Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, in particular to a high-gloss spray-free PP automobile bumper guard plate material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The PP resin is compounded with metal pigments such as pearl powder, copper powder, aluminum silver strips and the like to be extruded and granulated to prepare the PP material with high gloss and metal texture. The material has the characteristics of high gloss and metal texture due to the reflection effect of the metallic pigment on light, and can replace paint spraying materials in the fields of electronic appliances, cosmetic packages, automobile materials and the like, so that the environmental pollution is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
In recent years, with the increasing strictness of environmental regulations, a coating-free material has been used as a filler PP material for bumpers, bumper guards, side skirts of automobiles, and the like. However, the inorganic filler filled in the PP material can cover the metal material, and the reflection of the metal pigment to light is reduced, so that the glossiness and the metal texture of the final product are reduced. Therefore, how to improve the glossiness of the spray-free filling PP material becomes a technical difficulty of spray-free formation of automobile bumpers, bumper guard plates, automobile side skirts and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a high-glossiness spraying-free PP automobile bumper guard plate material.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a high-gloss spray-free PP automobile bumper guard plate material, which is characterized in that: comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
further, the polypropylene resin has one or more than two of melt index of 30-100g/10min under the pressure condition of 230 ℃/21.2N.
Further, the MCPP resin is powder resin obtained by performing solid phase grafting modification on isotactic PP and then performing chlorination treatment.
Further, the hydrogenated petroleum resin is one of aliphatic hydrogenated petroleum resin, aromatic hydrogenated petroleum resin, and aliphatic/aromatic copolymerized hydrogenated petroleum resin.
Further, the toughening agent is one of ethylene propylene diene monomer or ethylene-octene block copolymer.
Further, the antioxidant is one or two of hindered phenol antioxidant and phosphite antioxidant.
Further, the dispersant is at least one of a siloxane dispersant, a stearate dispersant and a wax dispersant.
Further, the inorganic filler is at least one of talcum powder, calcium carbonate and barium sulfate.
Further, the metal pigment is at least one of aluminum silver strips, pearl powder and copper powder.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-glossiness spray-free PP automobile bumper guard plate material, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following steps:
step a, uniformly mixing all the components in a mixing pot according to a proportion, wherein the rotating speed of the mixing pot is 300-;
and b, extruding and granulating the material mixed in the step a by a double-screw extruder, wherein the temperature of the extruder is controlled at 190-.
Automotive bumper materials generally do not have much requirement on melt index, but for spray-free automotive bumper materials: when the material with too low melt index is injected, obvious flow mark defects are generated in the places with changed flow directions, such as a manufacturing gully, a curved surface, a hole and the like; materials with too high a melt index are not favorable for extrusion granulation and can not be molded normally by injection molding. The melting index of the qualified spray-free automobile bumper material is controlled to be between 20 and 55, and the melting index of the material is reduced by the toughening component in the formula, so that the melting index of the polypropylene resin is between 30 and 100 under the pressure condition of 230 ℃/21.2N.
Hydrogenated petroleum resin is oligomeric thermoplastic resin obtained by subjecting petroleum cracked C5 and C9 fractions to pretreatment, polymerization, distillation and other processes and then carrying out hydrogenation treatment. The hydrogenated petroleum resin is transparent and has good optical performance, and the glossiness of the material can be improved; meanwhile, the hydrogenated petroleum resin can also increase the adhesive force of the metal pigment and increase the dispersibility of the metal pigment in the material, thereby weakening the covering of the inorganic filler on the metal pigment. Such as hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin, hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin, and the like.
The MCPP resin is powder resin obtained by performing solid phase grafting modification on isotactic PP and then performing chlorination treatment, and has strong polarity and compatibility. The MCPP resin is added into a spraying-free filling PP material (polypropylene resin) and can be used as a compatilizer of hydrogenated petroleum resin and the PP material (polypropylene resin); the coloring rate of the material can be increased, and the same amount of metal pigment is added into the material, so that higher glossiness and stronger metal texture can be obtained; meanwhile, the compatibility of inorganic substances (inorganic filler and metal pigment) and PP resin can be improved, the material performance is more stable, the metal pigment is more dispersed in the material, and the covering of the inorganic filler on the metal pigment is further weakened.

Example 6: effect verification
The materials prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were injection molded under the same conditions and subjected to experimental comparison:
melt index was measured according to ASTM D1238(230 ℃, 21.2N);
flexural Strength and flexural modulus (10mm/min) measured according to ASTM D790;
notched impact strength (type A notch) was measured according to ASTM D256;
gloss (60 ℃) was measured according to ASTM D523.
The results of the tests on the melt index, the flexural strength, the flexural modulus, the notched impact strength and the gloss of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 comparison of physical Properties of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3
The melting index requirement of the spraying-free PP automobile bumper guard plate material meeting the requirement is 20-55, the bending strength is more than or equal to 20, the bending modulus is more than or equal to 1200, the notch impact strength is more than or equal to 12, and the glossiness is more than or equal to 55. As can be seen from Table 2, the gloss values of examples 1 to 5 were all higher than those of comparative examples 1 to 3; the comparative example 1 is a metal pigment directly added in the general formula of the PP material for the automobile bumper, although all physical properties can meet the requirements, the metal pigment is covered by the inorganic filler, and the glossiness of the PP material is still lower; in comparative example 2, in which no MCPP resin and hydrogenated petroleum resin were added and the amount of the metallic pigment was greatly increased, it was found from the results that not only the gloss was increased in a limited manner, but also the notched impact strength of the material was greatly reduced (the notched impact strength of comparative example 2 was only 7.4). Comparative example 3 compares with example 4 only in that comparative example 3 lacks the MCPP resin, but comparative example 3 results in skinning delamination, whereas example 4 has good parameters, indicating that the hydrogenated petroleum resin has poor compatibility with the PP resin, while the MCPP resin acts as a compatibilizer for both; comparative example 4 the addition of MCPP resin to comparative example 1 improves gloss because MCPP disperses the minerals more in the material, reducing the mineral hiding of the metallic pigment (gloss 52). The experimental results show that: the spraying-free PP automobile bumper guard plate material has high glossiness and good performance.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the principle and spirit of the present invention.
