发明内容
本发明涉及表面清洁设备。
根据本发明的第一方面，提供一种表面清洁设备，包括：
地板头；
壳体，用于支撑：
抽吸源；以及
具有细长轴线(A)的污物收集容器；
具有细长轴线(B)的细长构件，细长构件将地板头连接到壳体，细长构件包括用于将带有污物的空气从地板头运送到污物收集容器的通道，
其中，细长构件的细长轴线(B)与污物收集容器的细长轴线(A)相交或者大体上相交。

具体实施例

在该示例中，壳体16支撑或包含电池，以向抽吸电动机和设备10的其他部件提供电力。在替代实施例中，设备10可以是总电源供电的。
虽然在本实施例中，设备10包括旋风分离器，以将污物从流过设备10的空气分离，但这不是必需的。实际上，设想了这样的实施例，其中，设备10包括收集污物的过滤袋，或任何其他适当的将污物从空气分离的装置。设备10包括可枢转移动的门18a，门18a使得用户能够清空容器18内收集的污物。
细长构件14包括用于将带有污物的空气从地板头12运送到污物收集容器18的通道。在该示例中，地板头12包括电动机，电动机用于驱动可旋转地板搅动构件或刷子，因此，细长构件14包括另一通道，电缆可延伸通过该通道，以在地板头中壳体16和电动机之间提供电连接。
地板头12可与细长构件14断开，例如，使得另一工具可连接到细长构件14的自由端。细长构件14也可通过手动操作开关17与壳体16断开。这使得壳体16能够用作手持式表面清洁设备，并且具有这样的选择：能够将另一个工具连接到细长构件16被移除的位置。
壳体16包括用于保持设备10的手柄，所述手柄包括第一用户可抓握部分20和第二用户可抓握部分21，二者大体上以直角相互连接。第一用户可抓握部分20的第一端连接到壳体16，并且大致向后远离壳体16并且从细长构件14延伸。第二用户可抓握部分21的第一端连接到壳体16并且大致从壳体16向上延伸。第一用户可抓握部分20和第二用户可抓握部分21的各个第二端彼此连接。基本上，第一用户可抓握部分20和第二用户可抓握部分21形成手柄，手柄为L形并且提供两个位置，每个位置的尺寸使得它可被用户的手完全抓住。装置22(例如，用于使设备“接通”的开关)位于第一用户可抓握部分20的第二端和第二用户可抓握部分21的第二端互相的连接处。
在本实施例中，污物收集容器18大致是圆柱形的，并且具有细长轴线A。旋风分离装置定位在污物收集容器18内，该旋风分离装置还具有与轴线A同轴的细长轴线，轴线A是这样的轴线：当带有污物的空气通过设备10时，使带有污物的空气围绕其旋转。细长轴线A在正常使用中大体上是水平的。虽然在该实施例中，污物收集容器18和旋风式分离装置的细长轴线是同轴的或大体上同轴的，但它们不是必须的。例如，它们可以是平行的并且彼此偏移或相对于彼此倾斜。
从图8中可看出，细长构件14的细长轴线B与污物收集容器18的细长轴线A相交或大体上相交，两个轴线大体上相交成直角。换句话说，轴线A和轴线B彼此垂直或大体上垂直。由于旋风分离器的细长轴线与轴线A同轴，在本实施例中，细长构件14的细长轴线B也与旋风分离装置的细长轴线A相交或大体上相交。
特别是，尽管不是唯一的，在细长构件14连接到壳体16的配置中，由于改进的重量分布，轴线A和轴线B的这种对齐提供了对设备10的改进的处理。而且，轴线A和轴线B的相交与两部分手柄布置的结合提供了改进的重量分布和处理，无论是第一用户可抓握部分20还是第二用户可抓握部分21是否被保持。此外，轴线A和轴线B的相交和对齐确保了来自细长构件14或工具(无论是连接到壳体16的哪个)的流动空气能够以有效且更短的路径行进到旋风分离器装置，从而提高分离效率和性能。
在正常使用中，轴线A被称为大体上水平的情况下，也可相对于手柄和轴线B描述该方位。装置的手柄(即，第一用户可抓握部分20和第二用户可抓握部分21)形成于大体上平行于轴线B的平面，并且优选地与轴线B重合。例如并且如图所示，手柄优选地相对于装置的宽度居中，并且在实施例中，用户可抓握部分向后和向下延伸。轴线A垂直于手柄的平面，即，它横跨装置的宽度设置，而不是纵向或垂直设置。因此，在实施例中并且如图所示，轴线A大体上垂直于手柄和轴线B二者所在的平面，其在正常使用中通常大体上是水平的。

Claims (12)

1.一种表面清洁设备，包括：
地板头；

抽吸源；以及
具有细长轴线A的污物收集容器；
具有细长轴线B的细长构件，所述细长构件将所述地板头连接到所述壳体，所述细长构件包括用于将带有污物的空气从所述地板头运送到所述污物收集容器的通道，
其中，所述细长构件的所述细长轴线B与所述污物收集容器的所述细长轴线A大体上相交；
所述污物收集容器的所述细长轴线A在正常使用时大体上是水平的。
2.一种表面清洁设备，包括：
地板头；
壳体，所述壳体用于支撑：
抽吸源；
污物收集容器；以及
用于将污物从通过所述设备的气流中分离的旋风分离装置，所述装置具有细长轴线A，
具有细长轴线B的细长构件，所述细长构件将所述地板头连接到所述壳体，所述细长构件包括用于将带有污物的空气从所述地板头运送到所述污物收集容器的通道，
其中，所述细长构件的所述细长轴线B与所述污物收集容器的所述细长轴线A大体上相交；
其中，所述旋风分离装置的所述细长轴线在正常使用时大体上是水平的。
3.根据权利要求2所述的表面清洁设备，其中，所述旋风分离装置的所述细长轴线A是这样的轴线，当带有污物的空气通过所述装置时，将带有污物的空气大体上围绕所述轴线A旋转。
4.根据权利要求2所述的表面清洁设备，其中，所述污物收集容器具有在正常使用时大体上呈水平的细长轴线。
5.根据权利要求2所述的表面清洁设备，其中，所述污物收集容器的细长轴线和所述旋风分离装置的细长轴线彼此平行。
6.根据权利要求5所述的表面清洁设备，其中，所述污物收集容器的细长轴线和所述旋风分离装置的细长轴线同轴设置。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的表面清洁设备，其中，所述壳体包括或连接到用于保持所述设备的手柄。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的表面清洁设备，其中，所述细长构件能够与所述地板头断开。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的表面清洁设备，其中，所述细长构件能够与所述壳体断开。
