the roller (25) comprises an inner wheel shaft (31) and heating wires (32), two ends of the inner wheel shaft (31) are respectively fixed on a roller frame (24), an outer ring block (30) is sleeved on the outer side surface of the hollow middle part inside the inner wheel shaft (31), a sleeve (33) is arranged on the outer side surface of the outer ring block (30) in a ring mode, two ends of the sleeve (33) are respectively fixed on the inner wheel shaft (31) through bearings, a through hole (34) is formed in the side surface of the sleeve (33), a fan-shaped groove is formed in the middle position of the upper part of the outer ring block (30), an air hole (35) is formed in the end surface of the inner wheel shaft (31) corresponding to the fan-shaped groove, a spiral aluminum sheet (36) is arranged on the outer side surface of the sleeve (33), the heating wires (32) are embedded into the spiral aluminum sheet (36), a ceramic outer ring (37) is arranged on the outer layer, the driving motor (20), the ball screw (21) and the electric heating wire (32) are respectively and electrically connected with the control electric box (2).

The ironing device with the steam heating integrated electric heating roller as claimed in claim 1, wherein two ends of the spiral aluminum sheet (36) are respectively connected with a support ring (40), a conductive ring (41) is fixed on the support ring (40), the conductive ring (41) is electrically connected with the heating wire (32), the conductive ring (41) is positioned between the sleeve (33) and the ceramic outer ring (37), a ring groove (42) is formed in the side surface of the conductive ring (41), a contact pin (43) is arranged in the ring groove (42), the end of the contact pin (43) is fixed on the support frame (44), the support frame (44) is fixedly installed on the inner wheel shaft (31), and the contact pin (43) is electrically connected with an external power supply.
