Background
In industrial production and daily life, often need punch on wood, wall and metal with the electric drill, the angle of drill bit and the face of punching can only be relied on the operator to come the adjustment of range estimation, and the hole of drilling out is difficult perpendicular with the face of punching, brings not little trouble for work such as follow-up installation part, and the electric drill also can swing at the in-process of punching easily with the drill bit rupture or make the hole oval-shaped moreover. Therefore, the electric drill support is needed, the electric drill is fixed in the drilling process of the electric drill, and the drilled hole is guaranteed to be perpendicular to the drilling surface. The Chinese patent with the publication number of CN106112064B discloses a vertical punching support of an electric hand drill, which comprises a fixed seat, a sliding sleeve and supporting legs, wherein the electric hand drill is fixed in the sliding sleeve when in use, the sliding sleeve is movably arranged in the fixed seat, a compression spring is arranged between the sliding sleeve and the fixed seat, the supporting legs are connected on the fixed seat, the supporting legs are a plurality of straight bars, the straight bars are arranged in clamping holes of the fixed seat, clamping grooves are arranged on the straight bars, and movable clamping pins matched with the clamping grooves are arranged in the clamping holes. The device can well fix the electric drill, but the electric drill vibrates greatly when working, only a plurality of straight rods are used as supports, the stability is poor, and the straight rods can displace due to vibration, so that the punched holes are not perpendicular to the punching surface; if the number of the straight rods is increased, although the stability can be increased to a certain extent, the interference can be caused to the handle of the electric drill, and the operation is inconvenient; moreover, when the area of the punching surface is small or the shape of the punching surface is irregular, the device cannot achieve the effect of vertically punching the hole by the electric drill.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an electric drill support, and aims to solve the problems that the electric drill support for vertical punching in the prior art is poor in stability and cannot be fixed on a small punching surface.

the invention provides an electric drill support which comprises a base, wherein two vertical hollow sleeves are fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base, the cross sections of the sleeves can be in any shape, the cross section shape of each sleeve is ensured to be constant, a step-type groove with a large upper part and a small lower part is formed in the middle of the two sleeves of the base, the groove penetrates through the upper surface and the lower surface of the base, and the groove can be in a cylindrical or square cylindrical shape or other shapes; the protection cylinder is a hollow stepped cylinder with a large upper part and a small lower part, a hollow structure which is communicated with the inside is formed, the protection cylinder is matched with the groove and can slide up and down in the groove, the upper surface of the base is also fixedly provided with two pairs of pin holes and bolts which are matched with each other, when the upper surface of the protection cylinder is coincided with the upper surface of the base, the lower surface of the protection cylinder is raised relative to the lower surface of the base, and the bolts are inserted into the pin holes at the moment, so that the protection cylinder is prevented from displacing in the vertical direction. The sliding column is arranged on the sleeve and is matched with the inner wall of the sleeve, a spring is sleeved outside the sliding column, a sliding sleeve which is matched with the sliding column and can freely move up and down is sleeved outside the sliding column, two first zigzag protection frames are fixedly arranged on the sliding sleeve, a first internal thread cylinder is arranged between the two first protection frames, and two first screws respectively penetrate through the two first protection frames and are matched with the first internal thread cylinder; two zigzag second protection frames are fixedly arranged on the sliding sleeve, a second internal thread cylinder is arranged between the two second protection frames, and two second screws respectively penetrate through the two second protection frames and are matched with the second internal thread cylinder; two brackets are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the sliding sleeve. The electric drill is fixed by the first protective frame, the second protective frame and the bracket together, the electric drill can move up and down along the sliding column along with the sliding sleeve, a drill bit of the electric drill just penetrates through a hollow structure in the protective cylinder, the protective cylinder can block splashed drill cuttings during working of the electric drill, and safety is improved.
In order to make the electric drill fixed more stable, protect the fixed first slipmat that is provided with in the relative side of frame two first, two second protect the fixed second slipmat that is provided with in the relative side of frame, the fixed third slipmat that is provided with of upper surface of two brackets.
Because the relative movement of the inner wall of the sliding sleeve and the outer wall of the sliding column can cause abrasion, an oil filling hole communicated with the outer wall of the sliding column is formed in the side surface of the sliding sleeve, and oil filling lubrication is performed on the contact surface of the sliding sleeve and the sliding column during use.
The vibration that the electric drill produced when drilling is great, probably can make the base produce the displacement, leads to the hole of drilling out and the face out of plumb, so fixed the setting fourth anti-skidding pad in the bottom surface of base, and the surface of fourth anti-skidding pad is provided with anti-skidding line.
Scales are marked on the sliding column, so that the punching depth can be conveniently controlled.
The sliding column is provided with more than two screw holes in the horizontal direction, the sliding sleeve is provided with the screw holes in the horizontal direction, and the third screw is matched with the sliding sleeve and the screw holes in the sliding column, so that the sliding sleeve can be fixed on the sliding column and is convenient to store. Screw holes in the horizontal direction are formed in the side wall of the sleeve, the fourth screw is matched with the sleeve and the screw holes in the sliding column, and the length of the sliding column can be adjusted according to the length of a drilled hole.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the electric drill support, the groove is formed in the base, the protective cylinder matched with the groove is arranged, when the punching surface is large, the bottom surface of the base is directly contacted with the punching surface, the stability of the electric drill support is greatly improved due to the large contact surface, the drill bit only can move in the punching direction, and the punched hole is perpendicular to the punching surface. When the face of punching is less, the base bottom surface can't be rather than the complete contact, will protect a section of thick bamboo lapse for protecting a section of thick bamboo upper surface and base upper surface coincidence, protect a bottom surface and for the base bottom surface protrusion, insert the bolt in the pinhole again, owing to protect a section of thick bamboo and recess and mutually support, the event protects a section of thick bamboo and base and can not take place relative displacement, protects a bottom surface and the face contact that punches this moment, plays the effect of fixed bolster. The electric drill support solves the problems that the electric drill support in the prior art is poor in stability and cannot be fixed when a drilling surface is small, and the protective cylinder can block splashed drill cuttings and improve safety because the drill bit is always in the protective cylinder.

In this embodiment, the opposite sides of the two first protection frames 10 are fixedly provided with first anti-slip pads 12, the opposite sides of the two second protection frames 13 are fixedly provided with second anti-slip pads 14, the upper surfaces of the two brackets 16 are fixedly provided with third anti-slip pads 17, and the bottom surface of the base 1 is fixedly provided with fourth anti-slip pads 21. In this embodiment, a horizontal screw hole is formed in the sliding sleeve 9, and the third screw 19 is matched with the sliding sleeve 9 and the screw hole in the sliding column 7, so that the sliding sleeve 9 can be fixed on the sliding column 7 through the third screw 19 when not in use, and the storage is convenient.
In this embodiment, the side wall of the sleeve 2 is provided with a horizontal screw hole, and the fourth screw 20 is matched with the screw holes on the sleeve 2 and the sliding column 7.
The specific working process of this embodiment is as follows: the drill is clamped between the first and second holders 10, 13 and the bracket 16, and the first and second screws 22 and 23 are tightened to fix the drill. The length of the slide post 7 is adjusted according to the length of the drill bit, and then the fourth screw 20 is tightened to fix the slide post 7. When the punching surface is larger, the base is directly placed on the punching surface, as shown in fig. 2. The sliding sleeve 9 only moves up and down along the sliding column 7, the electric drill only moves up and down under the restraint of the first protection frame 10, the second protection frame 13 and the bracket 16, and a drill bit extends into the hollow part of the protection cylinder 4 to punch a hole vertical to a punching surface; when the punching surface is small, the protective cylinder 4 is moved downwards to the position where the upper surface of the protective cylinder coincides with the upper surface of the base, then the bolt 6 is inserted into the pin hole 5, the protective cylinder 4 is fixed, as shown in fig. 3, the bottom surface of the protective cylinder 4 is in contact with the punching surface to play a role of fixing and supporting, the sliding sleeve 9 only moves up and down along the sliding column 7, the electric drill only moves up and down under the constraint of the first protective frame 10, the second protective frame 13 and the bracket 16, and the drill bit extends into the hollow part of the protective cylinder 4 to punch a hole perpendicular to the punching surface.
