As shown in fig. 7, the first mounting groove 1211 includes a mounting groove surface 12111 and two mounting groove walls 12112 on both sides of the mounting groove surface 12111, respectively. The installation groove surface 12111 and the flexible screen module 11 surface are mutually attached. In the present embodiment, a cross-sectional view of the first mounting groove 1211, which is defined by the mounting groove surface 12111 and the mounting groove wall 12112 together, perpendicular to the first surface 121 is U-shaped or concave.
The dial 12 is provided with a limiting hole 1212, and the limiting hole 1212 is used for assembling the limiting buckle 141, which will be described in detail below. In an alternative embodiment, the position-limiting hole 1212 is disposed in the mounting groove wall 12112, and in other embodiments, the position-limiting hole 1212 may be disposed at other positions according to actual design requirements. The shape of the limiting hole 1212 may be rectangular, circular, square, etc., as long as the specific shape can be matched with the limiting buckle 141.
The stopper structure 14 includes a stopper buckle 141 and a stopper 142. In an alternative embodiment, the limit button 141 and the limit block 142 are two independent components, the limit button 141 is assembled to the dial 12, and the limit block 142 is assembled to the flexible screen module 11. When assembled, the flexible screen module 11 is fixedly installed in the first installation groove 1211 by the mutual engagement of the stopper 142 and the stopper buckle 141. In other embodiments, the stopper button 141 and the stopper 142 may be integrally formed.
In an alternative embodiment, the stopper 141 is mounted to the first mounting groove 1211 for defining a positional relationship between the stopper 141 and the first mounting groove 1211, and the position of the flexible screen module 11 relative to the first mounting groove 1211 is defined by the stopper 141. In an alternative embodiment, the position-limiting buckle 141 includes a position-limiting head 1411 and a clamping head 1412, the position-limiting head 1411 and the clamping head 1412 can be connected together at an angle, and of course, the position-limiting head 1411 and the clamping head 1412 can also be connected in an axial direction, but the size of the clamping head 1412 is larger than that of the position-limiting hole 1212. When organizing, the limiting head 1411 penetrates through the installation groove surface 12111 from the fourth surface 124 of the dial 12 through the limiting hole 1212 to extend to the first installation groove 1211, the card joint 1412 abuts against the fourth surface 124 of the dial 12 to limit the movement of the limiting head 1411, and the limiting head 1411 is used for cooperating with the limiting block 141 to limit the position of the limiting block 141 in the first installation groove 1411. With the above embodiment, the limit buckle 141 is assembled with the dial 12.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the stopper 141 has an L-shaped structure, one end of the L-shaped structure is a stopper 1411, and the other end of the L-shaped structure is a clip 1412. In other embodiments, the stop buckle 141 is a convex structure, one end of the L-shaped structure is a stop head 1411, and the other end of the L-shaped structure is a snap head 1412.
Furthermore, the wearable device further comprises a waterproof structure 15, wherein the waterproof structure 15 is attached to the clamping head 1412 and the limiting hole 1212, so as to prevent liquid from flowing into the internal components of the wearable device from the limiting hole 1212 from the first mounting groove 1211. Waterproof construction 15 is waterproof bubble cotton, waterproof bubble cotton 15 laminate in joint 1412 with spacing hole 1212.
The limiting block 142 comprises a limiting port and a limiting plate 1421, the limiting port is used for being matched with the limiting head 1411 to limit the position of the limiting block 142, and the limiting plate 1421 is used for limiting the position of the flexible screen module 11. In an optional embodiment, the limiting block 142 further includes a connecting portion 1422, wherein the connecting portion 1422 may be an elongated strip, the limiting opening is located at a first edge of the connecting portion 1422, the limiting opening may include an opening located at the first edge, or may be a hollow region located on the connecting portion 1422, and specifically, without limitation, the limiting plate 1421 extends from a second edge of the connecting portion 1422 in the direction of the connecting portion 1422, for example, the limiting plate 1421 is vertically connected to the second edge of the connecting portion 1422, wherein the second edge is opposite to the first edge, and in the present embodiment, a longitudinal interface diagram of the limiting plate 1421 and the connecting portion 1422 is an L-shape. During assembly, the limiting block 142 may be connected to the limiting block 142 through glue, double-sided tape or a buckle with the flexible screen module 11, wherein the inner surface of the limiting plate 1421 is attached to the upper surface of the flexible screen module 11, the inner surface of the connecting portion 1422 is attached to the side of the flexible screen module 11, when the flexible screen module 11 with the limiting block 142 is installed in the first installation groove 1211, the limiting opening of the limiting block 142 is matched with the limiting head 1411 of the limiting buckle 141, so as to limit the position of the flexible screen module 11 in the first installation groove 1211, and prevent the flexible screen module 11 from generating displacement in the first installation groove 1211.
Through above-mentioned embodiment for when equipment wearing equipment, can the accurate position of injecing the flexible screen module, avoid because the position of unable fixed screen and lead to the error often to appear in the in-process of accurate installation, lead to the installation failure or the condition emergence of installing the problem.
Fig. 9-10 are schematic structural diagrams of a flexible screen module according to an embodiment of the present application. Flexible screen module 11 includes flexible screen subassembly 111 and waterproof frame 112, waterproof frame 112 set up in flexible screen subassembly 111's side to separate that shelves external impurity enters into the subassembly from flexible screen subassembly 111's side inside, influence flexible screen subassembly 111's life.
Specifically, the waterproof bezel 112 includes a blocking frame 1121, a supporting frame 1123 and a connecting frame 1122, the connecting frame 1122 is connected between the blocking frame 1121 and the supporting frame 1123, and the flexible screen assembly supporting frame 111 is clamped by the blocking frame 1121 and the supporting frame 1123. The retaining frame 1121 includes an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface, one end of the connecting frame 1122 is connected to the lower surface of the retaining frame 1121 and extends in a direction away from the lower surface, and the other end of the connecting frame 1122 is connected to the supporting frame 1123, that is, the retaining frame 1121 is disposed at an interval instead of being attached to the supporting frame 1123, so that a supporting space is formed between the retaining frame 1121 and the supporting frame 1123.
During assembly, the flexible screen assembly 111 is accommodated in the supporting space, the upper surface of the flexible screen assembly 111 abuts against the lower surface of the abutting frame 1121, the lower surface of the flexible screen assembly 111 is supported by the supporting frame 1123, and the connecting frame 1122 shields the side surface of the flexible screen assembly 111.
In an alternative embodiment, the resisting frame 1121 is a rectangular frame. In other embodiments, the resisting frame 1121 may also be a circular frame. It should be noted that the shape of the resisting frame 1121 may be any shape determined according to actual needs. The withstanding frame 1121 includes a display area surrounded by a frame, wherein the size of the display area may be the same as the size of the flexible screen assembly 111 or smaller than the size of the flexible screen assembly 111. When assembled, the flexible screen assembly 111 may be assembled with the retaining frame 1121 by interference fit or by dispensing.
In an alternative embodiment, the connecting frame 1122 includes a first connecting frame and a second connecting frame. The shape of the connection frame 1122 may be a flat strip structure, the shape of the connection frame 1122 may also be an arc structure, and the specific shape may be determined according to the shape of the flexible screen assembly 111. The size of the connection frame 1122 matches with the size of the stop frame 1121 and the size of the flexible screen. In the present embodiment, the length of the connection frame 1122 matches the length of the resisting frame 1121, and the width of the connection frame 1122 matches the width of the flexible screen assembly 111. In other embodiments, the size of the connection frame 1122 may also be determined according to actual requirements. In this embodiment, one side of the first connection frame is connected to a first side of the blocking frame 1121 and extends in a direction away from the lower surface, and one side of the second connection frame is connected to a second side of the blocking frame 1121 opposite to the first side and extends in a direction away from the lower surface.
In an alternative embodiment, the support frame 1123 comprises a first support frame and a second support frame. The shape of the supporting frame 1123 may also be a flat strip structure, the shape of the connecting frame 1122 may also be an arc structure, and the specific shape may be determined according to the shape of the flexible screen assembly 111. The support frame 1123 is sized to fit the stop frame 1121. In the present embodiment, the length of the supporting frame 1123 matches the length of the resisting frame 1121. In other embodiments, the size of the connection frame 1122 may also be determined according to actual requirements. In this embodiment, the first support frame is connected to the other side of the first connection frame, the second support frame is connected to the other side of the second connection frame, and the first connection frame and the second connection frame extend relatively. Because the first connection frame and the second connection frame are connected to two opposite sides of the blocking frame 1121, and the first support frame and the second support frame respectively extend from the first connection frame and the second connection frame in opposite directions, the other two sides of the blocking frame 1121 are communicated with the support space, and the flexible screen assembly 111 can be directly inserted into the support space during assembly.
As shown in fig. 11, in the present embodiment, the supporting frame 1123 is made of metal, the blocking frame 1121 and the connecting frame 1122 are made of silicon gel, and for example, the supporting frame 1123 may be a steel plate made of steel. In other embodiments, the structure of the support frame 1123 may be the same as the material of other portions, for example, the material of the support frame 1123 may also be silicon rubber. In the manufacturing process, the blocking frame 1121, the connecting frame 1122 and the supporting frame 1123 are integrally formed by means of in-mold injection molding.
Further, in order to increase the connection tightness between the supporting frame 1123 and the connecting frame 1122, the supporting frame 1123 is provided with a plurality of through holes 11231, and a partial area of the connecting frame 1122 after molding is penetrated into at least one of the plurality of through holes 11231.
As shown in fig. 12-13, in the present embodiment, the flexible screen assembly 111 includes a screen cover 1111, a touch screen 1113, a waterproof layer 1112, and a support plate 1114. The screen cover 1111, the touch screen 1113, the waterproof layer 1112 and the support plate 1114 are stacked and assembled in sequence, wherein the screen cover 1111 and the support plate 1114 are respectively attached to the upper surface and the lower surface of the waterproof layer 1112, and the touch screen 1113 is disposed in a waterproof space formed by the screen cover 1111, the waterproof layer 1112 and the support plate 1114. The upper surface of the screen cover 1111 is attached to the lower surface of the retaining frame 1121, and the lower surface of the supporting plate 1114 is attached to the upper surface of the supporting frame 1123.
Through above-mentioned embodiment for touch-sensitive screen 1113 that is arranged in waterproof space keeps apart with the external world, can avoid external impurity to enter into the gap between glass apron and backup pad 1114 and contact with touch-sensitive screen 1113 and the harm that brings components and parts like this.
In an alternative embodiment, waterproof layer 1112 includes a hollow region, and when assembled, screen cover 1111 and support plate 1114 respectively engage with upper and lower surfaces of waterproof layer 1112 to enclose the hollow region to form a waterproof space. In an alternative embodiment, the waterproof layer 1112 is a rectangular frame having a hollow area, and when assembled, the screen cover 1111 and the supporting plate 1114 are respectively disposed on an upper surface and a lower surface of the rectangular frame, wherein the touch screen 1113 is disposed in the hollow area and supported on the surface of the supporting plate 1114, and it should be noted that the touch screen 1113 may also be supported on an inner edge of a frame of the rectangular frame. In other embodiments, the shape of water repellent layer 1112 may depend on the structure of touch screen 1113.
In an alternative embodiment, waterproof layer 1112 includes a first waterproof frame 11121 and a second waterproof frame 11122, wherein first waterproof frame 11121 and second waterproof frame 11122 are separate structures. The first waterproof frame 11121 includes a first hollow area, and the second waterproof frame 11122 includes a second hollow area, and when the waterproof frame 11121 and the second waterproof frame 11122 are assembled, the first waterproof frame 11121 and the second waterproof frame 11122 are attached to each other to form a waterproof layer 1112. In this embodiment, the first waterproof frame 11121 and the second waterproof frame 11122 have the same structure, and in other embodiments, the first waterproof frame 11121 and the second waterproof frame 11122 may have different structures as long as the first hollow region and the second hollow region can be reserved when the first waterproof frame 11121 and the second waterproof frame 11122 are used.
The first waterproof frame 11121 comprises a first attaching surface and a second attaching surface which are arranged oppositely, and the third attaching surface and the fourth attaching surface which are arranged oppositely of the second waterproof frame 11122. During assembly, the first attaching surface and the third attaching surface are attached to each other, wherein the edge of the touch screen 1113 is supported by the edges of the first attaching surface and the third attaching surface, that is, the touch screen 1113 is clamped between the first waterproof frame 11121 and the second waterproof frame 11122. The screen cover 1111 is attached to the second attachment surface of the first waterproof frame 11121, and the support plate 1114 is attached to the fourth attachment surface of the second waterproof frame 11122.
In an alternative embodiment, the touch screen 1113 includes an inner screen and a flexible circuit board connected to the inner screen. The inner screen is used for detecting touch operation of a user, and the flexible circuit board is used for connecting the inner screen with the circuit main board. During assembly, the inner screen is contained in the waterproof space, and at least part of the flexible circuit board is contained in the waterproof space.
With the above embodiment, the edge of the touch panel 1113 is sealed by the waterproof layer 1112, and impurities cannot penetrate into the touch panel 1113 from the side surface of the component.
In an alternative embodiment, the material of the waterproof layer 1112 is waterproof foam.
In order to further improve the waterproof performance of the flexible screen module 11, a waterproof material is filled between the flexible screen assembly 111 and the waterproof frame 112, a waterproof material is filled between the screen cover 1111 and the touch screen 1113, and a waterproof material is filled between the touch screen 1113 and the supporting plate 1114, wherein in this embodiment, the waterproof material is a waterproof adhesive.
Through the above embodiment, waterproof layer 1112 establishes first waterproof construction of touch-sensitive screen 1113 and the external world, and touch-sensitive screen 1113 and external second waterproof construction that waterproof material that fills established, greatly reduced the probability that impurity and touch-sensitive screen 1113 contacted, prolonged the life of flexible screen module 11.
Further, the wearing device provided by the present application further includes a watchband 13, as shown in fig. 14. The wearable device comprises the flexible screen module 11, a watch plate 12 and a watch band 13, wherein the watch plate 12 is connected with the watch band 13; a first mounting groove 1211 is formed in the first surface 121 of the dial 12, and the flexible screen module 11 is accommodated in the first mounting groove 1211; when the surface temperature of the watchband 13 is less than the deformation temperature threshold, the watchband 13 is in a planar state, as shown in fig. 5; when the temperature of the surface is greater than the deformation temperature threshold, the band 13 is deformed in bending from the flat state to surround the wearing body.
Through the embodiment, the structure of the watchband 13 does not need a buckle structure, so that the links such as pressing and buckling and unbuckling are omitted, the watchband 13 is only required to be placed on the wrist, the surface temperature of the watchband 13 rises, the bending deformation occurs, the watchband is automatically fixed on the wrist, and convenience is brought to a user.
As shown in fig. 5, the flexible screen module 11 is disposed in the first mounting groove 1211 of the watch face 12, and the flexible screen module 11 bends and deforms along with the bending deformation of the watch band 13, specifically, the flexible screen module 11 may be fixed in the first mounting groove 1211 by glue, double-sided tape, or a snap.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the band 13 is a flat and long band. The band 13 has two shape states, a flat state and a bent state. The strap 13 may be in a flat state to allow the user to separate the wearable device from the wrist, and the strap 13 may be in a bent state to fix the wearable device to the wrist of the user. As shown in fig. 5, the watch band 13 includes a memory alloy 131 and a silicone case 132. The memory alloy 131 has a characteristic that it can be bent and contracted when the temperature rises and can be restored to an original state when the temperature falls, and the switching of the watch band 13 in two states can be realized by sensing the temperature deformation or restoration to the original state through the memory alloy 131. Wherein, the silica gel cover 132 is disposed around the memory alloy 131. In the present embodiment, the memory alloy 131 is disposed inside the silicone sleeve 132. In other embodiments, the memory alloy 131 is disposed on at least one outer surface of the silicone sleeve 132. In this embodiment, the silicone sleeve 132 and the memory alloy 131 are formed by integral molding by in-film injection molding. When the temperature of the memory alloy 131 is less than the deformation temperature threshold, the memory alloy 131 and the silica gel sleeve 132 are in a planar state; when the temperature of the memory alloy 131 is greater than the deformation temperature threshold, the memory alloy 131 drives the silica gel sleeve 132 to generate bending deformation so as to surround the wearing body.
As shown in fig. 15, the dial 12 is provided with an assembly groove 125, and the assembly groove 125 is used to cooperate with the band 13 to connect the dial 12 and the band 13 together. In this embodiment, the dial 12 is fixedly connected to the band 13 through the assembly groove 125, specifically, the assembly groove 125 is provided with a first through hole 1251, the band 13 is provided with a second through hole 133, when the band 13 is fitted to the dial 12, that is, when one end of the band 13 is inserted into the assembly groove 125, the first through hole 1251 and the second through hole 133 are opposite to each other, and are engaged with the first through hole 1251 and the second through hole 133 by screws, so that the band 13 is fixedly connected to the dial 12.
The watch band 13 includes two parts, namely a first sub watch band 134 and a second sub watch band 135, the assembly groove 125 of the watch face 12 includes a first assembly groove 1252 and a second assembly groove (not shown), the first assembly groove 1252 and the second assembly groove are respectively arranged on the second surface 122 and the third surface 123 of the watch face 12, when the watch band 13 and the watch face 12 are assembled, one end of the first sub watch band 134 is inserted into the first assembly groove 1252 to be connected with the watch face 12, and one end of the second sub watch band 135 is inserted into the second assembly groove to be connected with the watch face 12.
Wherein the first via 1251 includes a first sub-via 12511 corresponding to the first assembly groove 1252 and a second sub-via 12512 corresponding to the second assembly groove, the first sub-via 12511 penetrates through the first assembly groove 1252, and the second sub-via 12512 penetrates through the second assembly groove. The second through holes 133 include a third sub through hole 1331 corresponding to the first sub band 134 and a fourth sub through hole (not shown) corresponding to the second sub band 135. When the one end of the first sub band 134 is inserted into the first assembly groove 1252, the first sub through hole 12511 corresponds to the third sub through hole 1331, and when the one end of the second sub band 135 is inserted into the second assembly groove, the second sub through hole 12512 corresponds to the fourth sub through hole. With the above embodiment, the band 13 can be stably connected to the dial 12.
In other embodiments, the watch face 12 is slidably coupled to the band 13 by the assembly slot 125. The assembly groove 125 penetrates through the second surface 122 and the third surface 123 of the watch face 12, and the structure of the assembly groove 125 matches with the structure of the watch band 13, so that the watch band 13 can penetrate through the assembly groove 125, and the watch face 12 is slidably sleeved on the watch band 13. In the present embodiment, the assembling groove 125 includes a protrusion (not shown), and the watch band 13 includes a plurality of limiting grooves (not shown), and the protrusion and the limiting grooves cooperate with each other to define the relative position of the dial 12 and the watch band 13.
Further, as shown in fig. 16, a second mounting groove 136 is formed on the surface of the watch band 13, the second mounting groove 136 is communicated with the first mounting groove 1211, and the flexible screen module 11 is accommodated in the first mounting groove 1211 and the second mounting groove 136. The flexible screen module 11 may be fixed in the second mounting groove 136 by glue, double-sided tape, or a fastener. In this embodiment, a first mounting groove 1211 having a width corresponding to the width of the flexible screen module 11 is disposed on the upper surface of the dial 12, and a second mounting groove 136 having a width corresponding to the width of the flexible screen module 11 is disposed on the upper surface of the band 13. In this way, the bracelet 13 remains flat supported by the memory metal when the temperature of the bracelet 13 is below the deformation temperature threshold. When the watch is worn, the memory metal is close to the skin of a human body, the temperature is conducted to the memory metal, the memory metal is bent and deformed, the watchband 13 is driven to be bent and deformed, and the watch can clamp the wrist and prevent the wrist from falling off.
In summary, the flexible screen module 11 and the wearable device provided by the application comprise a watch face 12 and a watch band 13, wherein the watch face 12 is connected with the watch band 13; a first mounting groove 1211 is formed in the first surface 121 of the dial 12, and the flexible screen module 11 is accommodated in the first mounting groove 1211; when the surface temperature of the watchband 13 is less than the deformation temperature threshold value, the watchband 13 is in a planar state; when the temperature of the surface is greater than the deformation temperature threshold, the band 13 is deformed in bending from the flat state to surround the wearing body. Make watchband 13 structure need not buckle structure through foretell watchband 13 structure, saved and pressed links such as lock, trip, only need put watchband 13 on the wrist for watchband 13's surface temperature rises, takes place bending deformation promptly and is fixed in the wrist automatically, provides convenience for the user.

the limiting structure comprises a limiting buckle and a limiting block; the limiting buckle is detachably assembled in the first mounting groove; the limiting block comprises a limiting port and a limiting plate, the limiting block is assembled in the first mounting groove through the mutual matching of the limiting port and the limiting buckle, and during assembly, the flexible screen module is positioned between the first mounting groove and the limiting plate;

3. The wearable device of claim 1, further comprising a waterproof structure, wherein the waterproof structure is attached to the snap fitting and the limiting hole to prevent liquid from flowing from the first mounting groove from the limiting hole to an internal component of the wearable device.
4. The wearable device of claim 3, wherein the waterproof structure is waterproof foam, and the waterproof foam is attached to the clamping head and the limiting hole.

The wearable device of claim 1, wherein the flexible screen module comprises a flexible screen assembly and a waterproof border, wherein the waterproof border comprises a supporting frame, a supporting frame and a connecting frame, one end of the connecting frame is connected with the lower surface of the supporting frame and extends in a direction away from the lower surface, and the other end of the connecting frame is connected with the supporting frame, so that a supporting space is formed between the supporting frame and the supporting frame;
