Abstract
The invention relates to the field of high-temperature cloth related components, in particular to a high-temperature cloth pull rod which comprises a pull rod body, wherein grooves for placing a fixing mandrel are formed in two sides of the pull rod body along the length direction, a plurality of groups of adjustable limiting components for fixing the fixing mandrel are further arranged on the pull rod body, and elastic plungers are further arranged on two sides of the adjustable limiting components on the pull rod body. According to the invention, the high-temperature cloth can be easily taken out of the pull rod body only by simply rotating the rotary pressing plate, so that the high-temperature cloth can be quickly detached and installed from the high-temperature cloth pull rod, the procedure of detaching more bolts is omitted, the high-temperature cloth is easy to replace, the downtime is reduced, and the working and production efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of high-temperature cloth related components, in particular to a high-temperature cloth pull rod.
Background
In laminating solar modules, teflon tapes (hereinafter referred to as high temperature cloths) are used to transport the modules to the lamination chamber and to isolate the modules from the laminating machine upper silicone plate.
At present, a commonly adopted high-temperature cloth mounting mode is a high-temperature cloth pull rod, the end part of the high-temperature cloth is mounted in the high-temperature cloth pull rod, and the high-temperature cloth pull rod drives the high-temperature cloth to run.
The pull rod assembly in the prior art comprises a pull rod, a mandrel and a buckle plate, wherein two ends of high-temperature cloth are clamped between the pull rod and the buckle plate, and the pull rod and the buckle plate are fixed through connecting bolts, so that the high-temperature cloth is fixed on the pull rod. The pull rod with the structure is fixedly connected with the pinch plate through the bolt; therefore, when the height Wen Bushi needs to be replaced, the bolts need to be loosened and removed, and then the high-temperature cloth can be replaced by taking down the buckle plate. Therefore, the replacement of the high-temperature cloth is very complicated, if one pull rod is used for fixing two high-temperature cloths, the two high-temperature cloths are required to be removed simultaneously when one high-temperature cloth is replaced, so that the workload is increased, more bolts are required to be arranged for preventing the cloth channeling phenomenon of the high-temperature cloth, great inconvenience is brought to the replacement work, the downtime is increased, and the working efficiency is reduced.
Aiming at the defects that when the bolt is loosened when the high Wen Bushi needs to be replaced in the prior art, the workload is large, the downtime is long, and the working efficiency of the laminator is reduced, the high-temperature cloth pull rod which is easy to replace high-temperature cloth is provided, so that the defects in the current practical application are overcome.

Further, threaded holes or welding reserved holes are formed in the two sides of the adjustable limiting assembly on the pull rod body 1, and the elastic plunger 5 is in threaded connection with or welded to the pull rod body 1 to limit rotation of the rotary pressing plate 2.
In the concrete implementation, after the square tube of the pull rod body 1 and the steel plate are welded, holes are formed in the specified positions, and the rotary guide shaft 6 is embedded into the holes to be welded firmly; then, the rotating shaft of the rotating pressing plate 2 is sleeved into the rotating guide shaft 6, the compression spring 4 is pressed on the back side of the rotating guide shaft 6, and the spring pressing plate 3 is connected with the rotating guide shaft 6 through a bolt 8 to compress the compression spring 4; and then the rotary pressing plate 2 is rotated to the position of fig. 2, the positions of the mounting threaded holes of the elastic plungers 5 are determined on the two sides of the rotary pressing plate 2 as shown in fig. 2, the rotary pressing plate 2 is ensured to be clamped between the two elastic plungers 5, the elastic plungers 5 are mounted in the holes after the holes are opened, and the high-temperature cloth pull rod assembly is completed.
When the high-temperature cloth pull rod is used, the fixed mandrel 7 is penetrated into the high-temperature cloth 9, the pressing plate 2 is rotated by 90 degrees, and the fixed mandrel 7 is placed into the groove 10 of the pull rod body 1, so that the installation is completed.
According to the method, the high-temperature cloth 9 can be easily taken out of the pull rod body 1 only by simply rotating the rotary pressing plate 2, so that the high-temperature cloth 9 can be quickly detached and installed from the high-temperature cloth pull rod, the process of detaching more bolts 8 is omitted, the high-temperature cloth 9 is easy to replace, the downtime is reduced, and the working and production efficiency are improved.
