When the driving motor 12 is started, the first rotating shaft 9 rotates reversely and drives the second belt pulley 176 to rotate reversely, the second belt pulley 176 rotates reversely and drives the first belt pulley 173 to rotate reversely through the flat belt 175, the first belt pulley 173 rotates reversely and drives the second rotating shaft 172 to rotate reversely, the second rotating shaft 172 rotates reversely and drives the brush drum 174 to rotate reversely, and then when the melon seeds rotate reversely and throw the melon seed shells to the upper part of the outer left side face of the collecting frame 4, the brush drum 174 rotates reversely and contacts with the melon seed shells to push the melon seed shells into the collecting frame 4. When the melon seed shells on the lawn are cleaned, the driving motor 12 is turned off, and the brush drum 174 stops rotating reversely.
When an operator pushes the device to clean and collect the claws 11 on the lawn, the first rotating shaft 9 rotates reversely and drives the cam 181 to rotate reversely, due to the action of the first spring 185, the cam 181 rotates reversely to drive the contact wheel 184 to swing up and down, the contact wheel 184 swings up and down to drive the oscillating rod 183 to swing up and down, the limit block 187 can prevent the oscillating rod 183 from swinging up and down too much, the oscillating rod 183 swings up and down to drive the stirring rod 186 to swing up and down, and the stirring rod 186 swings up and down to stir the melon seed shells in the lawn. When the shell of the melon seeds in the lawn is completely cleaned, the driving motor 12 is turned off, and the stirring rod 186 stops swinging up and down. When the claw 11 reverses and gets rid of the melon seed shell on the outer left side upper portion of collection frame 4, brush section of thick bamboo 174 reverses then pushes the melon seed shell in collecting frame 4, and the melon seed shell that has not pushed in collecting frame 4 then slides down, and the melon seed shell is kept off by baffle 20 and falls to collecting frame 4 in through-hole 19, and along with the melon seed shell in collecting frame 4 more and more, the melon seed shell makes thin brush hair 21 block through-hole 19. Therefore, the shell of the melon seeds can be prevented from sliding down into the lawn.
After the brush barrel 174 is used for a long time, and when the brush barrel 174 rotates reversely, an operator can push the upper part of the L-shaped rod 23 to swing rightwards to enable the right part to swing downwards, the second spring 24 is compressed, the right part of the L-shaped rod 23 swings downwards to drive the fixing plate 26 to swing downwards, the fixing plate 26 swings downwards to drive the fixing rod 25 to swing downwards, the fixing rod 25 swings downwards to contact with the brush barrel 174, and then the fixing rod 25 clears away the residual impurities on the brush barrel 174. When the brush cylinder 174 is cleaned, the L-shaped rod 23 can be released, and the right portion of the L-shaped rod 23 swings upward under the action of the second spring 24, and the fixing rod 25 is driven by the fixing plate 26 to swing upward to return to the original position. Thus, a large amount of impurities left on the brush cylinder 174 can be prevented from affecting subsequent use.
