Detailed Description
The device according to the invention, which is designated by reference numeral 1, is intended for ventilating coverings 200 and the like. The device comprises a cross beam 2. A cross-beam is understood to be a component, for example a plate made of metal, of wood, of plastic or the like. Such plates forming the cross member 2 may be connected to the frame 100. The connection may be by means of a series of screws, nails or by adhesion to the bed. This is some typical example for this connection. The connection can be effected directly or by means of an intermediate connecting element, for example an angle piece consisting of metal or the like. At least two first pipe profiles 3, 4 are connected at one end thereof by means of a transverse beam 2. The tube profiles 3, 4 are understood to be housings with a longitudinal extent, which have a central bore. These tube profiles 3, 4 can be pivoted about an axis 5 parallel to the cross beam 2.
Preferably, this orientation can be limited to a maximum opening of about 90 ° with respect to the cross beam 2 by the stop 50.
Preferably, tensioning elements can be provided which fixedly tension the tube profiles 3, 4 in the extended position.
A spring element 6 is arranged in each first tube profile 3, 4. Advantageously, the spring element is an elastic band 6 made of rubber-like plastic or the like.
The spring element 6 extends through at least one second pipe profile 7, 8 for each pipe profile 3, 4 and connects the second pipe profile to the first pipe profile 3, 4.
The second pipe profile, which is connected to a bearing surface 9 for a covering or the like, can be swung about an axis 10 parallel to the bearing surface 9.
At least one element 11 is present on the first or on the second pipe profile, which element forms a receptacle. The receptacle can be a widened section of one of the tube profiles or an element which is rigidly fixed to the first tube profile 3, 4 or to the second tube profile 7, 8 in order to fix the first tube profile 3, 4 to the second tube profile 7, 8.
The element has a larger inner diameter than the tube profile that has to be introduced.
This fixing is achieved by adjusting the first or second pipe profile 3, 4, 7, 8 by inserting the first or second pipe profile into the element 11. The two tube profiles 3, 4, 7, 9 are held in place by elastic bands, strings, wires or wires.
The elastic band is pre-tensioned before the device 1 according to the invention is pulled out. In this way, the structure is supported in its assembled shape, in which the covering 200 can be ventilated.
In one embodiment, the cross member 2 and/or the support surface 9 for the covering 200 are connected to the two side walls 20, 21, 30, 31. These side walls, together with the cross member 2 and the surface 9, form a body in which the tube profiles 3, 4, 7, 8 can be placed during production. In this way, the device is particularly compact in its unretracted form and can also be transported in a rapid manner. This compactness is achieved in particular because the first tube profiles 3, 4 are positioned in a laterally adjustable manner. In this closed state, the first and also the second pipe profiles 7, 8 rest against one another. In this way, the drawing-off is also made easier and faster, since the lateral supports formed by the first tube profile 3 and by the second tube profile 7 do not catch on each other in the closed state during the drawing-off.
In a different embodiment, at least one stop element 50, 51, 52, 53 can be provided in order to produce a stop of the pipe profiles 3, 4, 7 and 8 facing the outside. The stop element is positioned in the cross beam 2 and/or in the bearing surface 9.
Preferably, two stop elements 50, 51 are arranged in the device 1 for ventilation. Two stop elements 50, 51, each arranged at an end of the transverse beam 2, carry the tube profile 3. In a preferred embodiment, the stop surfaces of the stop elements 50, 51 have a dimension which is smaller than the height of the device 1 for ventilation. In this way, the stop elements 50, 51 are surrounded by the side walls 20, 21, 30, 31 in the closed state in the device 1 for ventilation.
In a preferred embodiment, the stop elements arranged in the cross member 2 are arranged offset in width complementarily to the stop elements 52, 53 in the bearing surface 9. In a preferred embodiment, the ends of the tube profiles 3, 4 are pivotably connected to the cross member 2, and the tube profiles 7, 8 are pivotably connected to the bearing surface 9 via blocks 55. In this way, the stop elements 52, 53 form stops for the tube profiles 7, 8.
Finally, it is clear that additions, modifications and variations apparent to a person skilled in the art can be made to what is described according to the present invention without thereby departing from the scope of protection defined by the accompanying claims.
