Abstract
本申请实施例公开了数据传输方法、终端和接入网网元。UE的策略客户端与UE的操作系统或应用层设置有接口,该接口用于向操作系统或应用层提供涉及操作系统或应用层的策略,并从操作系统或应用层收集报告所需的信息,这样通过UE的底层实现专用传输通道,在专用传输通道中传输报告和策略,协议的实现不与应用层和操作系统耦合,实现简单。
