In the past, the conventional fan nozzle is fixed in the angle of the chamfer due to the physical structure of the fan nozzle when in operation. Therefore, the atomization degree of liquid drops is different due to frequent change of pipeline pressure, when the pressure is increased, the mist cone angle is increased, when the pressure is reduced, the mist cone angle change can influence the spray quality, and uneven mist drop distribution is caused. It is therefore highly desirable to produce a cone angle adaptive atomizing fan nozzle based on a precision variable spray system.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and combines the actual requirements of agricultural production operation to research and design the cone angle self-adaptive atomizing fan-shaped nozzle based on the accurate variable atomizing system. When the internal pressure of the nozzle is increased, the liquid in the stable atomization adjusting flow channel is communicated with the second-stage cylinder flow channel, and the pressure is increased at the same time, so that the push rod is pushed to reciprocate, the rigid adjusting ball is driven to move in the plane, the cutting angle of the rigid adjusting ball is reduced by extruding the nozzle head, the mist cone angle is reduced, and the working effect of cone angle self-adaptive atomization is achieved.
The cone angle self-adaptive atomizing fan-shaped nozzle based on the precise variable spraying system comprises a nozzle head, a liquid outlet, a rigid adjusting ball body, a push rod and a stable atomizing adjusting flow channel.
