As shown in fig. 1-4, the portable intrinsic safety type small-area dust removal system for underground coal mine of the present embodiment includes a dust collection tube 6, a material suction device 2, a connection disc 3, a dust collection cloth bag 1, a flow divider 7 and an air tube 10; the material suction device comprises a connecting disc 3, wherein the connecting disc 3 is provided with a preset number of material suction devices 2, the material suction devices 2 penetrate through the connecting disc 3 and are fixedly connected with the connecting disc 3 through the outer walls of the material suction devices, the interior of each material suction device 2 is in a front-back through shape, the rear end of each material suction device 2 is connected with a dust collection cloth bag 1, the front end of each material suction device 2 is connected with a dust collection pipe 6, the side wall of each material suction device 2 is also provided with a gas port 4, each gas port 4 on each material suction device 2 is communicated with a gas pipe 10 through a flow divider 7, the flow divider 7 is fixedly connected onto the connecting disc 3, a branch gas pipe 9 is connected between each gas port 4 and the flow divider 7, each branch gas pipe;
the material suction device is characterized in that a reducing throat pipe 5 is further arranged inside the material suction device 2, two ends of the reducing throat pipe 5 are in a front-back through shape, the diameter of a front end of the reducing throat pipe 5 is larger than that of a rear end of the reducing throat pipe, the front end of the reducing throat pipe 5 is connected with the front end of the material suction device 2 and communicated with a dust suction pipe 6, the rear end of the reducing throat pipe 5 is located on the rear side of the air port 4, and a preset distance is reserved between the rear end of the reducing throat pipe 5 and the rear end of the material suction.
In the embodiment, three material suction devices 2 are arranged on the connecting disc 3 and are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the connecting disc 3, the shunt 7 is fixed at the center of the connecting disc 3, the length of the material suction devices is not more than 300mm, and the diameter of the material suction devices is less than 50 mm.

After the corresponding first switch 8 and the second switch 11 are opened, air supply is started, the air is divided by the flow divider 7 to each material suction device 2 and enters the material suction devices 2 through the air ports 4, and due to the arrangement of the reducing throat pipe 5, when the air enters the rear end of the reducing throat pipe 5 from the external space of the reducing throat pipe 5, a negative pressure area is formed at the front end of the reducing throat pipe 5, so that a certain suction force is generated by the dust suction pipe 6 communicated with the front end of the reducing throat pipe 5, and dust at the front end of the dust suction pipe 6 is sucked into the material suction devices 2 and enters the dust collection cloth bag 1, so that the purpose of dust removal is achieved. In another embodiment of the present invention, the material suction device 2 can be detachably connected with the dust collecting cloth bag 1 and the dust suction pipe 6, when the dust collecting cloth bag 1 has more dust collection, the material suction device can be quickly taken down and replaced with a new dust collecting cloth bag, and meanwhile, the taken-down cloth bag with more dust collection is cleaned, so that the dust removal efficiency can be improved to the maximum extent.
The dust collection pipe and the dust collection cloth bag of the dust collection system can be contracted, the material suction device is an intrinsic safety type pure pneumatic element, the size of the dust collection cloth bag can be determined according to the size of an actual application area, and the front end of the dust collection pipe can be flexibly placed and used for absorbing scattered dust in different areas; the whole system has simple structure, low cost, small volume after shrinkage and convenient carrying, and is particularly suitable for dedusting of small-area operation areas under mines.
