Abstract
本发明是关于一种柔性电池包装膜及其制备方法,该柔性电池包装膜为叠层结构,所述包装膜由内而外依次包括:内层、中间层和外层;其中,所述内层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯薄膜,所述中间层为聚酰亚胺薄膜,所述外层为聚丙烯薄膜,所述内层和所述中间层通过第一粘结剂层粘结在一起,所述中间层和所述外层通过第二粘结剂层粘结在一起。本发明还提出了一种柔性电池,其包括由上述的柔性电池包装膜制成的柔性电池外包装体和设置在所述柔性电池外包装体内的柔性电芯。本发明使用的聚酰亚胺薄膜的厚度为25μm时,弯曲20万次不会变形。本发明采用聚酰亚胺薄膜作为柔性电池包装膜的中间层,能够提升柔性电池包装膜的弯曲性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及柔性电池技术领域,特别是涉及一种柔性电池包装膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着技术进步和人们对电子产品要求的提高,便携式电子器件向着多元化发展,一些可穿戴电子产品也随之出现,可穿戴电子产品的应用面向众多,具有可挠性的柔性电池芯因而扮演重要角色。柔性电池芯若是使用于一般常规的硬壳包装中,会使整体的挠曲性受到限制,同时降低了柔性电池芯可挠的优势。
目前,锂离子电池的外包装材料有铝壳、钢壳、铝塑膜等。这些外包装材料不可以弯曲,极大的限制了其在可穿戴产品中的应用,如智能服装,智能手表手环,也限制了电子产品的设计。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于,提供一种柔性电池包装膜及其制备方法,所要解决的技术问题是使其能够提升柔性电池包装膜的弯曲性能,从而更加适于实用。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本发明提出的一种柔性电池包装膜,为叠层结构,所述包装膜由内而外依次包括:内层、中间层和外层;其中,所述内层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯薄膜,所述中间层为聚酰亚胺薄膜,所述外层为聚丙烯薄膜,所述内层和所述中间层通过第一粘结剂层粘结在一起,所述中间层和所述外层通过第二粘结剂层粘结在一起。

在聚酰亚胺薄膜的两侧分别涂抹第一粘结剂和第二粘结剂,形成第一粘结剂层和第二粘结剂层;
在所述第一粘结剂层上粘结聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯薄膜,在所述第二粘结剂层上粘结聚丙烯薄膜,得到柔性电池包装膜。

优选的,前述的柔性电池包装膜的制备方法,其中所述第一粘结剂层为耐酸碱树脂;所述第二粘结剂层为耐酸碱树脂。

将前述任一项所述的柔性电池包装膜制成柔性电池外包装体,所述柔性电池外包装体内具有容纳至少一个柔性电芯的空间。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还采用以下的技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的由前述任一项所述的柔性电池包装膜制成的柔性电池外包装体和设置在所述柔性电池外包装体内的柔性电芯组成。

经测试,本发明使用的聚酰亚胺薄膜的厚度为25μm时,弯曲20万次不会变形。

如图1所示,本发明的一个实施例提出的一种柔性电池包装膜,为叠层结构,所述柔性电池包装膜由内而外依次包括:内层1、中间层3和外层5;其中,所述内层1为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯薄膜,所述中间层3为聚酰亚胺薄膜,所述外层5为聚丙烯薄膜,所述内层1和所述中间层3通过第一粘结剂层2粘结在一起,所述中间层3和所述外层5通过第二粘结剂层4粘结在一起。
本发明实施例采用聚酰亚胺薄膜作为柔性电池包装膜的中间层,能够提升柔性电池包装膜的弯曲性能。
本发明实施例采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯薄膜作为柔性电池包装膜的内层,其具有良好的气密性和防潮性,机械性能优良,其强韧性是所有热塑性塑料中最好的,抗张强度和抗冲击强度比一般薄膜高得多;PET薄膜还具有优良的耐热、耐寒性和良好的耐化学药品性和耐油性。
本发明实施例采用聚丙烯薄膜作为柔性电池包装膜的外层,其具有极佳的弹性和延伸性能而且还具有极佳的耐腐蚀性能,其和聚酰亚胺薄膜粘合后,具有极佳的热封性和耐腐蚀性能。
作为优选实施方式,所述内层1的厚度为20-35μm,优选30μm。
作为优选实施方式,所述中间层3的厚度为20-30μm,优选25μm。
作为优选实施方式,所述外层5的厚度为20-60μm,优选40μm。

本发明的又一个实施例提出了一种柔性电池包装膜的使用方法,其包括:将前述任一项所述的柔性电池包装膜制成柔性电池外包装体,所述柔性电池外包装体内具有容纳至少一个柔性电芯的空间。
本发明的一个实施例还提出一种柔性电池,其由前述任一项所述的柔性电池包装膜制成的柔性电池外包装体和设置在所述柔性电池外包装体内的柔性电芯组成。
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不能理解为是对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的技术人员根据上述本发明的内容对本发明作出的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例
一种柔性电池包装膜,为叠层结构,其由内而外依次为:PET薄膜、耐酸碱树脂、聚酰亚胺薄膜、耐酸碱树脂和PP薄膜。其中,所述PET层的厚度为30μm,聚酰亚胺薄膜的厚度为25μm,PP层的厚度分别为40μm。
一种柔性电池由上述柔性电池包装膜制成的柔性电池外包装体和设置在所述柔性电池外包装体内的柔性电芯组成。其中PET层处于电芯的外表面。
将得到的柔性电池进行多次弯曲试验,并将弯曲次数与对应的电池外观变化列在表1中。

从表1可以看出,采用聚酰亚胺塑膜作为锂离子电池的包装材料,电池弯曲性能明显提升,甚至在弯曲20万次后,仍不会变形。
可以理解的是,上述装置中的相关特征可以相互参考。另外,上述实施例中的“第一”、“第二”等是用于区分各实施例,而并不代表各实施例的优劣。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种柔性电池包装膜,为叠层结构,其特征在于,所述包装膜由内而外依次包括:内层、中间层和外层;其中,所述内层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯薄膜,所述中间层为聚酰亚胺薄膜,所述外层为聚丙烯薄膜,所述内层和所述中间层通过第一粘结剂层粘结在一起,所述中间层和所述外层通过第二粘结剂层粘结在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性电池包装膜,其特征在于,
所述内层的厚度为20-35μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔性电池包装膜,其特征在于,
所述中间层的厚度为20-30μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔性电池包装膜,其特征在于,
所述外层的厚度为20-60μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柔性电池包装膜,其特征在于,
所述第一粘结剂层为耐酸碱树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的柔性电池包装膜,其特征在于,
所述第二粘结剂层为耐酸碱树脂。
7.一种柔性电池包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
在聚酰亚胺薄膜的两侧分别涂抹第一粘结剂和第二粘结剂,形成第一粘结剂层和第二粘结剂层;
在所述第一粘结剂层上粘结聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯薄膜,在所述第二粘结剂层上粘结聚丙烯薄膜,得到柔性电池包装膜。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述第一粘结剂层为耐酸碱树脂;
所述第二粘结剂层为耐酸碱树脂。
9.一种柔性电池包装膜的使用方法,其特征在于,包括:
将权利要求1-6中任一项所述的柔性电池包装膜制成柔性电池外包装体,所述柔性电池外包装体内具有容纳至少一个柔性电芯的空间。
10.一种柔性电池,其特征在于,包括:由权利要求1-6中任一项所述的柔性电池包装膜制成的柔性电池外包装体和设置在所述柔性电池外包装体内的柔性电芯组成。
