本发明涉及一种足跟骨术中改善复位牵引控制器,属医疗器械领域。本发明包括手柄,螺栓,套管,“U”形管,移动压盘,固定压盘,其特征在于所述“U”形管两侧顶端相对设有移动压盘和固定压盘,移动压盘上连接螺栓,可通过旋转手柄调节移动压盘和固定压盘之间的距离,所述套管内部设有与螺栓相配套的螺纹。本发明结构轻巧,制作工艺简单,操作方便,复位效果好。通过控制“U”管来有效牵引跟骨,调整跟骨轴线,拉开碎骨块,实现跟骨长度的恢复,同时实现后关节面有效复位,大体位置可以的情况下用克氏针实行简单固定,通过旋转螺栓调解两压盘之间的位置夹紧粉碎的跟骨,最后钢板内固定,临床效果良好,具有良好的应用前景。

常规足跟骨粉碎性骨折手术需要将粉碎的足跟骨复位并尽量让关节面恢复到解剖位置,恢复操作困难,无法有效控制跟骨轴线、长度和宽度,跟骨后关节面复位效果不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供了一种操作方便,在手术中可有效控制跟骨轴线、长度和宽度,满意复位跟骨关节面,提高手术质量。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的,这种足跟骨术中改善复位牵引控制器包括手柄,螺栓,套管,“U”形管,移动压盘,固定压盘,其特征在于所述“U”形管两侧顶端相对设有移动压盘和固定压盘,移动压盘上连接螺栓,可通过旋转手柄调节移动压盘和固定压盘之间的距离。
所述套管内部设有与螺栓相配套的螺纹。
本发明的优点表现在:结构轻巧,制作工艺简单,操作方便,复位效果好。通过控制“U”管来有效牵引跟骨,调整跟骨轴线,拉开碎骨块,实现跟骨长度的恢复,同时实现后关节面有效复位,大体位置可以的情况下用克氏针实行简单固定,通过旋转螺栓调解两压盘之间的位置夹紧粉碎的跟骨,最后钢板内固定,临床效果良好,具有良好的应用前景。

1.一种手术用足跟骨术中改善复位牵引控制器,由手柄(1),螺栓(2),套管(3),“U”形管(4),移动压盘(5),固定压盘(6)组成,其特征在于所述“U”形管(4)两侧顶端相对设有移动压盘(5)和固定压盘(6),移动压盘(5)上连接螺栓(2),可通过旋转手柄(1)调节移动压盘(5)和固定压盘(6)之间的距离。
2.如权利要求1所述足跟骨术中改善复位牵引控制器,其特征在于所述套管(3)内部设有与螺栓(2)相配套的螺纹。
