The invention relates to the field of architectural decoration machinery, in particular to a paint spraying and brushing machine.
Background
Building decoration is a short for building decoration project. The architectural decoration is a variety of processes for the interior and exterior surfaces and spaces of buildings by using decorative materials or ornaments in order to protect the main structure of the buildings, improve the physical properties and use functions of the buildings and beautify the buildings. Architectural decoration is an indispensable part of people's life.
In the building construction process, the wall surface of the building needs to be sprayed with paint, so that the attractiveness of the building is ensured. However, manual spraying needs to consume a large amount of time, and some coating spraying machines on the market in addition, brush hair structure and mode set up unreasonablely, cause the spraying effect poor, inefficiency, and coating can not quick drying, influence the spraying progress. Therefore, in view of the above situation, there is an urgent need to develop a paint spraying machine to overcome the shortcomings in the current practical application.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a paint spraying machine to solve the problems in the background art.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the embodiments of the present invention provide the following technical solutions:
a paint spraying and brushing machine comprises handrails, a bottom plate seat, traveling wheels, a control panel, a spraying and brushing mechanism, a feed inlet, a booster pump and a liquid storage tank, wherein the liquid storage tank is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate seat;
the spraying and brushing mechanism comprises an annular shell, the inner cavity of the annular shell is an annular material cavity, a step circular plate is rotatably arranged in the middle of the annular shell, a rotating pipe is fixedly arranged in the middle of the left side of the step circular plate and is driven to rotate by a driving mechanism, a fixed pipe is rotatably communicated with the left end of the rotating pipe, and the fixed pipe is connected with an air heater arranged at the top of the liquid storage tank through a gas pipe; the bottom of the liquid storage tank is provided with a material conveying pipe which is communicated with the annular material cavity through a communicating pipe;
outer ring bristles are arranged on the right side of the annular shell, a blowing head communicated with the rotating pipe is arranged in the middle of the right side of the stepped circular plate, inner ring bristles are arranged on the outer ring of the right side of the stepped circular plate, side bristles are arranged on the side face of the right side of the stepped circular plate, and a plurality of spray heads communicated with the annular material cavity are circumferentially arranged on the inner side wall of the annular shell;
the section of the annular shell is rectangular, a second fixing frame is fixedly arranged on the left side of the annular shell, a supporting cylinder is fixedly arranged in the middle of the second fixing frame, and the supporting cylinder is rotatably connected with the rotating pipe;
the left part of the step circular plate is rotationally connected with the annular shell, and a first sealing ring is arranged between the step circular plate and the annular shell;
the side surface bristles arranged at the right part of the stepped circular plate correspond to the spray head, and the vertical distance between the spray head and the side surface bristles is 3-5 cm; the outer ring bristles and the inner ring bristles are arranged in parallel, the right end faces of the outer ring bristles and the inner ring bristles are flush, and the side face bristles are perpendicular to the outer ring bristles and the inner ring bristles.
As a further scheme of the invention: the driving mechanism comprises a driven gear which is fixedly arranged on the rotating pipe, the driven gear is meshed with a driving gear arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor, and the driving motor is fixedly arranged on the second fixing frame.
As a further scheme of the invention: the handle is further fixedly mounted on the lower side of the second fixing frame, the communicating pipe is fixedly connected with the handle, the communicating pipe is connected with the conveying pipe and located on the handle, a control valve is further arranged on the handle, and a rubber sleeve is further arranged at the lower end of the handle.
As a further scheme of the invention: the fixed pipe is connected and fixed with the second fixing frame through the first fixing frame, one end of the fixed pipe extends into the rotating pipe, the fixed pipe and the rotating pipe are connected in a rotating mode through the bearing, and the inner side of the bearing is further provided with a second sealing ring.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the paint spraying machine can pressurize the inner cavity of the liquid storage tank through the booster pump, and then the paint can be extruded into the annular material cavity through the control of the control valve and then is sprayed out through the spray head; the rotating pipe can be driven to rotate through the driving mechanism, the stepped circular plate is further driven to rotate, the coating sprayed by the spray head can be uniformly dispersed through the rotation of the side bristles, the uniformity is good, the coating is thrown onto a wall by the side bristles which rotate rapidly, the attaching effect is good, the coating can be spread and coated through the rotating inner ring bristles, and the final coating can be uniformly coated through the operation of the spraying and brushing mechanism to move, so that the outer ring bristles can be uniformly brushed; through the work of control air heater, because of the sealed rotation connection between fixed pipe and the rotating pipe, can follow the gas of gas blow head blowout suitable temperature, do benefit to the rapid draing of coating, promote coating spary effect and efficiency.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-4, in an embodiment of the present invention, a paint spraying apparatus includes a handrail 1, a base plate 2, a traveling wheel 3, a control panel 5, a spraying mechanism 6, a charging opening 14, a booster pump 15 and a liquid storage tank 16, the liquid storage tank 16 is fixedly arranged on the base plate seat 2, a plurality of travelling wheels 3 are arranged at the bottom of the base plate seat 2, the handrail 1 is also arranged at the left side of the base plate seat 2, the top of the liquid storage tank 16 is respectively provided with a booster pump 15 and a charging hole 14, the device is used for pressurizing the inner cavity of the liquid storage tank 16 through a booster pump 15 and supplementing the coating to the inner cavity of the liquid storage tank 16 through a charging hole 14, a liquid level window 4 and a control panel 5 are respectively arranged on the side surface of the liquid storage tank 16, the liquid level in the liquid storage tank 16 can be conveniently observed and supplemented through the liquid level window 4, and the liquid level is used for controlling various electric components of the device through the control panel 5.
The spraying and brushing mechanism 6 comprises an annular shell 25, the inner cavity of the annular shell 25 is an annular material cavity 26, a step circular plate 31 is rotatably arranged in the middle of the annular shell 25, a rotating pipe 20 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the left side of the step circular plate 31, the rotating pipe 20 is driven by a driving mechanism to rotate, a fixed pipe 17 is rotatably communicated with the left end of the rotating pipe 20, and the fixed pipe 17 is connected with an air heater 13 arranged at the top of the liquid storage tank 16 through an air conveying pipe 12; the bottom of the liquid storage tank 16 is provided with a material conveying pipe 11, and the material conveying pipe 11 is communicated with the annular material cavity 26 through a communicating pipe 7.
Outer ring bristles 27 are installed on the right side of the annular shell 25, an air blowing head 30 communicated with the rotating pipe 20 is installed in the middle of the right side of the step circular plate 31, inner ring bristles 29 are installed on the outer ring of the right side of the step circular plate 31, side bristles 32 are installed on the side face of the right side of the step circular plate 31, and a plurality of spray heads 28 communicated with the annular material cavity 26 are circumferentially installed on the inner side wall of the annular shell 25.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 1-4, the difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is:
in this embodiment, the cross section of the annular housing 25 is rectangular, a second fixing frame 24 is fixedly installed on the left side of the annular housing 25, a supporting cylinder 23 is fixedly installed in the middle of the second fixing frame 24, and the supporting cylinder 23 is rotatably connected with the rotating pipe 20; the driving mechanism comprises a driven gear 19 which is fixedly arranged on the rotating pipe 20, the driven gear 19 is meshed with a driving gear 21 which is arranged on an output shaft of a driving motor 22, and the driving motor 22 is fixedly arranged on a second fixing frame 24.
The handle 8 is further fixedly mounted on the lower side of the second fixing frame 24, the communicating pipe 7 is fixedly connected with the handle 8, the communicating pipe 7 is connected with the conveying pipe 11 and located on the handle 8, the control valve 9 is further arranged on the handle 8, the control valve 9 is used for controlling paint conveying, the rubber sleeve 10 is further arranged at the lower end of the handle 8, and operation of workers is facilitated through the rubber sleeve 10.
The fixed pipe 17 is further connected and fixed with the second fixing frame 24 through the first fixing frame 18, and the fixed pipe 17 can be stably supported through the first fixing frame 18, as shown in fig. 4, one end of the fixed pipe 17 extends into the rotating pipe 20, the fixed pipe 17 and the rotating pipe 20 are rotatably connected through the bearing 34, the second sealing ring 35 is further arranged on the inner side of the bearing 34, and the sealing performance of the connection between the fixed pipe 17 and the rotating pipe 20 is improved through the second sealing ring 35.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the left portion of the stepped circular plate 31 is rotatably connected to the annular housing 25, a first seal ring 33 is further provided between the stepped circular plate 31 and the annular housing 25, and the connection sealing performance between the annular housing 25 and the stepped circular plate 31 is improved by the first seal ring 33.
The side brush bristles 32 arranged at the right part of the stepped circular plate 31 correspond to the spray head 28, and the vertical distance between the spray head 28 and the side brush bristles 32 is 3-5 cm; the outer ring bristles 27 and the inner ring bristles 29 are arranged in parallel, the right end faces of the outer ring bristles 27 and the inner ring bristles 29 are flush, and the side face bristles 32 are perpendicular to the outer ring bristles 27 and the inner ring bristles 29.
The control panel 5 is electrically connected to the air heater 13, the booster pump 15 and the driving motor 22, and the above components can be controlled by the control panel 5, and the detailed circuit connection structure is not described herein.
The coating material spraying and brushing machine can pressurize the inner cavity of the liquid storage tank 16 by the booster pump 15, then the coating material can be extruded into the annular material cavity 26 by controlling the control valve 9, and then the coating material is sprayed out by the spray head 28; the rotating pipe 20 can be driven to rotate through the driving mechanism, the stepped circular plate 31 is further driven to rotate, the coating sprayed by the spray head 28 can be uniformly dispersed through the rotation of the side bristles 32, the uniformity is good, the coating is thrown onto a wall through the side bristles 32 which rotate rapidly, the attaching effect is good, the coating can be spread and coated through the rotating inner ring bristles 29, and the final coating can be uniformly brushed through the movement of the spraying mechanism 6; through the work of control air heater 13, because of the sealed rotation connection between fixed pipe 17 and the rotating pipe 20, can follow the gas of gas blow head 30 blowout suitable temperature, do benefit to the rapid draing of coating, promote coating spary effect and efficiency.
