the adjusting mechanism comprises at least two adjusting assemblies, the adjusting assemblies correspond to the notches one to one, the adjusting assemblies comprise a rotating plate (8), a fixed shaft (9) and a power assembly, the rotating plate (8) is parallel to the moving plate (7), the rotating plate (8) and the fixed shaft (9) are arranged in the notches, the rotating plate (8) is in sliding connection with the inner walls of the notches, one side of the rotating plate (8), far away from the lamp holder (1), is in the same plane with one side of the moving plate (7), far away from the lamp holder (1), of the rotating plate (8) is a mirror surface with one side of the moving plate (7), far away from the lamp holder (1), of the fixed shaft (9) is parallel to the moving plate (7), the fixed shaft (9) is fixedly connected with the inner walls of the notches, one side of the rotating plate (8), close to the lamp cup (3), is provided with an assembling hole, the rotating plate (8) penetrates through the fixed shaft (9), the rotating plate (8) is in sliding connection with the fixed shaft (9), the power assembly is arranged on one side, close to the lamp holder (1), of the moving plate (7), and the power assembly is connected with the rotating plate (8);
