When the stirring motor 3 works, the driving chain wheel 2 is driven to rotate through the speed reducer 1, and then power is transmitted to the stirring shaft 13 through the transmission chain 4 and the driven chain wheel 5 in sequence, so that the stirring shaft 13 rotates with the stirring blades 16.
