Background
The medical D-shaped wire is used for minimally invasive medical products, the material is stainless steel SUS340V remelted twice by electric arc, the grade of the material is extremely high, the forming processing of the D-shaped (or semicircular) can not be realized by a conventional direct drawing mode of a cold drawing die, the products produced by domestic production equipment at present can not reach the required mechanical performance, the D-shaped wire at present mainly depends on import, the cost is high, the purchase period is long, and the limitation is more, so that the production equipment is urgently needed for producing the medical D-shaped wire, and the performance requirement is met.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a medical D-shaped wire production apparatus, which includes a straightening device 1, a forming device 2, a detecting device 3, a cutting device 4, and a blanking device 5, which are sequentially distributed, wherein the straightening device 1 is used for straightening an uncoiled steel wire 6, the forming device 2 is used for manufacturing the steel wire into a D-shaped wire, the detecting device 3 is used for detecting a cross section of the D-shaped wire, the cutting device 4 cuts the manufactured D-shaped wire into a specified length, and the blanking device 5 is used for stacking a finished product.
The extension process of the invention is different from the prior art, the invention automatically finishes single line from feeding to finished product, the tolerance is kept within 1 micron, the single decrement rate is small, the size fluctuation is small, and the stability of the D-shaped filament size is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the device further includes a second straightening device, and the second straightening device is disposed between the straightening device 1 and the forming device 3.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the straightening device 1 includes a plurality of horizontally disposed rollers 11, the rollers 11 are perpendicular to a production line of a production apparatus, and the rollers 11 are distributed in two rows.
The straightening device and the straightening device straighten the steel wires in different directions, and the aim of accurate straightening is fulfilled.

In an embodiment of the invention, the forming device comprises a first die 21, a second die 22, a third die 23 and a fourth die 24 which are sequentially distributed, a circular diamond inner die 27 is arranged in a die outer shell 26 of the first die 21, a waist-shaped diamond inner die 28 is arranged in a die outer shell of the second die 22, a semicircular-like diamond inner die 29 is arranged in a die outer shell of the third die, and a D-shaped diamond inner die 30 is arranged in a die outer shell of the fourth die.
The extension process of the invention is different from the prior art, and the invention adopts a plurality of moulds to gradually draw the steel wire to form D-shaped wires.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the connection between the diameter of the quasi-semi-circle and the circular arc is a circular arc chamfer. Namely, the quasi-semicircle is formed by rounding off the diameter and the circular arc of the semicircle on the basis of the semicircle.
In an embodiment of the invention, the detection device comprises a measuring grating 3, and the measuring grating 3 is arranged at the outer end of the forming device 2.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a manipulator or a robot is further included, and the manipulator or the robot is used for grabbing the finished product into the blanking device 5.

2. The medical D-shaped wire production device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a second straightening device, wherein the second straightening device is arranged between the straightening device and the forming device.

The medical D-shaped yarn production device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the straightening device comprises a plurality of horizontally arranged rollers, the rollers are arranged perpendicular to the production line of the production device, and the rollers are distributed in an upper row and a lower row.
4. The medical D-shaped yarn production device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the second straightening device comprises a plurality of second rollers perpendicular to the rollers, and the second rollers are horizontally arranged.
5. The medical D-shaped wire production device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detection device comprises a measuring grating, and the measuring grating is arranged at the outer end of the forming device.
6. The medical D-shaped yarn production equipment as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a manipulator or a robot, wherein the manipulator or the robot is used for grabbing finished products into the blanking device.
