the switch mechanism comprises two groups of baffles (8) arranged on the feed hopper (2) in a sliding manner and a switch driving assembly used for driving the two groups of baffles (8) to perform switch operation, the switch driving assembly is electrically connected with a first conducting strip (15), a second conducting strip (16) is arranged right below the first conducting strip (15) in a sliding manner, and the second conducting strip (16) is electrically connected with a power supply (14); the second conducting strip (16) is also connected with a synchronous driving mechanism, and the synchronous driving mechanism drives the second conducting strip (16) to intermittently contact with the first conducting strip (15);
the switch driving assembly comprises a first electromagnet (10) and a first spring (12), the first electromagnet (10) is arranged on each of the two groups of baffles (8), the baffles (8) are further connected with a first fixing plate (13) through the first spring (12), a first sliding rod (11) is arranged on the first fixing plate (13), and the first sliding rod (11) is in sliding connection with the baffles (8); the first electromagnets (10) are electrically connected with the first conducting strips (15), and the opposite magnetic poles of the first electromagnets (10) on the two groups of baffles (8) are the same;
the synchronous driving mechanism comprises a driving motor (27), a turntable (19) for driving the second conducting strip (16) to intermittently contact with the first conducting strip (15) and a driving wheel (20) for driving the turntable (19) to rotate, wherein the driving wheel (20) is connected with a first rotating shaft (7), and the first rotating shaft (7) is connected with the driving motor (27); the first rotating shaft (7) is also connected with the crushing mechanism;
the crushing mechanism comprises two groups of crushing rollers (5) which are rotatably arranged in the processing chamber (1), a plurality of groups of crushing teeth (6) are arranged on the crushing rollers (5), and the crushing teeth (6) on the two groups of crushing rollers (5) are meshed; the crushing roller (5) is sleeved on the first rotating shaft (7) and is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft (7);
the driving wheel (20) is in belt transmission with the driven wheel (17) through a belt (21), the driven wheel (17) is connected with a second rotating shaft (18), and the second rotating shaft (18) is connected with the rotating disc (19);
the eccentric position of the turntable (19) is rotatably connected with a movable rod (24), the movable rod (24) is rotatably connected with a second sliding rod (22), the second sliding rod (22) is slidably connected with a second fixed plate (23) and is connected with a push rod (25) through the second fixed plate (23), the push rod (25) is connected with an insulating plate (26) through a second spring (28), and a second conducting strip (16) is arranged on the insulating plate (26);
the recovery processing device also comprises a sorting mechanism for sorting the crushed articles, and the sorting mechanism is arranged below the crushing mechanism;
the sorting mechanism comprises a partition plate (31) and a fan (34) which are arranged in the processing chamber (1), wherein a second material guide plate (38) is obliquely arranged on the partition plate (31), the fan (34) is rotatably arranged on one side close to the lower end of the second material guide plate (38), and the fan (34) is also connected with a fan motor (35);
the second material guide plate (38) is arranged on a second electromagnet (39), the second electromagnet (39) is arranged on an inclined plate (37), and the inclined plate (37) is obliquely arranged on the partition plate (31).
