Background
The reagent is an essential part for the operation of the water quality on-line monitoring instrument. However, many reagents are easily affected by external environment and are ineffective when being transported and used, so that the online monitoring result of water quality is influenced. When the quality assurance and quality control work of the operation and maintenance of the water quality online monitoring system is carried out, standard sample/quality control sample check needs to be carried out on the equipment.
The existing reagent is cooled and stored by adopting an ice bag during transportation, and the requirement of long-time transportation cannot be met. The ice bag melts in the process, and the reagent is deteriorated due to the change of temperature, so that the normal use of the reagent is influenced. The surplus of reagent can not be mastered in real time in the use process, the reagent surplus can only be checked by frequently switching on and off the storage device, the reagent is easy to deteriorate due to inconvenient use, and the reagent surplus service time can not be mastered conveniently and accurately. When the quality control work of the detection equipment is carried out, a special person must be used for the sample testing process of the conventional reagent storage device, so that data leakage is prevented, and a non-to-be-detected device or a non-to-be-detected method is adopted for detecting the sample.

The reagent storage device comprises a box body 1 with the shape of an approximate cuboid. The box 1 may have other shapes, and may be changed as necessary.
The box body 1 is used for supporting and protecting other components, and a cavity 12 is arranged inside the box body 1. The box 1 comprises an openable box cover 11, the box cover 11 being intended for closing the cavity 12. When the cover 11 is opened, other components may be placed in the cavity 12, and then the cover 11 is closed so that the cavity 12 is a closed space.
As shown in fig. 3, the holder 21 is formed of a plurality of plates. The upper panel 211 is supported by two side plates, and a through hole is formed in the upper panel 211. Two ends of the second layer plate 212 are respectively connected with the two side plates, and the second layer plate 212 is horizontally arranged below the upper panel 211. A mounting bracket 21 is disposed within the cavity 12.
The reagent bottle 22 is mounted on the fixing frame 21 and is used for containing a reagent. The reagent bottle 22 passes through the through hole of the upper panel 211 of the fixing frame, and the through hole can limit the horizontal movement of the reagent bottle 22. The bottom surface of the reagent bottle 22 rests on the second tier floor 212, and the second tier floor 212 supports the reagent bottle 22.
Alternatively, the number of the reagent bottles 22 is plural. In this embodiment, the number of reagent bottles 22 is 12, which can be used to contain different reagents.
The sensor 23 is used for detecting information of the remaining reagent in the reagent bottle. Optionally, the sensor 23 of this embodiment is a pressure sensor, located on the second layer 212, below the reagent bottle 22. The pressure sensor may detect the weight of the reagent bottle 22. The residual amount of the reagent in the reagent bottle can be calculated according to the weight of the reagent bottle.
In another embodiment, the sensor is a level sensor, which is installed in the reagent bottle 22 and can detect the remaining amount of the reagent in the reagent bottle 22. However, if the reagent is a corrosive reagent, it is not suitable to use a level sensor. And the liquid level sensor needs to be installed at the top of the reagent bottle, so that the wiring is more complicated, and the reagent is not convenient to replace.
The control unit 24 is used to control the operation of the reagent storage device. The information of the remaining reagent in the reagent bottle detected by the sensor 23 is sent to the control unit 24, and the control unit 24 calculates the remaining amount of the reagent in the reagent bottle based on the information of the remaining reagent. If the sensor 23 is a pressure sensor, the weight of the reagent bottle detected by the pressure sensor minus the net weight of the reagent bottle is the remaining amount of the reagent in the reagent bottle. The control unit 24 may also calculate the number of times the remaining reagent is available for use if the amount of reagent used per time is a constant value. The whole process does not need to open a reagent storage device and a reagent bottle, is simple and quick, and is not easy to cause reagent deterioration.
Quick-connect jack 3 sets up on the outer wall of box 1, and in this embodiment, quick-connect jack 3 is located the lateral wall of box 1. The reagent bottle 22 is connected with the quick-connection socket 3, the quick-connection socket 3 is used for being connected with external equipment, and reagents in the reagent bottle 22 are sent out of the reagent storage device through the quick-connection socket 3. In actual use, the sampling tube of external equipment is inserted into the quick-connection socket 3 without opening the reagent storage device.
The reagent bottle 22 is normally closed. Optionally, the top of the reagent bottle 22 is provided with a sample inlet 221, one end of the sample inlet 221 located inside the reagent bottle is connected with the sample inlet tube 222, and one end located outside the reagent bottle is connected with the quick-connect socket 3. In this embodiment, the sample inlet 221 is connected to the quick-connection socket 3 through a hose. The sample inlet tube 222 is a rigid tube and extends into the reagent bottle 22 to the bottom of the reagent bottle. The hard pipe is a pipe which cannot deform under stress at normal temperature. The sampling tube 222 is a hard tube, so that the possibility of bending or hanging of the flexible tube can be avoided, the reagents can be completely used, and no waste is caused.
The top of the reagent bottle is further provided with an air vent 223, and when the reagent is led out of the reagent bottle, air is needed to be supplemented, so that the balance of the internal pressure and the external pressure of the reagent bottle 22 is ensured.
The reagent storage temperature is usually lower than the external temperature, a cooling tube of a refrigerator (not shown in the figure) is arranged in the cavity 12 for adjusting the temperature in the cavity 12 and ensuring that the reagent is at a temperature which is not easy to deteriorate, and the refrigerator is connected with the control unit 24.
A temperature detector (not shown) is located within the cavity 12 for detecting the temperature within the cavity 12 and sending it to the control unit 24. The control unit 24 controls the operation of the refrigerator according to the temperature in the cavity 12 so that the temperature in the cavity 12 is suitable for storage of the reagent.
Optionally, the inner wall of the box body 1 is provided with an insulating layer. The heat preservation is the heat preservation material, is favorable to further avoiding the heat exchange inside and outside cavity 12, does benefit to the storage of reagent.
The display 4 is arranged on the box body 1, and the display 4 is connected with the control unit 24 and used for displaying display information output by the control unit. After the control unit 24 receives the temperature in the cavity 12 detected by the temperature detector, the temperature in the cavity 12 is displayed through the display 4, so that an operator can conveniently control the temperature in the cavity 12 in real time. The control unit 24 calculates the remaining amount of the reagent in the reagent bottle 22 and the number of times the reagent is available for use, and then displays the calculated amount on the display 4.
The power interface 5 is arranged on the outer wall of the box body 1, and the power interface 5 is connected with the control unit 24. The power interface 5 is connected to an external power source for supplying power to the various components of the reagent storage device. Taking the display 4 as an example, the power interface 5 may be directly connected to the display 4 to supply power to the display 4, or indirectly connected to the display 4 through the control unit 24, and the power supplied by the power interface 5 is distributed to the display 4 through the control unit 24. The external power source may be an on-board battery or a battery of another vehicle.
Optionally, the reagent storage device further comprises a battery (not shown in the figure), the battery is a rechargeable battery and is arranged at the bottom of the box body 1, the power interface 5 is connected with the battery, and the battery is connected with the control unit 24. In the absence of an external power source, the various components of the reagent storage device may be powered by batteries. After the power of the battery is consumed, the battery is charged through the power interface 5. After the fixing frame 21 is placed in the cavity 12, the fixing frame 21 is tightly attached to the fixing piece 13, the fixing frame 21 is limited by the fixing piece 13, and unnecessary movement of the fixing frame 21 is avoided, so that the use of a reagent is prevented from being influenced.
The reagent storage device may further comprise a safety lock 6, the safety lock 6 being adapted to lock the lid 11 when the lid 11 closes the cavity 12. The safety lock 6 is additionally arranged on the reagent storage device, so that the safety of the reagent is ensured, data leakage can be avoided, and a non-to-be-detected device or a non-to-be-detected method is adopted to detect the sample. When the reagent storage device is used, no special person is needed to watch.
