Abstract

The invention discloses an air conditioner outdoor unit and an air conditioner, and relates to the field of air conditioners. The air conditioner outdoor unit comprises a shell, a valve body supporting piece, a valve assembly and a blocking piece. The lateral wall of casing is equipped with the mounting hole. The valve body support piece is installed in the installation hole, and the valve body support piece is provided with an installation part penetrating through the thickness direction of the valve body support piece. The valve assembly includes a valve and a conduit connected to the valve. Background
The structure of the stop valve used in the air conditioner outdoor unit is complex. In order to enable smooth mounting of the shut-off valve on the plate-like structure, it is necessary to provide the plate-like structure with a mounting hole large enough to enable the shut-off valve to pass from one side in the axial direction of the hole to the other side.
The inventors found that there are at least the following problems in the related art: in the related art, in order to satisfy the installation of the shut-off valve, the installation hole needs to be provided relatively large. Since the shut-off valve is in place, the bore is a conduit connected to the shut-off valve, the conduit is smaller in size than the shut-off valve. This results in a large gap between the pipe and the inner wall of the mounting hole. The gap enables small animals such as mice to pass through, and normal use of the device is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an air conditioner outdoor unit which is used for optimizing the structure of the existing air conditioner outdoor unit.
The embodiment of the invention provides an air conditioner outdoor unit, which comprises:

Detailed Description
The technical scheme provided by the invention is described in more detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 10.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, 8 and 9, an embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner outdoor unit including a housing 2, a valve body supporter 3, a valve assembly 4 and a blocking member 5.
The side wall of the housing 2 is provided with mounting holes 21. The valve body support 3 is mounted in the mounting hole 21, and the valve body support 3 is provided with a mounting portion 31 penetrating the thickness direction of the valve body support 3. The valve assembly 4 includes a valve 41 and a pipe 42 connected to the valve 41. The valve 41 is mounted to the valve body support 3 adjacent the mounting portion 31 and outside the housing 2, and an end of the pipe 42 facing away from the valve 41 is mounted inside the housing 2 via the mounting portion 31. The blocking piece 5 blocks the side wall of the mounting part 31 and blocks part of the opening area of the mounting part 31; a conduit 42 is placed in the remaining open area of the mounting portion 31.
After the pipe 42 is positioned in the mounting portion 31, the pipe 42 is spaced from the inner wall of the mounting portion 31 by a distance less than or equal to 10mm to prevent small animals such as mice from passing through.
The valve body support 3 serves as a mounting bracket for the valve assembly 4 so that the valve body 41 is mounted and fixed. The valve body support 3 is, for example, substantially plate-shaped.
With reference to figure 9 of the drawings, the housing 2 includes a bottom plate 22 and side plates 23. The bottom plate 22 and the side plate 23 together enclose the receiving chamber 20 of the housing 2.
The valve body support 3 is fixedly attached to the base plate 22, such as by bolts, welding, riveting, etc.
The side plate 23 is provided with the above-described mounting hole 21. The valve body support 3 is installed inside the installation hole 21, and forms a smooth surface structure with the side plate 23 as a whole.
The valve 4 of the valve assembly 4 is located outside the housing 2. The conduit 42 is located partly outside the housing 2 and partly inside the housing 2. One of the sections of tubing 42 is located in the mounting portion 31.
The mounting portion 31 is, for example, a hole, an open groove, or the like. In some embodiments, the mounting portion 31 is described as an open slot.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, or fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the plug 5 includes a blocking portion 51 and a snap-fit portion 52. The blocking portion 51 is at least partially located within the mounting portion 31 to block a partial opening area of the mounting portion 31 to form the through hole 8 for the piping 42, see earth. The engaging portions 52 are provided in pairs at edges of the blocking portion 51. The pair of engaging portions 52 cooperate with each other to hold both side surfaces of the valve body support 3 in the thickness direction.
Specifically, after the pipe 42 is positioned in the through hole 8, the pipe 42 is spaced from the inner wall of the through hole 8 by a distance less than or equal to 10mm to prevent small animals such as mice from passing through.
Fig. 4 and 5 illustrate some alternative constructions of the blanking member 5. Fig. 6 and 7 illustrate alternative constructions of the closure 5.
The structure of the blocking member 5 is adapted to the structure of the mounting portion 31. In the embodiment illustrated in the drawings, the mounting portion 31 is exemplified by an open groove.
The shape of the blocking portion 51 is varied depending on the structure of the mounting portion 31 itself. The structure of the blocking portion 51 is matched with that of the mounting portion 31, so that the entire structure formed after the blocking portion 51 is connected with the mounting portion 31 is complete and the mounting hole 21 is almost completely blocked.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, the blocking portion 51 includes a first section 511, a second section 512, and a connection section 513. A connecting section 513 connects the first section 511 and the second section 512 together. The first section 511, the second section 512 and the connecting section 513 are, for example, integrally formed.
The edge of the first section 511 mates with the edge of the valve body support 3 to close the mounting hole 21.
The edge of the second section 512 forms a through hole 8 together with the remaining opening area of the mounting portion 31.
In some embodiments, the mounting portion 31 employs an open slot. The first section 511, the second section 512 and the connecting section 513 cooperate together to block the open slot.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the blocking portion 51 is stepped overall and the connecting section 513 is substantially planar. The connecting section 513 of the blocking portion 51 in fig. 6 and 7 is smoother, and the connecting section 513 is substantially cambered.
Referring to fig. 5 or 6, the blocking portion 51 further includes a sidewall 514. The side wall 514 is connected to each of the first section 511, the second section 512 and the connecting section 513. The side wall 514 is integrally formed with the first section 511, the second section 512, and the connecting section 513.
The side wall 514 is located at the side of the first section 511, the second section 512 and the connecting section 513 and is substantially perpendicular to both the first section 511 and the second section 512.
The engaging portion 512 is disposed on the sidewall 514. One of the pair of engaging portions 512 is located at the top of the side wall 514, and the other is located at the bottom of the side wall 514. The pair of engaging portions 512 are disposed in pairs on both sides of the first section 511. In particular the first section 511 is provided on both sides of the maximum extension plane of (a).
The junction of the two steps of the barrier 51 in fig. 4 tends more to be planar. These structures all make the integral structure of the valve body support 3 and the blocking member 5 stronger after the blocking member 5 is mounted.
The blocking piece 5 is installed with the valve body supporting piece 3 without additional connecting pieces and fastening pieces. On the one hand, the problems caused by the corresponding connecting structure and fastening structure which are required to be arranged on the valve body support piece 3 are avoided; on the other hand, the installation and the disassembly of the blocking piece 5 are simplified, and the disassembly and assembly efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the blocking portion 51 and the blocking portion 52 are integral, such as cast or integrally formed using other machining methods.
To make the mounting of the valve body support 3 with the blocking member 5 secure and reliable, in some embodiments, the snap-fit portions 52 comprise two pairs arranged at a distance.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, the arrangement of the individual members of the two pairs of engaging portions 52 included in the blocking member 5 will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The first pair of engaging portions 52 includes: a first clamping portion 521 and a second clamping portion 522. The first clamping portion 521 and the second clamping portion 522 are disposed at two ends of one of the side walls 514. The first engaging portion 521 and the second engaging portion 522 are both substantially plate-shaped. The first clamping portion 521 abuts against one side of the valve body support 3, and the second clamping portion 522 abuts against the other side of the valve body support 3. The first clamping portion 521 and the second clamping portion 522 cooperate to sandwich the valve body support 3.
The second pair of engaging portions 52 includes: a third clamping portion 523 and a fourth clamping portion 524. The third clamping portion 523 and the fourth clamping portion 524 are disposed at two ends of the other side wall 514. The third engaging portion 523 and the fourth engaging portion 524 are both substantially plate-shaped. The third clamping portion 523 abuts against one side of the valve body support 3, and the fourth clamping portion 524 abuts against the other side of the valve body support 3. The third and fourth catching portions 523 and 524 cooperate to sandwich the valve body supporter 3.
The first pair of clamping parts 52 and the second pair of clamping parts 52 are respectively positioned at two sides of the mounting part 31, so that the stress between the blocking piece 5 and the valve body support piece 3 is stable.
In some embodiments, the snap-fit portion 52 is configured to mate with a side of the valve body support 3.
The engaging portion 52 engages with the side surface of the valve body support 3. If the groove edge of the mounting portion 31 is not provided with a hemming structure, the catching portion 52 is, for example, a flat surface. If the groove side of the mounting portion 31 has a hemming structure, the engaging portion 52 is, for example, a flat surface, in which case the engaging portion 52 directly engages the hem.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the side wall of the blocking portion 51 toward the bottom of the mounting portion 31 is configured to be arc-shaped and protrude toward the top of the mounting portion 31.
Referring to fig. 2, the blocking portion 51 and the mounting portion 31 together form a central through hole 8 for allowing the passage of the pipe 42.
In some embodiments, the blocking portion 51 cooperates with the valve body support 3 to block the mounting hole 21.
The edge of the blocking portion 51 located outside the mounting portion 31 and the edge of the valve body support 3 are formed together in a shape-matching structure on the inner wall of the mounting hole 21 to completely block the mounting hole 21.
In some embodiments, the blocking member 5 further includes a catch plate 53, where the catch plate 53 is provided at an edge of the blocking portion 51 to abut against a side surface of the valve body support member 3. The surface of the catch plate 53 for contacting the valve body support 3 is coplanar with the surface of at least one of the catch portions 52 for contacting the valve body support 3.
In some embodiments, valve 41 comprises a shut-off valve.

a blocking member (5) which blocks the side wall of the mounting portion (31) and blocks a partial opening region of the mounting portion (31); -said conduit (42) is placed in the remaining open area of said mounting portion (31);
wherein the plug (5) comprises:
a blocking part (51) at least partially positioned in the mounting part (31) to block a part of the opening area of the mounting part (31), wherein the rest of the opening area of the mounting part (31) and the edge of the blocking part (51) form a through hole (8) for placing the pipeline (42); and
the clamping parts (52) are arranged at the edges of the blocking parts (51) in pairs; a pair of the engaging portions (52) cooperate with each other to sandwich the valve body support (3).
2. An outdoor unit according to claim 1, wherein said blocking portion (51) and said engaging portion (52) are integral.
3. The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein the engaging portion (52) comprises two pairs disposed at a distance from each other.
4. An outdoor unit of air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein each of said engaging portions (52) is configured to engage with a side surface of said valve body supporter (3).
5. An outdoor unit of air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein an edge of said blocking portion (51) toward a bottom of said mounting portion (31) is configured to be arc-shaped and to protrude toward a top of said mounting portion (31).
6. An outdoor unit of air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein said blocking portion (51) cooperates with said valve body supporter (3) to completely block said mounting hole (21).
7. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein said blocking member (5) further comprises:
a clamping plate (53) arranged at the edge of the blocking part (51) so as to prop against the side surface of the valve body support (3); the surface of the clamping plate (53) for contacting the valve body support (3) is coplanar with the surface of at least one of the clamping parts (52) for contacting the valve body support (3).
8. An outdoor unit of air-conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the gap between said pipe (42) and the inner wall of said through hole (8) is less than 10mm.
9. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein said blocking portion (51) comprises:
a first section (511) with an edge matching an edge of the valve body support (3);
a second section (512) the edges of which together with the remaining open areas of the mounting portion (31) form the through hole (8); and
and a connection section (513) that is provided between the first section (511) and the second section (512) and connects the first section (511) and the second section (512).
10. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 9, wherein said blocking portion (51) further comprises:
a side wall (514) connected to each of the first section (511), the second section (512) and the connecting section (513) and located on the side surfaces of the first section (511), the second section (512) and the connecting section (513); the clamping portion is connected with the side wall (514).
11. An outdoor unit of air-conditioner according to claim 1, wherein said valve (41) comprises a shut-off valve.
12. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein said mounting portion (31) comprises one of: open slot, hole.
13. An air conditioner comprising the air conditioner outdoor unit according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
