First, a slide fastener SF to which the fastener stringer 10 of the present embodiment is applied will be described. As shown in fig. 1, the slide fastener SF includes: a pair of left and right belts 20; a plurality of fastener elements 30 attached along the opposite side edges of the left and right tapes 20; a slider 11 for engaging and disengaging the right and left fastener elements 30; upper stop portions 12 attached to upper end portions of side edges of the left and right belts 20, respectively; and an opening member 13 attached to the lower end portions of the side edges of the left and right belts 20. The fastener stringer 10 is composed of left and right tapes 20 and elements 30 attached to the left and right tapes 20, respectively. The opening member 13 may be a lower portion.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the belt 20 is a belt-like body having an upper surface and a lower surface, and a core 21 is provided along one side edge thereof. As shown in fig. 7, the thickness of the core 21 in the vertical direction is formed larger than the other portions of the belt 20. A plurality of elements 30 are attached along the core portion 21 of the tape 20.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the element 30 has an upper half 40 disposed on the upper surface side of the tape 20 and a lower half 50 disposed on the lower surface side of the tape 20, and is attached in a state where the tape 20 (core portion 21) is sandwiched. The height dimensions of the upper half 40 and the lower half 50 are formed substantially the same. The element 30 is made of synthetic resin or metal.
As shown in fig. 5, the lower half 50 has: a base 51 attached to the belt 20; a head 52 extending from the base 51 toward the tape 20 on the other side and engaging with the element 30 on the other side; and a neck portion 53 formed between the base portion 51 and the head portion 52 and having a width narrower than that of the head portion 52.
As shown in fig. 4, 6, and 7, the upper half 40 includes: a 1 st divided part 41 and a 2 nd divided part 42 divided in a belt longitudinal direction (a left-right direction of the element); a 1 st reinforcing portion 43 connecting a distal end portion of the 1 st divided portion 41 and a distal end portion of the 2 nd divided portion 42; and a 2 nd reinforcing portion 44 connecting a rear end portion of the 1 st divided portion 41 and a rear end portion of the 2 nd divided portion 42. The 1 st divided part 41 is provided on the front side (upper side in fig. 2) in the belt longitudinal direction in the upper half 40, and the 2 nd divided part 42 is provided on the rear side (lower side in fig. 2) in the belt longitudinal direction in the upper half 40. The 1 st reinforcing portion 43 is provided to connect the front end portion of the 1 st divided portion 41 and the front end portion of the 2 nd divided portion 42, and also to connect with the neck portion 53 of the lower half 50. The 2 nd reinforcing portion 44 is provided on the belt 20 so as to connect the rear end portion of the 1 st divided portion 41 and the rear end portion of the 2 nd divided portion 42.
The 1 st divided part 41 and the 2 nd divided part 42 are respectively arranged so as to cover the neck portion 53 of the lower half 50 and expose the head portion 52 in a plan view of the element. Further, the portions of the 1 st and 2 nd divided parts 41 and 42 on the front side of the core portion 21 of the belt 20 are joined to the upper surface of the lower half 50.
In the upper half 40, an opening 45 opened upward is formed by the 1 st divided part 41, the 2 nd divided part 42, the 1 st reinforcing part 43, and the 2 nd reinforcing part 44, and the core 21 of the belt 20 is exposed through the opening 45. That is, the tape 20 is exposed between the 1 st divided part 41 and the 2 nd divided part 42.
Further, on the lower surfaces of the distal end portions of the 1 st and 2 nd divided parts 41 and 42, stepped portions 46 recessed upward are formed so as to face the inside of the neck portion 53 of the lower half 50. In the element-engaged state, the upper surface of the head 52 of the element 30 faces the stepped portion 46 of the element 30 on the other side (the lower surfaces of the distal end portions of the 1 st and 2 nd divided portions 41, 42). Further, when the fastener stringer 10 in the element-engaged state is bent to be convex toward the upper surface side, a part of the head 52 of the element 30 on the partner side enters the stepped portion 46, and therefore, the flexibility of the fastener stringer 10 can be improved while maintaining the engagement of the elements 30.
The 1 st reinforcing part 43 and the 2 nd reinforcing part 44 are formed along the belt length direction (left-right direction). The 1 st reinforcing portion 43 is formed in a rectangular shape in cross section, and the 2 nd reinforcing portion 44 is formed in an arc shape in cross section. In addition, both the 1 st reinforcing portion 43 and the 2 nd reinforcing portion 44 may be formed to have an arc-shaped cross section, or only the 1 st reinforcing portion 43 may be formed to have an arc-shaped cross section. By forming the reinforcing portion to have an arc-shaped cross section, the reinforcing portion does not stand out, and the 1 st divided portion 41 and the 2 nd divided portion 42 can be made stand out. The sectional shapes of the 1 st reinforcing portion 43 and the 2 nd reinforcing portion 44 are not limited, and any shape can be selected.
In the present embodiment, in order to make the 1 st divided part 41 and the 2 nd divided part 42 conspicuous and maintain the strength of the element 30, the height H1 of the 1 st reinforcing part 43 and the height H2 of the 2 nd reinforcing part 44 are set to be 50% or less, preferably 25% to 50% for example, of the height H3 of the upper half 40 (see fig. 7). The heights H1 to H3 are heights from the boundary position between the upper half 40 and the lower half 50 to the upper surface thereof. Further, the width of the 1 st reinforcing portion 43 and the 2 nd reinforcing portion 44 in the front-rear direction can be freely set in a range where the 1 st reinforcing portion 43 and the 2 nd reinforcing portion 44 do not overlap with the core portion 21 of the belt 20.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the elements 30 are arranged such that the 1 st divided parts 41 of the elements 30 of one tape 20 are adjacent to the 2 nd divided parts 42 of the elements 30 of the other tape 20 and aligned in the tape width direction when the elements are engaged with each other.
In the present embodiment, the interval between the 1 st divided part 41 and the 2 nd divided part 42 and the interval between the elements 30 are set so that the 1 st divided part 41 and the 2 nd divided part 42 are arranged at equal intervals along the belt longitudinal direction.
In the fastener stringer 10 configured as described above, the upper half portion 40 of the element 30 is divided into the 1 st divided portion 41 and the 2 nd divided portion 42, so that one element 30 can be made to appear as two elements having a narrow width, and the width of the element 30 in the left-right direction can be made to appear as a narrow width.
Further, since the 1 st divided part 41 and the 2 nd divided part 42 are connected by the 1 st reinforcing part 43 and the 2 nd reinforcing part 44 and the 1 st divided part 41 and the 2 nd divided part 42 are integrated, the joining strength of the 1 st divided part 41 and the 2 nd divided part 42 to the lower half 50 can be increased, and the strength of the element 30 can be increased.
Further, the 1 st divided part 41 of the element 30 of one tape 20 is adjacent to the 2 nd divided part 42 of the element 30 of the other tape 20 and aligned in a straight line along the tape width direction, and the 1 st divided part 41 and the 2 nd divided part 42 are arranged at equal intervals along the tape length direction, so that the 1 st divided part 41 and the 2 nd divided part 42 appear to be connected in a zigzag shape when the left and right elements 30 in the meshing state are collectively viewed including the 2 nd reinforcing part 44.
As described above, according to the fastener stringer 10 of the present embodiment, the upper half portion 40 includes the 1 st reinforcing portion 43 that connects the front end portion of the 1 st divided portion 41 and the front end portion of the 2 nd divided portion 42, and the 2 nd reinforcing portion 44 that connects the rear end portion of the 1 st divided portion 41 and the rear end portion of the 2 nd divided portion 42, and the tape 20 is exposed between the 1 st divided portion 41 and the 2 nd divided portion 42, and therefore, the strength of the element 30 can be improved while the width in the left-right direction of the element 30 is seen to be narrow.
Further, according to the fastener stringer 10 of the present embodiment, the 1 st divided portion 41 of the element 30 of one tape 20 is arranged adjacent to the 2 nd divided portion 42 of the element 30 of the other tape 20 in a line along the tape width direction when the elements are engaged, and therefore, the appearance of the slide fastener SF can be improved.
In addition, according to the fastener stringer 10 of the present embodiment, since the 2 nd reinforcing portion 44 is formed in the shape of an arc in cross section, the 2 nd reinforcing portion 44 does not stand out, and the 1 st divided portion 41 and the 2 nd divided portion 42 can stand out.
In addition, according to the fastener stringer 10 of the present embodiment, since the height H1 of the 1 st reinforcing part 43 and the height H2 of the 2 nd reinforcing part 44 are set to be 50% or less of the height H3 of the upper half 40, the strength of the fastener element 30 can be maintained while the 1 st split part 41 and the 2 nd split part 42 are made conspicuous.
Further, according to the fastener stringer 10 of the present embodiment, when the left and right elements 30 in the engaged state are collectively viewed including the 2 nd reinforcing part 44, the 1 st divided part 41 and the 2 nd divided part 42 are seen as being connected in a zigzag shape, and therefore, the appearance of the slide fastener SF can be improved.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the scope of the present invention.
For example, in the present embodiment, two reinforcing portions, i.e., the 1 st reinforcing portion and the 2 nd reinforcing portion, are provided, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the reinforcing portion may be any of the 1 st reinforcing portion and the 2 nd reinforcing portion.
In addition, the present application is based on the patent application of the Vietnam social sense republic (1-2018-.
