Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于移动式火焰切割机的烟尘处理装置,其特征在于:包括火焰切割机,在火焰切割机上安装支架,在支架上安装集烟罩,在集烟罩内安装光氧催化装置,集烟罩通过进气管连接光氧催化装置,在火焰切割机上还安装抽风机,抽风机通过吸气管连接光氧催化装置。本发明的优点:本装置结构简单,在切割铁板时所产生烟尘,向上被集中在集烟罩内,抽风机把烟尘引出,通过光氧催化装置过滤净化处理,使得烟尘吸收、分解和杀毒,从而达到排放清洁气体的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及切割设备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于移动式火焰切割机的烟尘处理装置。
背景技术
火焰切割机是对钢板粗加工常用的一种加工设备,火焰切割即气切割,传统的方式是使用乙炔气切割,后来用丙烷,现在采用天然气切割,在钢板切割过程中,往往会产生大量的烟尘,这种烟尘不仅对人体有害,对操作员工的身体健康存在着隐患,而且对环境造成污染,因此现阶段急需一种烟尘处理装置以供使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于移动式火焰切割机的烟尘处理装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于移动式火焰切割机的烟尘处理装置,其特征在于:包括火焰切割机,在火焰切割机上安装支架,在支架上安装集烟罩,在集烟罩内安装光氧催化装置,集烟罩通过进气管连接光氧催化装置,在火焰切割机上还安装抽风机,抽风机通过吸气管连接光氧催化装置。
优选地,所述光氧催化装置包括催化箱,在催化箱腔体内安装紫外线灯,在催化箱的一侧固定连接臭氧输入管,臭氧输入管连接臭氧机。
优选地,在所述催化箱腔体内还安装灰尘吸附层,灰尘吸附层设置在所述紫外线灯的上方。
优选地,所述支架包括两个设置所述火焰切割机两侧的支撑杆,在两个支撑杆的顶端固定连接固定框,在固定框上方固定连接所述集烟罩。
优选地,所述集烟罩为下侧敞口的箱体结构,在集烟罩上连接集气管,集气管连接所述进气管,进气管设置在集烟罩的上方。
优选地,在所述支架上通过固定架连接所述光氧催化装置。
优选地,在所述抽风机的出风口处还安装排气管,排气管竖直设置,且排气管的排气口设置在所述集烟罩的上方。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本装置结构简单,在切割铁板时所产生烟尘,向上被集中在集烟罩内,抽风机把烟尘引出,通过光氧催化装置过滤净化处理,使得烟尘吸收、分解和杀毒,从而达到排放清洁气体的目的。

如图1和图2所示,本发明涉及一种用于移动式火焰切割机的烟尘处理装置,包括火焰切割机1,火焰切割机1为现有技术,本申请为移动式火焰切割机。在火焰切割机1的机架上焊接支架2,支架2包括两个支撑杆,每个支撑杆均焊接在火焰切割机1的机架上,且两个支撑杆分别设置在的两侧。在两个支撑杆的顶端固定连接固定框,固定框为方形框,在固定框上方固定焊接集烟罩3,集烟罩3为下侧敞口的箱体结构。
在支架2上通过固定架连接光氧催化装置6,光氧催化装置6设置在集烟罩3的下方,固定架图中未画出,它包括焊接在相应支撑杆上的两个侧支撑板和焊接在方形框上的上支撑板,光氧催化装置6包括催化箱6.1,催化箱6.1为一侧开口的方形箱,在方形箱的开口处配合连接箱门板。在催化箱6.1腔体内分别安装灰尘吸附层6.3和紫外线灯6.2,灰尘吸附层6.3设置在紫外线灯6.2的上方,尘吸附层6.3包括平行设置的网板,在网板之间填充活性炭。在催化箱6.1的一侧固定连接臭氧输入管10,臭氧输入管10的出气口设置在紫外线灯6.2的下侧,臭氧输入管10连接臭氧机,臭氧机为现有技术,图中未画出。
在集烟罩3上连接集气管4,集气管4连接进气管5,进气管5设置在集烟罩3的上方,进气管5连接光氧催化装置6,进气管5连接在催化箱6.1的上侧,在臭氧输入管10相对另一侧的催化箱6.1上连接吸气管8。在火焰切割机1的移动加上还安装抽风机7,抽风机7的进气口连接吸气管8,在抽风机7的出风口处还安装排气管9,排气管9竖直设置,且排气管9的排气口设置在所述集烟罩3的上方。
本装置在使用时,火焰切割机1在切割铁板时所产生烟尘,向上被集中在集烟罩3内,在抽风机7的作用下,被吸出,通过光氧催化装置6过滤,尘吸附层6.3吸附颗粒,有害气体在紫外线灯6.2和臭氧的作用下,被催化分解杀毒净化,后从排气管9中排出。

1.一种用于移动式火焰切割机的烟尘处理装置,其特征在于:包括火焰切割机(1),在火焰切割机(1)上安装支架(2),在支架(2)上安装集烟罩(3),在集烟罩(3)内安装光氧催化装置(6),集烟罩(3)通过进气管(5)连接光氧催化装置(6),在火焰切割机(1)上还安装抽风机(7),抽风机(7)通过吸气管(8)连接光氧催化装置(6);
所述光氧催化装置(6)包括催化箱(6.1),在催化箱(6.1)腔体内安装紫外线灯(6.2),在催化箱(6.1)的一侧固定连接臭氧输入管(10),臭氧输入管(10)连接臭氧机;
在所述催化箱(6.1)腔体内还安装灰尘吸附层(6.3),灰尘吸附层(6.3)设置在所述紫外线灯(6.2)的上方;
所述支架(2)包括两个设置所述火焰切割机(1)两侧的支撑杆,在两个支撑杆的顶端固定连接固定框,在固定框上方固定连接所述集烟罩(3);
所述集烟罩(3)为下侧敞口的箱体结构,在集烟罩(3)上连接集气管(4),集气管(4)连接所述进气管(5),进气管(5)设置在集烟罩(3)的上方;
在所述支架(2)上通过固定架连接所述光氧催化装置(6);
在所述抽风机(7)的出风口处还安装排气管(9),排气管(9)竖直设置,且排气管(9)的排气口设置在所述集烟罩(3)的上方。
