steps:
predicting operation environment information of an air conditioning unit in a first target time period, wherein the operation environment information at least comprises an environment temperature, and the first target time period is a time period in which the air conditioning unit operates;
correcting an initial valve opening range value of an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit based on the operating environment information to obtain a first valve opening range value;
starting the air conditioning unit in the first target time period, detecting whether the operation of the air conditioning unit is abnormal or not, and adjusting the opening range value of the first valve based on an operation abnormal parameter under the condition that the operation is abnormal to obtain a second valve opening range value;
wherein adjusting the first valve opening range value based on an operation abnormality parameter in the case of an operation abnormality includes: adjusting the opening range value of the first valve according to the current operation parameter and the historical abnormal parameter;
adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve within the second valve opening degree range value;
the method for predicting the operating environment information of the air conditioning unit in the first target time period comprises the following steps: after the air conditioning unit is installed, determining the position of the area where the air conditioning unit is located;
acquiring meteorological information of the area position of the air conditioning unit in the current time period, wherein the meteorological information at least comprises temperature information;
and predicting the weather information of the first target time period based on the weather information of the current time period, and taking the weather information of the first target time period as the operating environment information of the air conditioning unit in the first target time period.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to predicting the operating environment information of the air conditioning unit for the first target time period, the method further comprises:
determining installation information of the air conditioning unit, wherein the installation information at least comprises installation place information of the air conditioning unit;
determining an initial adjustment mode of the electronic expansion valve based on the installation information of the air conditioning unit, wherein the initial adjustment mode of the electronic expansion valve is characterized by at least the following information: an initial valve opening value and the initial valve opening range value.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein modifying an initial valve opening range value for an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit based on the operating environment information to obtain a first valve opening range value comprises:
judging whether the environment temperature is within a preset temperature range value or not;
under the condition that the environment temperature is larger than the maximum value of the preset temperature range value, determining a first valve opening correction value according to the difference between the environment temperature and the maximum value of the preset temperature range value, taking the minimum value of the initial valve opening range value as a lower limit, and taking the sum of the maximum value of the initial valve opening range value and the first valve opening correction value as an upper limit, and determining the first valve opening range value;
under the condition that the environment temperature is smaller than the minimum value of the preset temperature range value, determining the first valve opening correction value according to the difference between the minimum value of the preset temperature range value and the environment temperature, and determining the first valve opening range value by taking the sum of the minimum value of the initial valve opening range value and the first valve opening correction value as a lower limit and the maximum value of the initial valve opening range value as an upper limit;
and under the condition that the environment temperature is within the preset temperature range value, taking the initial valve opening range value as the first valve opening range value.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein if the operation abnormality of the air conditioning unit detected within the second target time period includes a plurality of types, adjusting the first valve opening degree range value based on the operation abnormality parameter in the case of the operation abnormality, and obtaining the second valve opening degree range value comprises:
adjusting the opening range value of the first valve according to the operation abnormal parameter corresponding to the first detected operation abnormal condition to obtain an initial opening range value of a second valve;
and correcting the initial second valve opening range value according to the sequence of the detected different abnormal operation conditions and the operation abnormal parameters corresponding to the abnormal operation conditions in sequence to obtain the second valve opening range value.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in case of detecting the occurrence of an abnormality in the system high pressure of the air conditioning unit, adjusting the first valve opening degree range value based on an operation abnormality parameter in case of the occurrence of an operation abnormality, and obtaining a second valve opening degree range value comprises:
and determining a second valve opening correction value according to the difference between the detected system high pressure value and a preset high pressure value, and determining the second valve opening range value by taking the minimum value of the first valve opening range value as a lower limit and the sum of the maximum value of the first valve opening range value and the second valve opening correction value as an upper limit.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in case of detecting the occurrence of an abnormality in the system low pressure of the air conditioning unit, adjusting the first valve opening degree range value based on an operation abnormality parameter in case of the occurrence of an operation abnormality, and obtaining a second valve opening degree range value comprises:
and determining a third valve opening correction value according to the difference between the detected system low pressure value and a preset low pressure value, and determining the second valve opening range value by taking the minimum value of the first valve opening range value as a lower limit and the sum of the maximum value of the first valve opening range value and the third valve opening correction value as an upper limit.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein in the event that an abnormality in the exhaust temperature of the air conditioning unit is detected, adjusting the first valve opening degree range value based on an operation abnormality parameter in the event of an operation abnormality, resulting in a second valve opening degree range value comprises:
if the exhaust temperature is higher than the preset maximum exhaust temperature, determining a fourth valve opening correction value according to the difference between the exhaust temperature and the preset maximum exhaust temperature, and determining a second valve opening range value by taking the minimum value of the first valve opening range value as a lower limit and the sum of the maximum value of the first valve opening range value and the fourth valve opening correction value as an upper limit;
and if the exhaust temperature is lower than a preset minimum exhaust temperature, determining a fourth valve opening correction value according to the difference between the exhaust temperature and the preset minimum exhaust temperature, and determining a second valve opening range value by taking the sum of the minimum value of the first valve opening range value and the fourth valve opening correction value as a lower limit and the maximum value of the first valve opening range value as an upper limit.
8. An air conditioner control device having an electronic expansion valve opening degree adjusting function, comprising:
the system comprises a prediction unit, a control unit and a control unit, wherein the prediction unit is used for predicting the operation environment information of an air conditioning unit in a first target time period, the operation environment information at least comprises the environment temperature, and the first target time period is the time period of the operation of the air conditioning unit;
the correction unit is used for correcting the initial valve opening range value of the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit based on the operating environment information to obtain a first valve opening range value;
a first adjusting unit, configured to start the air conditioning unit in the first target time period, detect whether an operation of the air conditioning unit is abnormal, and adjust the first valve opening range value based on an operation abnormal parameter when the operation is abnormal, so as to obtain a second valve opening range value, where the first adjusting unit is further configured to: adjusting the opening range value of the first valve according to the current operation parameter and the historical abnormal parameter;
a second adjusting unit for adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve within the second valve opening degree range value;
wherein the prediction unit includes: the first determining module is used for determining the position of the area where the air conditioning unit is located after the air conditioning unit is installed;
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a control module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring meteorological information of the area position of the air conditioning unit in the current time period, and the meteorological information at least comprises temperature information;
and the prediction module is used for predicting the meteorological information of the first target time interval based on the meteorological information of the current time interval and taking the meteorological information of the first target time interval as the operating environment information of the air conditioning unit in the first target time interval.
9. A storage medium characterized by comprising a stored program, wherein the program executes the air-conditioning control method having an electronic expansion valve opening degree adjustment function of any one of claims 1 to 7.
