Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the plug-type electronic card socket of the present invention includes a shielding shell 10, a terminal module (not shown), a card holder 20 movable in an accommodating space between the shielding shell 10 and the terminal module, elastic members 40 disposed at two sides of the shielding shell 10, and a plug 30 for locking the card holder 20.
The shielding shell 10 includes a base 11, two side walls 13 formed by bending and extending from two lateral sides of the base 11, and an installation portion 12 formed inside the two side walls 13.
The side of the mounting part 12 far away from the card insertion end is punched towards the accommodating space to form a resisting part 121, the mounting part 12 is punched relative to the inner side of the side wall 13 to form a limiting sheet 122 parallel to the side wall 13 and a limiting cover plate 123 which is bent and extended from the tail end of the side wall 13 towards the accommodating space.
The card holder 20 includes a frame 21, at least one card receiving portion 24 disposed on the frame 21, a cover 22 disposed at one end of the frame 21, and a locking portion 23 disposed at two lateral sides of the frame 21 and located at one end of the cover 22. The locking portions 23 are formed by widening and extending from the lateral outer sides of the housing portion 21. The locking part 23 includes a force receiving part 231 disposed on an end surface of a side far from the cover part 22, a locking groove 232 disposed on a lateral outer side of the locking part 23 and located at one end of the cover part 22, and an inclined guide part 233 located between the locking groove 232 and the force receiving part 231.
The elastic element 40 includes a spring 41, a fixing element 42 abutting against a first end of the spring 41 and fixed on the abutting portion 121, and a fitting element 43 sleeved on a second end of the spring 41. The fixing member 42 and the mating member 43 are made of plastic material, and the fixing member 42 has a hole structure 421 and a first engaging portion 422 engaging with the first end of the spring 41. The fixing member 42 is inserted into the stopping portion 121 through the hole structure 421, so that the first end of the fixing member 42, which is used for positioning the spring 41, is in a movable state. The engaging member 43 includes a top portion 431 engaging with the receiving portion 231 of the holder 20 and a second sleeve portion 432 sleeved in the second end of the spring 41. The spring 41 is limited between the side wall 13 and the limiting sheet 122, and the engaging element 43 is limited between the limiting cover 123 and the base 11.
The plug 30 includes a plug body 31, a pushing portion 32 extending outward from the plug body 31 and driving the plug body 31 to move laterally, a locking end 33 disposed at an end of the plug body 31 close to the card holder 20, and an elastic support 34 disposed at the end of the plug body 31 opposite to the locking end 33.
The latch 30 is installed on a lateral outer side of a mobile terminal housing, the pushing portion 32 is exposed out of the lateral outer side of the mobile terminal housing, the latch main body 31 is located inside the mobile terminal housing, and one end of the elastic support 34 is fixed in the mobile terminal to provide elastic restoring force for the latch main body 31. The locking end 33 is locked into the locking groove 232 by the elastic force of the elastic support 34. The upper side of the locking end 33 is provided with a guide surface 35.

referring to fig. 5, when the card holder 20 is inserted into the accommodating space in the shielding shell 10, the force-receiving portion 231 of the locking portion 23 starts to abut against the mating member 43 of the elastic member 40 and press the spring 41; the inclined guide portions 233 of the locking portions 23 abut the guide surfaces 35 of the plug pin 30 rearward and push the plug pin 30 to move leftward in the illustrated position and press the resilient support 34;
referring to fig. 6, when the card holder 20 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic member 40, so that the locking end 33 of the plug 30 is finally locked into the locking groove 232, the card holder 20 completes card insertion.
When the card needs to be withdrawn, the pushing part 32 of the bolt 30 is pushed to the left on the lateral outer side of the mobile terminal casing, so that the bolt body 31 compresses the elastic support 34 to move to the left and finally the locking end 33 is withdrawn from the locking groove 232; the card holder 20 is ejected out of the mobile terminal housing under the elastic force of the elastic member 40, and the card withdrawing is completed.
Compared with the prior art, the plug pin type electronic card holder and the mobile terminal do not need to withdraw the card needle, and the plug pin fixed on the shell of the mobile terminal is adopted to realize the insertion and withdrawal of the card.
