Although above-mentioned scheme has realized the better storage of archives to a certain extent, above-mentioned scheme still has ultraviolet lamp and shines the paper that archives can destroy the archives for a long time and be unfavorable for archives storage's problem.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a file storage cabinet, and solve the problem that ultraviolet lamps irradiate files for a long time to damage paper of the files, so that the files are not beneficial to file storage.

The technical principle of the basic scheme is as follows:

The beneficial effect that this scheme produced is:

The number of the limiting plates 14 is 13, and 14 files can be placed in each drawer 11.
As shown in fig. 1, a handle 12 is fixed to the drawer 11 to facilitate opening and closing of the drawer 11. The gas plug 25 is similar in principle to a pressure relief valve.
As shown in fig. 2, a venturi tube 30 is further fixed on the frame, and one side of the lower end of the bag body 22 far away from the connecting pipe 23 is communicated with the air inlet end of the venturi tube 30. The throat of the venturi tube 30 is provided with a suction tube 31, the suction tube 31 is connected with an air source through an air pump, the mechanism of the air pump is conventional, and the suction tube 31 is provided with a manual regulating valve. The air source is available, and the air source is air or nitrogen. The end of giving vent to anger of venturi 30 is connected with purifying box 40, and purifying box 40 is fixed in the frame, is provided with filter 41 in the purifying box 40, and the inlet end of filter 41 is provided with filter pulp, drier and active carbon respectively to the end of giving vent to anger, is used for filtering dust and bacterium, absorbs water, removes the flavor respectively. The frame is also fixed with a frequency modulation switch of the exhaust fan 50, and the frequency modulation switch can adjust the frequency of the exhaust fan 50 from 0 to 50 Hz.
Although ultraviolet rays have the effect of disinfection and sterilization, the files can be damaged by long-time ultraviolet radiation. Therefore, the storage of the file in this embodiment includes three steps:
firstly, ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization. In the initial state, the door curtain 20 is rolled up. After the files are put into the drawer 11, the drawer 11 is closed, the regulating valve is opened, the air pump is connected with air, and the air pump is started. Since the throat of the venturi tube 30 continuously sucks in air, the amount of air in the bag body 22 increases, and the surplus air is discharged through the exhaust hole 24. When the door curtain 20 is closed, the air inside the cabinet 10 is filtered, dried and deodorized. Since ultraviolet rays may injure the eyes of the human body, the ultraviolet lamp 15 is turned on after the door curtain 20 is used to shield the cabinet 10. At this time, the ultraviolet lamp switch is pressed down, the ultraviolet lamp 15 is turned on, the files are irradiated by the ultraviolet rays, and the files are disinfected and sterilized by the ultraviolet rays. The irradiation time of the ultraviolet lamp 15 is controlled according to the actual situation, and the ultraviolet lamp 15 is turned off immediately after the irradiation is completed. The ultraviolet lamp 15 generates heat during the irradiation process, so that the temperature in the cabinet 10 is raised, the storage of files is not facilitated, and the temperature in the cabinet 10 can be reduced by continuously introducing air into the cabinet 10, so that the files can be stored better.
And secondly, protecting with nitrogen. Nitrogen gas is chemically inert and is commonly used as a preservative. After the disinfection, the drying and the odor removal in the cabinet body 10 are completed, the air pump is stopped, the air pump is connected with nitrogen gas and then started, and the air in the cabinet body 10 is replaced by the nitrogen gas. Since the nitrogen gas will be mixed with the air, the content of the cabinet 10 will not be 100% pure nitrogen gas, but the purity of the nitrogen gas continuously rises to be close to that of the pure nitrogen gas, so as to achieve the expected protection effect. The nitrogen replacement process and the irradiation process of the ultraviolet lamp 15 are carried out simultaneously, so that the time is saved.
The frequency of suction fan 50 is set higher in the two steps in order to lower the temperature inside cabinet 10 by filling cold air into cabinet 10 with an air pump, and in order to quickly replace the air inside cabinet 10.
The third step: after the nitrogen replacement is completed, the frequency of the exhaust fan 50 is reduced to make the bag body 22 just expand to make the door curtain 20 cover the cabinet body 10 and the exhaust hole 24 is blocked by the air plug 25. Then, the regulating valve is closed, and the air pump is stopped, so that the nitrogen in the embodiment circulates in the system.
Since there is still a small amount of oxygen inside the cabinet 10, the process of file preservation still requires ventilation and thus internal circulation.
When the drawer 11 needs to be opened again to take files or place files, the suction fan 50 is closed and the regulating valve is opened, so that the air in the bag body 22 is discharged from the suction pipe 31 under the atmospheric pressure, the door curtain 20 is automatically rolled up, and the drawer 11 can be opened for use.
Because the air is cheap and easy to obtain and the nitrogen is high in cost, the air is adopted for replacement in the ultraviolet lamp irradiation process.
The specific implementation process is as follows:
firstly, ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization. In the initial state, the door curtain 20 is rolled up. After the files are put into the drawer 11, the drawer 11 is closed, the regulating valve is opened, and the air pump is connected into the air. Then, the ultraviolet lamp switch is pressed down, and the files are disinfected and sterilized by ultraviolet rays.
And secondly, protecting with nitrogen. After the disinfection, the drying and the odor removal in the cabinet body 10 are finished, the air pump is connected with nitrogen, and the air in the cabinet body 10 is replaced by the nitrogen. After the sterilization, the ultraviolet lamp 15 is turned off.
The third step: after the nitrogen replacement is completed, the frequency of the exhaust fan 50 is reduced to make the bag body 22 just expand to make the door curtain 20 cover the cabinet body 10 and the exhaust hole 24 is blocked by the air plug 25. Then, the control valve and the air pump were closed to circulate the nitrogen gas in the present embodiment inside the system.
When the drawer 11 needs to be opened again to take files or place files, the suction fan 50 is closed to open the regulating valve, the air in the bag body 22 is discharged from the suction pipe 31 under the atmospheric pressure, the door curtain 20 is automatically rolled up, and the drawer 11 can be opened for use.
