7. The method of claim 6, further comprising the steps of: judging the range of X according to the characteristics of the object to be detected:
if the object to be heated is the pot and the object to be heated placed in the pot, and the object to be heated is water, determining that the range of X is 0.5-1 ℃/s;
and if the object to be measured is the pot and the object to be heated, and the object to be heated comprises oil, determining that the range of the X is 0.8-1.5 ℃/s.
