万寿菊为菊科万寿菊属一年生草本植物,茎直立,粗壮,具纵细条棱,分枝向上平展。叶羽状分裂;沿叶缘有少数腺体。头状花序单生;总苞杯状,顶端具齿尖;舌状花黄色或暗橙色;管状花花冠黄色。瘦果线形,基部缩小,黑色或褐色,被短微毛;冠毛有1-2个长芒和2-3个短而钝的鳞片。花期7-9月。

本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种万寿菊的保鲜方法,其方法是采用以下步骤来实现的。
一、花期调控为调控好万寿菊的开花期,宜选用一年四季都能开花和生育期较短的优良杂交一代,于春季播种在冷床或温室内,保持温度23~25℃,5月定植于露地花圃,6月中旬左右就可开花。如要让万寿菊一年四季都开花,就应分批、分期播种。从4月下旬气温转暖并稳定在18℃以上时开始,每隔15天播种1批,直至7月中、下旬为止,那么,6~10月都将有一批植株开花供上市和观赏。若想让万寿菊在国庆时盛开,可在6月中旬播种。7月高温多雨,要开好沟沟相通的排灌沟,做到雨不成浸渍,旱时能随时灌溉;高温强光照时,应适时覆盖透光率为60%~70%的遮阳网。若到预期花期3周还不见花蕾时,应对叶片喷洒0.1%~0.2%磷酸二氢钾溶液,每隔3天喷1次,共喷4次;也可每周浇施此溶液2次,以促开花。7月1~15日剪取万寿菊侧芽扦插于肥沃砂壤地,15~20天即可生根发芽,成活率可达90%~98%,8月中旬可定植或栽植于花盆,多数植株国庆节可开花;当发现植株提早现蕾时,应及时再移栽1次,经此断根处理,可延迟开花6~8天。对万寿菊成株叶面喷洒500~1500毫克/升丁酰肼溶液,有矮化植株和提前3~5天开花的作用。对万寿菊成株按产品使用说明书要求叶面喷洒脱落酸溶液,可延迟开花5~7天。二、切花储藏保鲜万寿菊切花采收过早或过迟都会影响花朵的大小和艳丽度,应适时采收。直接销售的万寿菊切花宜在外围花瓣充分伸长时采收,卖给批发商的则要求成熟度低些。万寿菊花序上小花花蕾透色充分时为采收适期;切花可选在温度较低的上午7~9时采收,做到轻采、轻放、轻运,尽力避免切花破损和污染。切花采收时要分级,一级切花长45~46厘米,二级39~41厘米,三级35~36厘米;同一等级切花的长度差不可超过±1.5厘米。采收后的切花要放在无阳光直射的阴凉处,(www.nczfj.com)尽快预冷储藏。入储前,应将同一品种和同一等级的切花每30枝带梗花序绑为1束,依次放入贴有品名、产地、等级等的有透气孔衬膜的瓦楞纸或塑料箱中,放在温度2~4℃、相对湿度91%~95%的条件下储藏,可保持花形、花色等在3~5天内不受影响。万寿菊切花能短时低湿干储藏,产品运抵目的地后,应尽快开箱并将其插入水中。为延长插瓶切花寿命,可采用如下保鲜液:35克/升蔗糖+30毫克/升硝酸银+75毫克/升柠檬酸。对未完全开放的切花催花,可用如下催花液:①2%蔗糖+200毫克/升8-羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐;②2%~3%蔗糖+25毫克/升硝酸银+75毫克/升柠檬酸。
