In an embodiment, when the processor 502 performs the step of configuring the preset short message sending template according to the multiple sets of configuration information input by the user to obtain the multiple short message sending tasks with the same number as the configuration information, the following operations are performed: configuring the exclusion parameters in the short message sending templates with the same quantity according to the exclusion rule information in the multiple groups of configuration information; configuring the screening parameters in each short message sending template configured with the exclusion parameters according to the client screening rule information in the plurality of groups of configuration information; and configuring the sending parameters in each short message sending template with configured screening parameters according to the short message sending information in the multiple groups of configuration information to obtain the short message sending tasks with the same quantity.
In an embodiment, when the processor 502 performs the step of filtering the client information in the preset client information table according to a plurality of short message sending tasks to generate a short message to be sent including a plurality of target clients, the following operations are performed: acquiring exclusion parameters configured in a certain short message sending task, judging client information in the client information table according to the exclusion parameters, and screening out clients meeting the exclusion parameters to obtain an initially screened client information table; judging the customer information in the preliminary screening customer information table according to the screening parameters configured in the current short message sending task so as to screen and obtain customers meeting the screening parameters in the current short message sending task as primary selection customers; and acquiring all primary customers corresponding to all the short message sending tasks as target customers, and acquiring customer information corresponding to the target customers in the customer information table to generate short messages to be sent.
In an embodiment, when executing the step of sending a short message to a target client corresponding to the short message pending issue according to each short message sending task to remind the target client corresponding to all the short message sending tasks, the processor 502 executes the following operations: monitoring each short message sending task in real time; if the sending parameters configured in a certain short message sending task are met, configuring according to the sending parameters and the customer information of the target customer corresponding to the short message sending task to obtain a target short message; and sending the short message content in the target short message to a corresponding target client according to the mobile phone number configured in the target short message.
In an embodiment, when the processor 502 performs the step of adding corresponding tag information to each short message sending task according to the determination result, the following operations are performed: if the judgment result of the short message sending task is that the last sending is finished, adding first marking information to the short message sending task; and if the judgment result of the short message sending task is not that the last sending is finished, adding second marking information to the short message sending task.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiment of a computer device illustrated in fig. 11 does not constitute a limitation on the specific construction of the computer device, and that in other embodiments a computer device may include more or fewer components than those illustrated, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. For example, in some embodiments, the computer device may only include a memory and a processor, and in such embodiments, the structures and functions of the memory and the processor are consistent with those of the embodiment shown in fig. 11, and are not described herein again.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the processor 502 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), and the processor 502 may also be other general purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, and the like. In an embodiment, the step of configuring the preset short message sending template according to a plurality of sets of configuration information input by a user to obtain a plurality of short message sending tasks with the same number as the configuration information includes: configuring the exclusion parameters in the short message sending templates with the same quantity according to the exclusion rule information in the multiple groups of configuration information; configuring the screening parameters in each short message sending template configured with the exclusion parameters according to the client screening rule information in the plurality of groups of configuration information; and configuring the sending parameters in each short message sending template with configured screening parameters according to the short message sending information in the multiple groups of configuration information to obtain the short message sending tasks with the same quantity.
In an embodiment, the step of filtering the client information in a preset client information table according to the plurality of short message sending tasks to generate the short message to be sent including a plurality of target clients includes: acquiring exclusion parameters configured in a certain short message sending task, judging client information in the client information table according to the exclusion parameters, and screening out clients meeting the exclusion parameters to obtain an initially screened client information table; judging the customer information in the preliminary screening customer information table according to the screening parameters configured in the current short message sending task so as to screen and obtain customers meeting the screening parameters in the current short message sending task as primary selection customers; and acquiring all primary customers corresponding to all the short message sending tasks as target customers, and acquiring customer information corresponding to the target customers in the customer information table to generate short messages to be sent.

adding corresponding marking information to each short message sending task according to the judgment result;
the configuring the preset short message sending template according to the multiple groups of configuration information input by the user to obtain a plurality of short message sending tasks with the same quantity as the configuration information comprises the following steps:
configuring the exclusion parameters in the short message sending templates with the same quantity according to the exclusion rule information in the multiple groups of configuration information;
configuring the screening parameters in each short message sending template configured with the exclusion parameters according to the client screening rule information in the plurality of groups of configuration information;
configuring the sending parameters in each short message sending template with configured screening parameters according to the short message sending information in the multiple groups of configuration information to obtain short message sending tasks with the same quantity;
the step of screening the client information in a preset client information table according to the short message sending tasks to generate short messages to be sent containing a plurality of target clients comprises the following steps:
acquiring exclusion parameters configured in a certain short message sending task, judging client information in the client information table according to the exclusion parameters, and screening out clients meeting the exclusion parameters to obtain an initially screened client information table;
judging the customer information in the preliminary screening customer information table according to the screening parameters configured in the current short message sending task so as to screen and obtain customers meeting the screening parameters in the current short message sending task as primary selection customers;
acquiring all primary selection clients corresponding to all short message sending tasks as target clients, and acquiring client information corresponding to the target clients in the client information table to generate short messages to be sent;
the specific judgment steps of the mark adding judgment rule comprise: if the sending type of the short message sending task is single and the short message sending task is executed and completed on the current date, the judgment result of the short message sending task is that the last sending is completed; if the sending type of the short message sending task is not single, whether the short message sending task is finished with the last sending or not needs to be judged by combining the sending starting date, the sending ending date and the current date.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the adding corresponding tag information to each of the sms sending tasks according to the determination result comprises:
if the judgment result of the short message sending task is that the last sending is finished, adding first marking information to the short message sending task;
and if the judgment result of the short message sending task is not that the last sending is finished, adding second marking information to the short message sending task.
