Abstract

本发明公开了一种电感耦合等离子体木纤维滤芯柴油车尾气净化器,由锥形进气帽、木纤维滤芯、尾气净化室、高频感应线圈、锥形排气帽构成。锥形进气帽、尾气净化室、锥形排气帽均通过管螺纹连接,木纤维滤芯两端分别通过锥形进气帽、锥形排气帽内部孔槽固定于尾气净化室内部,高频感应线圈均匀卷绕于尾气净化室外壁。工作时高频感应线圈将尾气电离生成等离子体,等离子体与柴油车尾气中的PM发生氧化反应,可净化尾气中的PM,同时等离子体将NOx氧化为NO2,结合木纤维滤芯上负载的CeO2‑CuO‑Al2O3催化剂将NO2还原成N2,因此净化器具有放电容易、能够产生大量且分布均匀的等离子体、净化效率高、避免了电极的使用、排气背压小等优点。

技术领域:
本发明属于汽车尾气净化领域,一种电感耦合等离子体木纤维滤芯柴油车尾气净化器。
背景技术:
柴油车因其良好的动力性、经济性被广泛应用于交通运输及农用机械等领域,但尾气中的PM和NOx严重污染环境,所以发展高效的柴油车尾气净化技术是环境保护与社会发展的迫切需求,蕴含着广阔的应用前景和巨大的经济效益。目前的低温等离子体尾气净化器存在放电空间狭小,难以获得大量均匀的等离子体,放电电极布置于净化器内部,工作时电极暴露于尾气中,电极表面易堆积尾气颗粒阻碍电流流通,致使放电终止,尾气净化器失效,从而不能有效控制尾气成分中污染物的排放。
发明内容:
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种电感耦合等离子体木纤维滤芯柴油车尾气净化器,包括锥形进气帽、木纤维滤芯、尾气净化室、高频感应线圈、锥形排气帽。锥形进气帽、尾气净化室、锥形排气帽均通过管螺纹连接,木纤维滤芯两端分别通过锥形进气帽、锥形排气帽内部孔槽固定于尾气净化室内部,高频感应线圈均匀卷绕于尾气净化室外壁,工作时高频电源向高频感应线圈提供电流,尾气由锥形进气帽进入尾气净化室,并被高频感应线圈电离成等离子体,等离子体与柴油车尾气中的PM发生氧化反应,可净化尾气中的PM,同时等离子体将NOx氧化为NO2,结合木纤维滤芯上负载的CeO2-CuO-Al2O3催化剂将NO2还原成N2,最后气体由锥形排气帽排出。
本发明具有以下优点:本装置可安装在排气管后方,具有结构简单、体积小、排气背压小、放电容易、能够产生大量且分布均匀的等离子体、净化效率高、避免了电极的使用、降低了材料的成本和材料的污染、副产物少等优点,能有效控制柴油车尾气中PM、NOx的排放。

下面通过具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说明:
图1,本发明提供了一种电感耦合等离子体木纤维滤芯柴油车尾气净化器,包括锥形进气帽1、木纤维滤芯2、尾气净化室3、高频感应线圈4、锥形排气帽5。锥形进气帽1、尾气净化室3、锥形排气帽5均由耐高温的绝缘材料制成并通过管螺纹连接,接口处分别设有O形密封圈(图中未示出)用于提高密封性,木纤维滤芯2两端分别通过锥形进气帽1、锥形排气帽5内部孔槽固定于尾气净化室3内部,高频感应线圈4均匀卷绕于尾气净化室3外壁,较佳地,高频感应线圈4由空心铜管制成,匝数优选6~10匝。工作时尾气由锥形进气帽1进入,高频电源向高频感应线圈4提供电流,流入高频感应线圈4的电流会产生交变磁场,进而引起感应电场激发尾气净化室3中尾气的电子加速,使气体分子发生电离,从而产生电感耦合等离子体,等离子体与柴油车尾气中的PM发生氧化反应,可净化尾气中的PM,同时等离子体将NOx氧化为NO2,结合木纤维滤芯2上负载的CeO2-CuO-Al2O3催化剂将NO2还原成N2,最后气体由锥形排气帽5排出。

1.电感耦合等离子体木纤维滤芯柴油车尾气净化器,包括锥形进气帽、木纤维滤芯、尾气净化室、高频感应线圈、锥形排气帽;其特征在于:锥形进气帽、尾气净化室、锥形排气帽均通过管螺纹连接,木纤维滤芯两端分别通过锥形进气帽、锥形排气帽内部孔槽固定于尾气净化室内部,高频感应线圈均匀卷绕于尾气净化室外壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电感耦合等离子体木纤维滤芯柴油车尾气净化器,其特征在于:锥形进气帽、尾气净化室、锥形排气帽均由耐高温的绝缘材料制成并通过管螺纹连接,接口处分别设有O形密封圈用于提高密封性。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电感耦合等离子体木纤维滤芯柴油车尾气净化器,其特征在于:锥形进气帽、锥形排气帽内部均设有孔槽,用于固定木纤维滤芯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电感耦合等离子体木纤维滤芯柴油车尾气净化器,其特征在于:高频感应线圈由空心铜管制成,匝数优选6~10匝,均匀卷绕于尾气净化室外壁。
