Fig. 3 and 4 are schematic structural views of a second embodiment of the pre-sticking type waterproof film rubberizing and slitting integrated machine, and fig. 3 is a front view; fig. 4 is a plan view. In fig. 3 and 4, the same reference numerals are given to the same devices as those of the first embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the pre-adhesive waterproof film rubberizing and slitting integrated machine comprises a frame 01, a film unreeling device 1, a tape unreeling device 2, a positioning device (a positioning reed 3), a laminating device (an upper pinch roller 4 and a lower pinch roller 5), a counting roller 6, a slitting device (an upper knife roller 8 and a lower knife roller 9), an upper guide roller 10, a lower guide roller 11, an upper wind-up roller 12 and a lower wind-up roller 13. The film unwinding device 1, the adhesive tape unwinding device 2, the laminating device, the counting roller 6, the slitting device, the upper guide roller 10, the lower guide roller 11, the upper winding roller 12 and the lower winding roller 13 are sequentially arranged along the advancing direction (the direction shown by an arrow) of the waterproof film, and the positioning device is positioned between the adhesive tape unwinding roller 2 and the laminating device.
The structure of the second embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that:
the second embodiment is provided with a positioning device, and the unreeling adhesive tape passes through the positioning device and then enters the slitting device; the adhesive tape unwinding device 2 simultaneously unwinds four adhesive tapes, the four adhesive tape rolls 03 are inflated by the inflatable shafts and fixed on the second inflatable shaft, the first adhesive tape is attached to the edge of the waterproof film, and the distance between the other adhesive tape rolls is measured and adjusted by a tape measure; the slitting device is provided with three groups of disc cutters, the edges of the second adhesive tape, the third adhesive tape and the fourth adhesive tape are sequentially attached, the accuracy requirement of cutting the edges of the adhesive tapes along the attaching direction is about 1mm, and the accuracy can be achieved by finely adjusting the attaching position of the adhesive tapes through the positioning device.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a positioning reed of the present invention, fig. 6(a) is a front view, and fig. 6(b) is a plan view of fig. 6 (a). As shown in fig. 6: the positioning device comprises a positioning shaft 31, a plurality of positioning reeds 3 and positioning bolts, wherein four positioning reeds are arranged in the embodiment, and the positioning reeds 3 correspond to the adhesive tape rolls 03 one by one.
The positioning reed 3 comprises a circular sleeve 301, one side of the side wall of the circular sleeve is connected with a handle, the other side of the side wall of the circular sleeve is connected with a U-shaped ring 302, the inner diameter of the U-shaped ring 302 is matched with the size of the adhesive tape, the contact surface of the U-shaped ring 302 and the adhesive tape is an arc-shaped surface, and the friction of the positioning reed on the adhesive tape can be reduced due to the design of the arc-shaped surface. The both ends of location axle 31 fixed mounting are in frame 01, and location reed 3 suit is on location axle 31, and the ring 302 is towards the sticky tape in the U.
After the position of the positioning reed 3 is manually adjusted to correspond to the adhesive tape rolls 03 one by one, the positioning reed is manually screwed up through the positioning bolt to fix the position of the adhesive tape rolls. The positioning reed can be adjusted in a sliding mode at any time, so that the attaching position of the adhesive tape can be adjusted, and the cutting precision of the slitting knife along the edge of the adhesive tape is guaranteed.
The working principle of the second embodiment is as follows: the waterproof film 021 enters the laminating device after being unreeled by the film unreeling device 1, the adhesive tapes 031 penetrate through the positioning reeds 3 one by one after being unreeled by the adhesive tape unreeling device 2 and enter the laminating device, and the position of the positioning reeds 3 is adjusted to finely adjust the laminating position of the adhesive tapes; the lower adhesive tape 031 extruded by the upper pinch roll 4 and the lower pinch roll 5 is tightly attached to the waterproof film 021; the length of the waterproof film 022 attached with the adhesive tape is measured by the counting roller 6 and then enters a cutting device, the waterproof film 022 is cut by an upper circular cutter 81 and a lower circular cutter 91 in the cutting device and then divided into four strips, and the upper edge of each waterproof film is attached with one adhesive tape; after the cut waterproof film 023 passes through the upper guide roller 10, the odd-numbered rows form an upper film roll 04 in the upper wind-up roller 12; the even numbered rows pass the lower guide roll 11 to form a lower film roll 05 in the lower wind-up roll 13.
Third embodiment
FIG. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a third embodiment of the pre-bonded waterproof film rubberizing and slitting integrated machine according to the invention; fig. 5 is a plan view, the front view of which is the same as fig. 3.
The structure of the third embodiment is substantially the same as that of the second embodiment, except that:
six adhesive tapes are simultaneously unreeled on the adhesive tape unreeling device 2, six adhesive tape rolls 03 are inflated by an inflatable shaft and fixed on a second inflatable shaft, and one group of two adhesive tapes is respectively attached to two edges of the cut waterproof film; the cutting device is provided with six groups of disc cutters, the first group of disc cutters are attached to the upper edge of a first adhesive tape, and the second group of disc cutters are attached to the lower edge of a second adhesive tape; the third group of disc cutters are attached to the upper edge of the third adhesive tape, and the fourth group of disc cutters are attached to the lower edge of the fourth adhesive tape; the fifth set of disc cutters was attached to the upper edge of the fifth strip of tape and the sixth set of disc cutters was attached to the lower edge of the sixth strip of tape.
The working principle of the third embodiment is as follows: the waterproof film 021 enters the laminating device after being unreeled by the film unreeling device 1, the adhesive tapes 031 penetrate through the positioning reeds 3 one by one after being unreeled by the adhesive tape unreeling device 2 and enter the laminating device, and the position of the positioning reeds 3 is adjusted to finely adjust the laminating position of the adhesive tapes; the lower adhesive tape 031 extruded by the upper pinch roll 4 and the lower pinch roll 5 is tightly attached to the waterproof film 021; the length of the waterproof film 022 attached with the adhesive tape is measured by the counting roller 6 and then enters a cutting device, the waterproof film 022 is cut by an upper circular cutter 81 and a lower circular cutter 91 in the cutting device and then is divided into three pieces, and the upper edge and the lower edge of each waterproof film are both attached with one adhesive tape; after the cut waterproof film 023 passes through the upper guide roller 10, the odd-numbered rows form an upper film roll 04 in the upper wind-up roller 12; the even numbered rows pass the lower guide roll 11 to form a lower film roll 05 in the lower wind-up roll 13.

Claims (8)

1. A pre-bonding type waterproof film rubberizing and slitting integrated machine comprises a rack and is characterized in that a film unreeling device, a tape unreeling device, a laminating device, a counting roller, a slitting device, a guide roller and a wind-up roller are arranged on the rack; the waterproof film enters the laminating device after being unreeled by the film unreeling device, the waterproof film is laminated with the adhesive tape unreeled by the adhesive tape unreeling device in the laminating device, the waterproof film laminated with the adhesive tape enters the cutting device after being measured by the counting roller, the waterproof film is cut into a plurality of strips in the cutting device, the edge of each waterproof film is laminated with the adhesive tape, and the cut waterproof film is wound in the winding roller through the guide roller; the positioning device is arranged between the adhesive tape unwinding device and the laminating device; the adhesive tape unwinding device can unwind a plurality of adhesive tapes simultaneously, each adhesive tape enters the laminating device after passing through the positioning reed of the positioning device, and the position of the positioning reed is adjusted to adjust the laminating position of the adhesive tape.

The pre-bonded waterproof film rubberizing and slitting all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guide rollers comprise an upper guide roller and a lower guide roller, and the wind-up rollers comprise an upper wind-up roller and a lower wind-up roller; after the cut waterproof films pass through the upper guide roller, the waterproof films in odd rows are wound in the upper winding roller, and the waterproof films in even rows are wound in the lower guide roller through the lower guide roller.

The pre-bonded waterproof film rubberizing and slitting integrated machine according to claim 2, wherein the upper wind-up roll comprises a third inflatable shaft, the third inflatable shaft is rotatably arranged on the rack through a bearing, the lower wind-up roll comprises a fourth inflatable shaft, the fourth inflatable shaft is rotatably arranged on the rack through a bearing, the third inflatable shaft and the fourth inflatable shaft are connected through a third transmission gear set, and the third transmission gear set is driven to rotate by a third driving motor to drive the upper wind-up roll and the lower wind-up roll to synchronously rotate.

The pre-glued waterproof film rubberizing and slitting all-in-one machine of claim 1, wherein the positioning device comprises a positioning shaft, a plurality of positioning reeds and positioning bolts, two ends of the positioning shaft are fixedly mounted on the machine frame, the positioning reeds are slidably sleeved on the positioning shaft and are fixed in position through the positioning bolts, the positioning reeds and the adhesive tapes are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, a U-shaped ring is arranged at one end, facing the adhesive tapes, of each positioning reed, and each piece of unwound adhesive tape penetrates through the U-shaped ring to enter the gluing device.

The pre-bonding waterproof film rubberizing and slitting all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 4, wherein the film unwinding device comprises a first air expansion shaft, a first transmission gear set and a first magnetic powder tensioner, the first air expansion shaft is rotatably arranged on the rack through a bearing, the first magnetic powder tensioner is connected with the first air expansion shaft through the first transmission gear set, and the first magnetic powder tensioner adjusts the film unwinding tension on line.

The pre-glued waterproof film gluing and slitting integrated machine according to claim 1, 2 or 4, wherein the tape unwinding device comprises a second air expansion shaft, a second transmission gear set and a second magnetic powder tensioner, the second air expansion shaft is rotatably arranged on the rack through a bearing, the second air expansion shaft is connected with the second magnetic powder tensioner through the second transmission gear set, and the second magnetic powder tensioner adjusts the tape unwinding tension on line.

The integrated pre-adhesive waterproof film gluing and slitting machine as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 4, wherein the gluing device comprises an upper pinch roller and a lower pinch roller, the upper pinch roller and the lower pinch roller are rotatably arranged on the rack through bearings respectively, and the upper pinch roller and the lower pinch roller rotate in a friction mode to press the adhesive tape on the waterproof film.

The pre-adhesive waterproof film rubberizing and slitting integrated machine according to claim 1, 2 or 4, wherein the slitting device comprises an upper knife roll, a plurality of upper circular knives, a lower knife roll, a plurality of lower circular knives, a fourth transmission gear set and a fourth driving motor, the upper knife roll is rotatably arranged on the frame through a bearing, the lower knife roll is rotatably arranged on the frame through a bearing, the upper knife roll and the lower knife roll are connected through the fourth transmission gear set, the fourth transmission gear set is driven by the fourth driving motor to drive the upper guide roller and the lower guide roller to synchronously rotate, the upper circular knives and the lower circular knives are respectively fixed on the upper knife roll and the lower knife roll at intervals through bolts, the upper circular knives and the lower circular knives are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the upper circular knives and the lower circular knives drive the upper circular knives and the lower circular knives to rotate and cut the waterproof films with adhesive tapes into a plurality of strips, and each waterproof film is adhered with.
