The band body 30 is inserted into the locking hole 11, and the limit plug 21 is inserted into the locking hole 11, and presses the inner space of the locking hole 11 so that the band body 30 is locked in the locking hole 11.
Wherein, be provided with pawl 12 in the locking hole 11, be equipped with screens 31 on the ribbon tape body 30, the ribbon tape body 30 inserts locking hole 11, and spacing bolt 21 imbeds in the locking hole 11 so that screens 31 interlock with pawl 12. When the ribbon tape body 30 is locked, the ribbon tape body 30 is firstly stretched into the locking hole 11, the clamping position 31 is contacted with the inverted tooth 12, at this time, a residual space is reserved in the locking hole 11, the limiting bolt 21 is embedded into the residual space in the locking hole 11, the ribbon tape body 30 is extruded, so that the clamping position 31 is embedded into the inverted tooth 12 to realize occlusion, and the connecting rod 20 and the ribbon tape body 30 are locked in the locking hole. When the ribbon tape body 30 is loosened, the limiting bolt 21 is pulled out to leave a space in the locking hole 11, then the clamping position 31 is separated from the inverted tooth 12, and the ribbon tape body 30 is pulled out from the locking hole 11.
Specifically, the clamping positions 31 on the surface of the ribbon body 30 can be a plurality of uniformly arranged grooves 17 or a plurality of interval protrusions. While the tooth 12 is a protrusion, which may be trapezoidal in shape. Of course, other shapes are possible, and the shape of the protrusions is not limited thereto. It will be appreciated that the detent 31 is adapted to the shape of the inverted tooth 12 such that the detent 31 is capable of engaging the inverted tooth 12.
Wherein, the one end that spacing bolt 21 kept away from first tip 10a is equipped with the card protruding, and the ribbon tape body 30 when locking, stretches into locking hole 11 with ribbon tape body 30 earlier in, passes locking hole 11 with spacing bolt 21, and spacing bolt 21 extrudees ribbon tape body 30 so that ribbon tape body 30 is limited in locking hole 11, and the card protruding card is on the opposite side ribbon main part 10 of locking hole 11 simultaneously. When the ribbon tape body 30 is loosened, the clamping protrusion is separated from the ribbon tape body 10, the limiting bolt 21 is pulled out of the locking hole 11, a space in the locking hole 11 is reserved, then the clamping position 31 is separated from the inverted tooth 12, and the ribbon tape body 30 is pulled out of the locking hole 11.
Specifically, the shape of the protruding clip may be a protrusion to function as a barb, and the specific shape of the protrusion is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Wherein, limit bolt 21 one side is provided with the trip that realizes the buckle with ribbon area body 30, and the another side is provided with the card protruding that realizes the buckle with locking hole 11, and the one side that ribbon area body 30 contacted with the trip is equipped with the draw-in hole. When the ribbon tape body 30 is locked, the ribbon tape body 30 is firstly stretched into the locking hole 11, the limiting bolt 21 penetrates into the locking hole 11, the limiting bolt 21 extrudes the ribbon tape body 30 to limit the ribbon tape body 30 in the locking hole 11, the clamping hook is in clamping connection with the clamping hole, and the clamping protrusion is clamped on the protrusion in the locking hole 11. When the ribbon tape body 30 is loosened, the clamping protrusion and the protrusion are separated, the clamping hook and the clamping hole are separated, the limiting bolt 21 is pulled out of the locking hole 11, a space in the locking hole 11 is reserved, then the clamping position 31 and the inverted tooth 12 are separated, and the ribbon tape body 30 is pulled out of the locking hole 11.
Specifically, the trip and the hole are a pair of buckle structures with shape matching, and the shape of the trip and the hole is not repeated in the embodiment of the application.
It will be appreciated that there are various embodiments of how to insert the limit plug 21 into the locking hole 11 and squeeze the inner space of the locking hole 11 to lock the tie strap body 30 in the locking hole 11, and the various embodiments are not illustrated in the examples of the present application. Meanwhile, it is understood that the band body 30 may be made of a material having elastic deformability, and in the embodiment of the present application, the material specifically used for the band body 30 is not limited.
In the description of the present application, it should be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying a relative importance or an implicit indication of the number of technical features being indicated. Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more features. In the description of the present application, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more, unless explicitly defined otherwise.
It should be noted that the locking hole 11 may be located at an end of the band body 10 near the second end 10b, and may be located at an intermediate position of the band 100 body. For which position the locking hole 11 is provided in the body of the band 100, this embodiment will not be repeated. Wherein, the connecting rod 20 and the ribbon main body 10 can be made of materials capable of being repeatedly bent, so that the connecting rod 20 and the ribbon main body 10 can be relatively bent. The limit plug 21 may have a rectangular plate shape. Of course, the limit plug 21 may have other shapes, for example, the limit plug 21 is in an oval plate shape. For the specific shape of the limit plug 21. In this embodiment, redundant description is not made. In addition, the insertion end of the limit plug 21 may be arc-shaped. The upper surface of the limit plug 21, which is close to the insertion end, is provided with a chamfer. This makes the limit plug 21 more smoothly inserted into the locking hole 11.
In the description of the present application, it should be understood that the terms "center," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "table," and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientation or positional relationships shown in the drawings, merely to facilitate description of the present application and simplify the description, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the present application.
When binding is required, the band body 30 is inserted into the locking hole 11 of the band body 10, and the limit plug 21 is inserted into the locking hole 11 so that the catch 31 is engaged with the pawl 12 to achieve binding of the band 100 to the package. When the bundled package is required to be loosened, the limiting bolt 21 is pulled out of the locking hole 11, a space for loosening the clamping position 31 and the inverted tooth 12 is reserved, and then the ribbon body 30 is pulled out of the locking hole 11. In this manner, repeated strapping of the tie 100 is achieved. Meanwhile, when the ribbon tape body 30 is inserted into the locking hole 11, the ribbon tape body 30 has enough space in the locking hole 11, the clamping position 31 cannot be excessively rubbed on the inverted tooth 12, and the clamping position 31 is meshed with the inverted tooth 12 only when the limiting bolt 21 is inserted into the locking hole 11 to press the clamping position 31. This prevents the catch 31 from rubbing against the tooth 12 during the engagement process, so that the catch 31 and the tooth 12 do not affect the fastening strength as the service time increases. This configuration can improve the service life of the tie 100. Furthermore, when the clamping position 31 and the inverted tooth 12 are loosened, the limiting bolt 21 is pulled out firstly, enough space is reserved, so that the clamping position 31 and the inverted tooth 12 are loosened more quickly and conveniently, the clamping position 31 and the inverted tooth 12 are not always rubbed, the clamping position 31 and the inverted tooth 12 are damaged, and the service life of the ribbon 100 is further prolonged.
