Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种会话激活方法及移动性管理功能实体、会话管理功能实体、终端和系统。该方法包括:移动性管理功能实体获取终端的协议数据单元PDU会话激活请求,该PDU会话激活请求包括PDU会话的标识和该终端的标识,该PDU会话激活请求用于请求激活该PDU会话;该移动性管理功能实体向会话管理功能实体发送该PDU会话激活请求;会话管理功能实体根据该PDU会话激活请求激活该PDU会话。本发明实施例能够通过在PDU会话激活请求中增加PDU会话的标识,使得终端能够按需激活PDU会话,从而能够减少终端与网络之间的信令交互,有利于降低网络负荷和节约终端的电量。
