The hollowed-out through hole 5 can enable the rear part of the artificial cochlea body 1 to form an elastic frame which can be concavely matched with the edge of the upper part of the outer ear of a patient, so that the artificial cochlea body 1 is effectively prevented from falling off from the ear of the patient.
In a second embodiment of the present invention: referring to fig. 3, an auxiliary clamping mechanism 41 is disposed at the upper end of the fixed head 4, the auxiliary clamping mechanism 41 includes an adjusting screw 411, the lower end of the adjusting screw 411 is rotationally connected with an arc 413, the adjusting screw 411 is annularly and externally connected with a sleeve 412 by threads, the sleeve 412 is fixedly connected in the fixed head 4 and extends to the upper end of the fixed head 4, specifically, when the microphone size is smaller than the inner diameter of the fixed round hole 3, the fixed round hole 3 cannot fasten the microphone, the microphone penetrates the fixed round hole 3, then the adjusting screw 411 is rotated, and the adjusting screw 411 is rotationally moved and simultaneously moves downwards along the sleeve 412 so as to drive the arc 413 to move downwards, so that the arc 413 extrudes and fixes the microphone, and the application range is increased.
