The application provides a project cost prediction method, a project cost prediction device, a computing device and a computer readable storage medium. The following is a detailed description of the embodiments provided in this application, and the steps of the method are described in detail below.
The embodiment of the project cost prediction method provided by the application is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a project cost prediction method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is shown, and referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of a project cost prediction method applied to a mutual aid project provided by the embodiment of the present invention is shown.
And step S102, acquiring project details of project member participation projects.
The project members in the embodiment of the present application refer to insurance applicants participating in an insurance project promoted by an insurance company, for example, the insurance applicants participating in a mutual aid type economic insurance project, where the mutual aid type economic insurance project refers to a group of project members having the same insurance requirements, and the group of project members perform mutual aid and mutual aid in a manner of participating in the insurance project, that is, participate in the mutual aid type economic insurance project at the same time, and when any project member participating in the mutual aid type economic insurance project is subjected to unexpected insurance, other project members participating in the mutual aid type economic insurance project perform mutual aid and mutual aid for the project members who have already paid a certain amount of money;
the participation item refers to an insurance item which the applicant has participated in, such as a mutual aid and help type insurance item which the applicant participates in; the item details refer to the insurance policy details of the insurance item in which the applicant has participated, the applicant can generate a corresponding insurance policy after participating in the insurance item, and the insurance policy records information related to the applicant and details of the insurance item in which the applicant currently participates, for example, the insurance policy details of the mutual aid type insurance item in which the applicant participates.
The project details of the participating project specifically include historical data of the project members, the number of historical cases applied in the project participating process, the case amount, the project management fee proportion and the historical balance fee in the project participating process.
And step S104, determining the number of expected item members expected to participate in the item according to the historical data of the item members contained in the item details.
In a preferred implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present application, an expected item member number expected to participate in the item is determined according to historical data of the item members included in the item details, and first, an item member growth rate of the item is calculated according to item member numbers participating in the item in at least two consecutive item periods included in the historical data; the number of prospective project members prospective to participate in the project is then determined based on the number of project members and the rate of growth of the project members.
For example, the policy details of the mutual aid insurance project are recorded with the number of project members participating in each period in the past, and the project member growth rate of the number of project members participating in the first period compared with the number of project members participating in the second period before is calculated according to the number of project members in the last two periods: item membership growth rate = (number of items members participated in last period-number of items members participated in second period before)/number of items members participated in second period before;
then, predicting the expected item member number of the next participation stage on the basis of the item member number of the previous participation stage and the item member growth rate: the expected number of project members participating in the next stage of the mutual aid insurance program = the number of project members participating in the previous stage of the mutual aid insurance program × (1 + project member growth rate of the mutual aid insurance program).
And step S106, determining the expected total expense generated by case application in the project participation process according to the historical number of cases applied in the project participation process and the case amount contained in the project details.
On the basis of the above preferred implementation mode for determining the number of expected project members, in a preferred implementation mode provided in the embodiment of the present application, the expected total fee generated by the case application in the process of expecting the project participation is determined according to the number of historical cases applied in the process of project participation and the case amount included in the project details, and the implementation is specifically as follows:
1) And calculating the case application proportion of each case level in the project period according to the historical number of cases applied by each case level in the project period and the number of project members participating in the project period.
For example, in a mutual aid and help insurance project, cases include a case participating in claim 10 ten thousand yuan and a case participating in claim 30 ten thousand yuan, and accordingly, the case level includes: the level of participation in applying for 10 ten thousand claims and the level of participation in applying for 30 ten thousand claims.
Calculating the proportion of case application in the level of 10 ten thousand yuan of claims according to the number of historical cases in the level of 10 ten thousand yuan of claims of the last stage of participation application and the number of project members in the last stage: case application proportion at the level of 10 ten thousand meta claims participated in application = historical case number of 10 ten meta claims participated in application at the last stage/project member number at the last stage;
similarly, the proportion of case applications at the level of 30 ten thousand meta claims is calculated according to the number of historical cases at the level of 30 ten thousand meta claims applied in the previous period and the number of project members at the previous period: case application proportion at the level of 30 ten thousand yuan claims participated in application = number of historical cases/number of project members at the previous stage of 30 ten thousand yuan claims participated in application.
2) And predicting the expected number of cases applied by each case level in an expected project period according to the expected project member number and the case application proportion.
For example, the expected number of cases applying for the case at the level of applying for 10 ten thousand dollars is calculated according to the expected number of the case members participating in the next stage of the mutual aid insurance project and the proportion of the case applying for the case at the level of applying for 10 ten thousand dollars: the number of cases expected to participate in the application for 10 ten thousand yuan of claim = the number of the members of the items expected to participate in the next mutual aid insurance project x the proportion of the cases applied for the application for 10 ten thousand yuan of claim;
similarly, based on the expected number of members participating in the next-stage mutual aid insurance project and the proportion of case applications participating in the 30 ten thousand yuan claim level obtained above, the expected number of case applications participating in the 30 ten thousand yuan claim level is calculated: the number of cases expected to participate in the 30 ten thousand dollar claim level = the number of members of the item expected to participate in the next stage of the mutual aid insurance program x the proportion of cases that participate in the 30 ten thousand dollar claim level.
3) And calculating the expense generated by the case application of each case level according to the expected number of cases of each case level and the case amount of each case level in the case amount.
For example, based on the expected number of cases participating in the case application at the level of applying 10 ten thousand dollars for claim, and the amount of cases at this level (i.e., 10 ten thousand dollars), the fees generated by the case application at this level are calculated: the cost generated by participating in the application for 10 ten thousand claims of this level of case application = the number of cases expected for this level of case application x 10 ten thousand yuan;
similarly, the fees incurred by case applications at this level are calculated based on the expected number of cases that participated in the application for 30 ten thousand claims at this level, and the amount of cases at this level (i.e., 30 ten thousand dollars): the cost generated by the case application of the participation application of 30 ten thousand yuan at this level = the number of cases expected for the case application at this level x 30 ten thousand yuan.
4) And determining the expected total cost according to the sum of the costs generated by the case level case application, the historical balance cost contained in the project details and the project management cost.
Preferably, the project management fee is determined according to a ratio of a sum of fees generated by the case application at each case level to project management fees generated by participating in the project management.
For example, total expected cost = sum of costs generated by participating in the two level case applications 10 and 30 ten thousand dollar claims + project management cost-historical balance cost for the last period of the mutual aid insurance project;
the sum of the fees generated by the two level case applications participating in the application of 10 and 30 ten thousand yuan claim claims is as follows: the number of expected cases participating in the case application of the level of 10 ten thousand yuan of claims is multiplied by 10 ten thousand yuan + the number of expected cases participating in the case application of the level of 30 ten thousand yuan of claims is multiplied by 30 ten thousand yuan;
the project management fee is as follows: (the number of expected cases participating in the case application at the level of 10 ten thousand yuan application x 10 ten thousand yuan + the number of expected cases participating in the case application at the level of 30 ten thousand yuan application x 30 ten thousand yuan). Times.the ratio of project management fees.
In addition to the preferred embodiments provided above, the expected total cost generated by the case application in the course of project participation can also be implemented in other ways, and two implementations for determining the expected total cost are provided below:
the preferred implementation of determining the expected total cost is one:
1) Calculating case application proportion in the project period according to the number of the historical cases applied in the project period and the number of project members participating in the project period;
2) Predicting the number of the expected cases of case application in an expected project period according to the number of the expected project members and the case application proportion;
3) And determining the expected total expense generated by the case application in the expected project period according to the expected number of cases and the case amount.
The second preferred implementation of determining the expected total cost is:
1) Calculating the case application proportion of each case level in the project period according to the historical case number applied by each case level in the project period and the project member number participating in the project period;
2) Predicting the expected number of cases of case level case applications in an expected project period according to the expected project member number and the case application proportion;
3) Calculating the expense generated by the case application of each case level according to the case application proportion of each case level and the case amount of each case level in the case amount;
4) And summing the expenses generated by the case application of each case level to obtain the expected total expense.
And step S108, predicting the expected cost of the project members expected to participate in the project according to the expected project member number and the expected total cost.
In an embodiment of the present application, the expected cost of project members participating in the project during an expected project period is preferably determined according to a ratio of the expected total cost to the expected number of project members.
For example, the expected cost of the next stage of participation in the mutual aid insurance program = expected total cost for the next stage/expected number of items members for the next stage.
The project cost prediction method provided by the application is further explained by taking the application of the project cost prediction method in a mutual aid and help project as an example:
in a collaborative coordination program, the program member refers to a collaborative coordination member participating in the collaborative coordination program; the case amount refers to the application amount of the case that the mutual aid members apply for mutual aid money in the process of participating in the mutual aid project; the expected total cost is the total sum of the mutual aid money of the mutual aid project and the project management cost generated by participating in the mutual aid project; the expected cost refers to an expected apportionment cost of the mutual aid members expected to participate in the mutual aid project, and specifically refers to an expected apportionment cost of the expected total cost apportioned by all the mutual aid members participating in the mutual aid project.
In addition, in the mutual aid project, since the number of the mutual aid members participating in the mutual aid project per period is changed, in the process of the increase of the number of the mutual aid members participating in the mutual aid project in the initial period, the number of the mutual aid members participating in the mutual aid project in the previous period is larger than that of the mutual aid members participating in the mutual aid project in the next period, and therefore, the mutual aid members participating in the mutual aid project in the next period include not only the historical mutual aid members already participating in the mutual aid project in the previous period but also the new mutual aid members newly participating in the mutual aid project.
For the historical mutual aid members, in the process of predicting the expected cost of the mutual aid members expected to participate in the mutual aid project according to the expected project member number and the expected total cost, preferably predicting the expected apportioned cost of the historical mutual aid members participating in the mutual aid project in the next project period according to the expected project member number and the expected total cost of the mutual aid project in the next project period; the expected item member number of the mutual aid item in the next item period is obtained by calculation according to the item member number and the item member growth rate of the mutual aid item in the item period which is contained in the historical data and is nearest to the next item period; and calculating the expected total cost of the mutual aid coordination project in the next project cycle according to the sum of the product of the number of the cases at the first case level and the case amount and the product of the number of the cases at the second case level and the case amount in the next project cycle, the project management cost in the next project cycle and the balance cost in the latest project cycle.
For the new mutual aid members, preferably according to the expected apportionment cost of the new mutual aid members participating in the multiple continuous project periods of the mutual aid project, determining the total expected apportionment cost of the new mutual aid members participating in the multiple continuous project periods of the mutual aid project; and the project cost prediction method is executed once respectively to determine the expected apportionment cost in the project period.
In the following process of determining the expected total cost, the following constraints are preferably satisfied: the case allocation amount generated by the mutual aid members aiming at the application amount of the claim mutual aid fund in the process of participating in the project is not larger than a preset allocation amount threshold value; and if the case apportionment amount generated by the mutual aid members in the process of participating in the project aiming at the application amount of the claim mutual aid fund is larger than the preset apportionment amount threshold value, determining the expected total cost by taking the preset apportionment amount threshold value as the case apportionment amount.
Referring to fig. 2, the project cost prediction method applied in the mutual aid project includes steps S202 to 210:
step S202, acquiring the project details of the mutual aid and coordination member participating in the mutual aid and coordination project.
The item details specifically include: the number of the mutual-aid members participating in the mutual-aid project in the previous period and the number of the mutual-aid members participating in the mutual-aid project in the second period before are calculated according to the number of the historical projects of the two levels of 10 ten thousand yuan and 30 ten thousand yuan of the previous period participation application, the historical balance cost of the previous period of the mutual-aid insurance project and the proportion of the project management cost.
Step S204, calculating the growth rate of the mutual aid members according to the number of the mutual aid members participating in the mutual aid project in the previous first period and the number of the mutual aid members participating in the mutual aid project in the previous second period; the expected number of co-helping members participating in the next stage of the co-helping program is then predicted in combination with the growth rate of the co-helping members and the number of co-helping members participating in the previous stage.
Specifically, the expected number of co-economic members = the number of co-economic members participating in the co-economic program in the previous stage × (1 + growth rate of co-economic members);
wherein, the growth rate of the mutual aid members = (number of the mutual aid members participating in the mutual aid project in the last period-number of the mutual aid members participating in the second period before)/number of the mutual aid members participating in the second period before.
Step S206, firstly, calculating the case application proportion of the two levels of 10 ten thousand yuan and 30 ten thousand yuan for the first-stage participation application according to the number of the history cases of the two levels of 10 ten thousand yuan and 30 ten thousand yuan for the participation application in the process of the last-stage mutual-help coordination project (the case level in the mutual-help coordination project comprises two levels, namely the level of 10 ten thousand yuan for the participation application and the level of 30 ten thousand yuan for the participation application) and the number of the mutual-help coordination members of the last-stage mutual-help coordination project;
secondly, predicting the number of the expected cases of the two levels of 10 ten thousand yuan and 30 ten thousand yuan for the next stage of participation application according to the number of expected mutual assistance members participating in the mutual assistance project of the next stage and the case application ratio of the two levels of 10 ten thousand yuan and 30 ten thousand yuan for the participation application;
then, calculating the expenses generated by the case application of the two levels of 10 ten thousand yuan and 30 ten thousand yuan according to the expected number of the cases of the two levels of 10 ten thousand yuan and 30 ten thousand yuan and the sum of the cases of the two levels of 10 ten thousand yuan and 30 ten thousand yuan;
and finally, calculating the expected total cost to be shared by all the mutual-aid co-helping members in the next period according to the sum of the cost generated by the two level case applications of 10 ten thousand yuan and 30 ten thousand yuan participating in the application, the historical balance cost of the previous period and the project management cost.
Wherein, the case application ratio at the level of 10 ten thousand yuan for participating in the application = the number of the historical cases at the level of 10 ten thousand yuan for participating in the application at the previous stage/the number of the members participating in mutual assistance at the previous stage, and similarly, the case application ratio at the level of 30 ten thousand yuan for participating in the application = the number of the historical cases at the level of 30 ten thousand yuan for participating in the application at the previous stage/the number of the members participating in mutual assistance at the previous stage;
the expected number of cases participating in the 10 ten thousand yuan level = the number of mutually-aided co-economical members participating in the next period × the case application ratio of the 10 ten thousand yuan level of participating in the application, and similarly, the expected number of cases participating in the 30 ten thousand yuan level = the number of mutually-aided co-economical members participating in the next period × the case application ratio of the 30 ten thousand yuan level of participating in the application;
project management fee = (number of expected cases participating in the level of 10 ten thousand yuan application × 10 ten thousand yuan + number of expected cases participating in the level of 30 ten thousand yuan application × 30 ten thousand yuan) × proportion of project management fee;
total expected cost = (number of expected cases participating in the 10 ten thousand dollars application level × 10 ten thousand dollars + number of expected cases participating in the 30 ten thousand dollars application level × 30 ten thousand dollars) + project management fee-historical balance fee for the past term for the mutual aid insurance project.
And step S208, predicting the expected distribution cost of the historical mutual aid members participating in the mutual aid project in the next period according to the expected project member number and the expected total cost of the mutual aid project in the next period.
Step S210, for the new mutual aid cooperation member, the total expected apportionment cost of the new mutual aid cooperation member participating in the mutual aid cooperation project in the next 1 year needs to be predicted, if the new mutual aid cooperation project is in the period of 2 months per month, the total expected apportionment cost in the next 1 year needs to be predicted, the calculation process of the expected apportionment cost needs to be repeatedly executed for 24 times, and the 24 execution results are summed up to obtain the total expected apportionment cost of the new mutual aid cooperation member in the next 1 year.
It should be noted that, in the above process, it is specified that the case allocation cost allocated to each mutual aid member by all cases in each period is not greater than the preset allocation amount threshold, and if the case allocation cost allocated to each mutual aid member by a case is greater than the allocation amount threshold, the allocation amount threshold is used as the case allocation cost allocated to each mutual aid member, so that the cost allocated to the mutual aid member by the case is reduced, and more users are attracted to participate in the mutual aid project.
In summary, the project cost prediction method provided by the application starts from the project details of project participation of project members, determines the expected project membership number of the expected participation project on the basis of the project details, determines the expected total cost generated by the case application in the process of the expected project participation on the basis of the project details, and predicts the expected cost of the project members according to the expected project membership number and the expected total cost, so that the expected cost of the participation project is predicted for the project members, the transparency of the project participation is higher, and the enthusiasm of users for participating in the project is improved.
