As shown in fig. 1, the elastic corrugated plate 4 is made of elastic metal, and the inner side surface of the elastic corrugated plate 4 is attached to the inner side wall of the cavity; an air outlet hole 11 is formed in the upper end of the zipper tape 1, and the air outlet hole 11 is aligned with the inner side wall of the elastic corrugated plate 4; when the clamping block 5 rotates and extrudes, the elastic corrugated plate 4 can be quickly deformed or restored to deform; meanwhile, the elastic corrugated plate 4 made of the elastic metal material can reduce the friction force of the clamping block 5 during rotation, so that the clamping block 5 is conveniently disengaged from the wave trough of the elastic corrugated plate 4 during rotation, and the abrasion of the elastic corrugated plate 4 is reduced; meanwhile, when the elastic corrugated plate 4 is extruded, the inner side surface of the elastic corrugated plate 4 is attached to the inner side wall of the cavity, so that the wave crest of the outer side surface of the elastic corrugated plate 4 is extruded inwards, gas in the wave trough of the inner side of the elastic corrugated plate 4 enters the gas outlet hole 11 along the inner side wall of the cavity, the gas is blown into the upper surface of the zipper tape 1 through the gas outlet hole 11, and then dust cleaned on the limiting rod 9 is blown away through the gas, so that the phenomenon that the dust is accumulated is prevented; meanwhile, when the air in the air outlet hole 11 is blown out, air floatation is generated on the upper surface of the zipper tape 1, and the friction force between the zipper teeth 3 and the zipper tape 1 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 5, the clamping block 5 is an arc-shaped structure, and the clamping block 5 is made of an elastic metal material; the outer end surfaces of the clamping blocks 5 are provided with sliding protrusions 51, and the sliding protrusions 51 are made of elastic metal materials; the during operation, rotate to vertical shape by original horizontal joint when joint piece 5, and then make elasticity buckled plate 4 can resume deformation, be provided with slip arch 51 because of the outer terminal surface of joint piece 5, after elasticity buckled plate 4 resumes deformation, the slip arch 51 that sets up on joint piece 5 can contact with the lateral surface of elasticity buckled plate 4, and then make the lateral surface of joint piece 5 and elasticity buckled plate 4 convert the point contact of slip arch 51 and elasticity buckled plate 4 into by the face contact, and then reduce the frictional force between joint piece 5 and the elasticity buckled plate 4, be convenient for the slip of joint piece 5 between elasticity buckled plate 4.
As shown in fig. 2, the inside of the clamping block 5 is an arc-shaped cavity structure; a second air guide cavity 61 is formed in the rotating rod 6, an air guide groove 62 is formed in the outer side surface of the second air guide cavity 61, and air in the air guide groove 62 is in contact with a ball arranged in the bearing 7 through an air guide pipe; the during operation, when joint piece 5 is when rotating, the extrusion can take place for the turning block of arc chamber structure, and then makes the inside gas of turning block enter into second air guide cavity 61, and the gas in second air guide cavity 61 enters into the bearing 7 inner wall through air guide groove 62 on, enters into the ball that sets up in the bearing 7 through the air duct on, and then improves the smoothness nature of bearing 7 when rotating, prevents that bearing 7 from taking place the card and hinder the phenomenon when rotating, and then influences the rotation effect of joint piece 5.
The specific working process is as follows:
when the zipper tape 1 is in a zipper closing state, the zipper teeth 3 uniformly arranged on the left zipper tape 1 and the zipper teeth 3 uniformly arranged on the right zipper tape 1 are arranged in parallel and staggered at equal intervals to close the left zipper tape 1 and the right zipper tape 1; when a user finds that the zipper teeth 3 are missing at a certain position on the zipper strip 1, the user continuously pulls the zipper head 2 to continuously close the zipper at the bottom end of the missing zipper teeth 3, when the zipper head 2 is pulled to the position of the missing zipper teeth 3, the zipper head 2 is continuously pulled, after the second rack 27 arranged on the side surface of the zipper post is meshed with the rotating wheel 8, the rotating wheel 8 is driven to rotate along with the pulling of the zipper head 2, as the zipper teeth 3 are clamped on the elastic corrugated plate 4 through the clamping block 5, the rotating wheel 8 drives the clamping block 5 to rotate when rotating, the clamping block 5 is elastically separated from the wave trough of the corrugated plate, the clamping block 5 is rotated into a vertical shape by the original horizontal clamping, and after the rotation of the clamping block 5 is finished, the second rack 27 is separated from the rotating wheel 8, so that the last zipper tooth 3 can slide the missing position to fill the missing zipper teeth 3, after the last zipper tooth 3 is filled to the missing position, the zipper head 2 is continuously pulled, the filled zipper tooth 3 is further closed with the zipper teeth 3 which are symmetrically arranged at intervals, after the zipper head 2 is continuously pulled, the first rack 26 arranged on the first vertical plate 23 is meshed with the outer side surface of the rotating wheel 8, so that the vertical clamping block 5 is driven to be continuously clamped into the wave trough of the elastic corrugated plate 4, the filled zipper tooth 3 is further fixed, and the zipper tooth 3 is prevented from shaking, so that the integral closing effect of the zipper strip 1 is influenced; when the position of the missing fastener element 3 is closed, the fastener stringer 1 is closed by the above-described operation principle as the fastener element 3 continues to move.
