Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a noise cancellation system 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a wearable electronic device 100 and a portable electronic device 200. A wireless communication connection can be established between the wearable electronic device 100 and the portable electronic device 200. The wearable electronic device 100 is a device worn on a domestic dog, and may be a collar, for example. The portable electronic device 200 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or a PDA, etc.
The wearable electronic device 100 includes a sound receiving device 10, a camera device 20, a speaker 30, a first wireless communication device 40, a first processor 50 and a memory 60. The first processor 50 is electrically connected to the devices and processes data and information transmitted from the devices.
The sound receiving device 10 is used for detecting the sound emitted by the domestic dog. The sound receiving apparatus 10 transmits the recorded audio to the first processor 50. The first processor 50 is provided with an audio threshold for determining whether the received audio is abnormal audio. In this embodiment, the first processor 50 analyzes the waveform of the received audio to determine whether the audio is the sound emitted by the domestic dog. The first processor 50 compares the received audio volume with the audio threshold, and determines that the audio is normal when the received audio volume does not exceed the audio threshold; and when the volume of the received audio exceeds the audio threshold, judging the audio is abnormal. It will be appreciated that a domestic dog typically will bark or howl significantly when it senses, i.e., sees, hears or smells, environmental anomalies such as strangers, fires, flooding, dropped objects, etc. The domestic dog can also make a sound under the common condition due to self habits, and the audio threshold is used for judging whether the sound made by the current domestic dog belongs to an abnormal audio.
The camera device 20 is used for shooting an image of an environment where the domestic dog is located. In this embodiment, the image capturing device 20 is a component disposed on the collar of the domestic dog, and the viewing angle thereof can be substantially consistent with the range of the domestic dog. The camera device 20 transmits the captured image to the first processor 50.
The speaker 30 is used to emit cancellation audio. In this embodiment, the speaker 30 emits cancellation audio for barks or howls of the domestic dog to cancel these barks or howls. Specifically, the waveform for eliminating the voice frequency is a reverse wave of the waveform of the barking or howling voice frequency of the domestic dog, and the waveform is used for eliminating the barking or howling of the domestic dog in a targeted manner.
The first wireless communication device 40 is used for establishing a wireless communication connection with the portable electronic device 200 and transmitting data and information. In this embodiment, the first wireless communication device 40 is configured to transmit the recorded audio and the recorded video to the portable electronic device 200.
The memory 60 is used to store data and information such as the audio threshold.
The portable electronic device 200 at least comprises a second processor 120, a storage unit 130, a second wireless communication module 140, and an alarm device 160. The second wireless communication module 140 is used for establishing a wireless communication connection with the first wireless communication device 40 of the wearable electronic device 100 and transmitting data and information. The storage unit 130 installs an application 150, and the second processor 120 can execute the application 150 to manage the noise canceling system 1 and control the wearable electronic device 100. The storage unit 130 stores contact person face data. The second processor 120 is configured to analyze the face features in the received image, and compare the analyzed face features with the face data of the contact person in the storage unit 130 to determine whether the person in the image is the contact person. The received image can also be played through the interface of the application 150, and the user can intuitively judge whether the person appearing in the image is a familiar person or a specific environmental situation through the image picture. When the second processor 120 determines that the person in the image is a contact person, or according to the control after the determination of the user, a noise elimination command can be issued and transmitted to the wearable electronic device 100. The alarm device 160 is used for emitting an alarm signal. The alarm device 160 issues an alarm signal upon receiving an alarm command from the second processor 120. In this embodiment, the alarm signal may be, but is not limited to, sound, flashing light, vibration, and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, the noise cancellation method of the noise cancellation system 1 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
In step 03, the first processor 50 determines whether the received audio is an abnormal audio. The first processor 50 compares the received audio volume with the audio threshold, and determines that the audio is normal when the received audio volume does not exceed the audio threshold; and when the volume of the received audio exceeds the audio threshold, judging the audio is abnormal.
In step 05, the second processor 120 analyzes the face features in the received image, and compares the analyzed face features with the face data of the contact person in the storage unit 130 to determine whether the person in the image is a contact person. When the face features in the image are successfully matched with the stored face data of the contact person, the second processor 120 judges that the person in the image is the contact person, and executes the step 06; when the matching between the facial features in the image and the stored face data of the contact person is unsuccessful, the second processor 120 determines that the person in the image is not the contact person, and performs step 08.
In step 08, the alarm device 160 issues an alarm signal. In this embodiment, the alarm signal may be a sound, a flashing light, a vibration, or the like, so as to remind the user of the abnormal situation. In addition, the alarm signal may also display information or images through the application 150 to alert the user. It is understood that the alarm device 160 can also alert the user's neighbors and community managers through the alarm signal.
And 11, considering whether to perform the next processing such as alarming according to specific conditions by the user.
In another embodiment, step 03 may be omitted, that is, when the sound receiving device 10 records the sound from the domestic dog, the image is directly captured by the camera device 20 and transmitted to the portable electronic device 200 for further determination.
In another embodiment, the step 05 sets the program for comparing the analyzed face features with the contact face data in the storage unit 130 to the cloud server for processing, and the storage unit 130 stores the contact face data by the cloud server without storing the contact face data, so as to reduce the memory burden of the portable electronic device 200. The portable electronic device 200 can transmit the analyzed human face features to the cloud server for the comparison.
In another embodiment, step 05 may be omitted and step 08 is executed directly, that is, the user directly determines whether the person in the image is a stranger or whether the environment is an abnormal environment through the image without performing a facial feature comparison procedure, so as to speed up the process and increase the response speed.
In yet another embodiment, the user may actively issue the noise cancellation command through the application 150 to cause the speaker 30 to issue cancellation audio. In this embodiment, it can be dealt with that the domestic dog suddenly scares like whips to bark or howling when the domestic dog and the domestic dog are in the same environment of the house or outside, and the user directly knows the situation and actively sends out the noise elimination command to eliminate the bark or howling sent by the domestic dog.
The noise elimination system 1 of the present invention can judge the current people or environment by knowing the real-time image transmitted by the wearable electronic device 100 even if the portable electronic device 200 is carried in a different place by wearing the wearable electronic device 100 on the body of the domestic dog and detecting the sound emitted by the body, thereby taking a processing measure in real time, eliminating the influence on the living environment and improving the safety.
In view of the above, although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and those skilled in the relevant art can make various modifications and applications without departing from the scope of the basic technical idea of the present invention.
