Various scholars and specialists at home and abroad propose various solutions, but the contradiction of poor large-coverage uniformity of liquid drops and poor anti-drift performance of liquid drops, which are commonly existed in plant protection operation, is not solved, so that the development of tools capable of fully meeting the coverage uniformity and increasing the anti-drift performance of liquid drops is urgent. Up to now, the applicant has not seen reports and applications that can both reduce drift and increase coverage uniformity.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at solving the problems in the prior art, combines the actual demands of agricultural production operation, designs a liquid drop thinning type low-drift device, and makes the liquid drop be a large liquid drop with strong drift resistance before a contact device and be a small liquid drop with good coverage uniformity after the contact device by carrying out secondary physical segmentation on the liquid drop in the process of moving from a spray head to a target crop. The contradiction of poor uniformity of large coverage of liquid drops and poor anti-drift performance of small liquid drops is perfectly solved, and the purposes of reducing drift and increasing coverage are achieved.

The invention solves the problems of poor large coverage uniformity and poor small anti-drift performance of the existing droplet by adopting a mode of carrying out secondary physical segmentation refinement on the droplet in the spraying process, and has the characteristics of novel, reasonable and simple structure, wide applicability and reliable use.

The liquid refining type low-drift device comprises a frame connecting rod 3, wherein the frame connecting rod 3 is respectively connected with two sides of an upper oblique beam 4 and a lower oblique beam 5, a clamping bracket 2 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the frame connecting rod 3, the clamping bracket 2 is assembled with a clamping stile 1, and a low-drift device main body 10 is assembled on the clamping stile 1; one side of the lower inclined beam 5 is fixedly connected with a liquid medicine recovery device 8, and the other end of the liquid medicine recovery device 8 is connected with a liquid medicine recovery pipe 9; the lower inclined beam 5 is connected with a wet spray rod 6, and the wet spray rod 6 is connected with a spray head 7. Two rows of straight notches are formed in the frame connecting rod 3 so as to adapt to stepless height adjustment of the device under different working conditions in the field. When the four groups of frame connecting rods 3 are arranged, one group of frame connecting rods 3 is slightly lower than the other three groups of frame connecting rods 3, so that liquid drops which are convenient to stay on the low-drift device main body 10 flow through the liquid medicine recovery device 8 and the liquid medicine recovery tube 9 in sequence under the action of gravity and pipeline pressure to flow back to the medicine box. The clamping stile 1 assembled with the low drift device body 10 is provided with a port at one corner thereof and is contacted with the liquid medicine recovery device 8, so that liquid drops are conveniently recovered. The liquid medicine recovery device 8 is of a funnel-like structure and is communicated with the liquid medicine recovery tube 9. The low-drift device body 10 is provided with a plurality of rows and columns of small holes, is of a screen-like structure, and is clamped and fixed by the clamping stile 1, so that the stability of the system is improved.
When in operation, the invention is creatively assembled on each group of spray boom assembly frames of the spray boom type sprayer. The vertical distance between the device and the spray head 7 and the ground clearance can be changed by adjusting the connection positions of the frame connecting rod 3, the upper oblique beam 4 and the lower oblique beam 5 according to different working conditions during working.
