Abstract
The invention provides an elastic ring for a connector, which comprises a plurality of fixing elements, wherein the fixing elements are oriented towards the axis of the elastic ring and are arranged in an annular surrounding mode. An elastic element is arranged between the fixing elements and comprises a fixing block and elastic blocks arranged on two sides of the fixing block. The elastic ring for the connector provided by the invention has a stable and reliable structure.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of locomotive vehicle transmission systems, and particularly relates to an elastic ring for a connector.
Background
In mechanical systems, different mechanical transmissions require certain components to be coupled in order to transmit motion and torque backwards. The connector has good displacement compensation performance and vibration and noise reduction capability in a mechanical system, so that the connector is often widely applied to connection of mechanical transmission equipment in the industries of vehicles, ships, lifting, chemical engineering, logistics and the like. In the field of rail transit, the requirements on a locomotive vehicle transmission system are extremely high. Therefore, the elastic ring is a key component of the connector, and the structural stability of the elastic ring is important.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an elastic ring for a connector, which is stable and reliable in structure.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
an elastic ring for a connector comprises a plurality of fixing elements which are arranged in an annularly encircling manner oriented towards the axis of the elastic ring. An elastic element is arranged between the fixing elements and comprises a fixing block and elastic blocks arranged on two sides of the fixing block.
According to the elastic ring for the connector, the plurality of fixing elements are arranged, so that the structural strength of the elastic ring can be improved, the elastic elements can be simply and conveniently installed, the structure of the elastic ring can be simplified as far as possible, and the production and manufacturing cost is saved. In a preferred embodiment of the spring ring for a connector according to the invention, the spring element and the fastening element are connected to the arm end region of the connecting arm independently of one another.
This construction makes it possible to keep the maintenance costs of the elastic ring low, and in the event of wear or damage to one of the elastic elements, it is only necessary to replace a part or individual elastic element, without having to replace the entire ring, thus saving maintenance costs.

In particular, in another preferred embodiment, the fixing element is configured as a rectangular block structure with chamfered top two corners so that a V-shaped receiving space is formed between the outer side faces of the fixing element.
The fixing element with the structure is simple in structure, convenient to produce and manufacture, and capable of enabling the elastic element to be mounted more conveniently on the premise of ensuring stability of the elastic ring structure.
In particular, in a further preferred embodiment, the holding block is configured as a wedge-shaped structure, the wedge-shaped narrow end region facing the inside of the elastic ring and the wedge-shaped wide end region facing the outside of the elastic ring. The elastic block is configured as a rectangular block structure.
The fixing block with the wedge-shaped structure can ensure that the elastic element has a stable and reliable structure when being installed and matched, and ensure that the elastic block with the rectangular block-shaped structure is well matched with the fixing block and plays a good pre-pressing role on the elastic block, thereby avoiding the performance of the elastic ring from being influenced.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further explained in detail with reference to the figures and the embodiments without thereby limiting the scope of protection of the invention.
Fig. 1 schematically shows an installation state of an elastic ring 10 for a connector 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 schematically shows the overall structure of an elastic ring 10 for a connector according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 schematically shows the overall structure of the fixing member 1 of the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 schematically shows the overall structure of the elastic member 2 of the embodiment of the present invention. Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the elastic ring 10 for a connector according to an embodiment of the present invention can be disposed in the arm end region of the connecting arm of the connector 100 to be connected, does not occupy an axial space, and is convenient to install and maintain. The elastic ring 10 can realize torsional rigidity transmission, axial displacement compensation and radial displacement compensation, and reduce the vibration amplitude in the torsional direction. Due to the existence of the elastic ring 10, the connector 100 has the functions of filtering unsteady wave interference, adaptively adjusting and compensating manufacturing, assembling and vehicle transmission errors, and reducing vibration and noise.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the elastic ring 10 for a connector according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of fixing elements 1, and the fixing elements 1 are arranged in an annularly surrounding manner oriented toward an axis of the elastic ring 10. The elastic member 2 is provided between the fixing members 1, and the elastic member 2 includes a fixing block 21 and elastic blocks 22 disposed at both sides of the fixing block 21. According to the elastic ring for the connector provided by the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of fixing elements are arranged, so that the structural strength of the elastic ring can be increased, the elastic elements can be simply and conveniently installed, the structure of the elastic ring can be simplified as far as possible, and the production and manufacturing cost is saved. The elastic element is arranged on two sides of the fixing block, so that the structure of the elastic element is stable and reliable, and the elastic element is convenient to mount.
Preferably, the fixing element 1 and the fixing block 21 are made of a solid material, particularly preferably a metallic material, and the elastic block 22 is made of an elastic material, particularly preferably rubber. Further, in the present embodiment, the fixed block 21 is integrated with the elastic block 22 by vulcanization. The integral connection mode is formed through a vulcanization process, so that the structure of the elastic element is more stable and reliable. And the vulcanizing mould is small, the investment cost of the mould is low, and the production and manufacturing cost is reduced.
Further, in a preferred embodiment, the elastic element 2 is connected to the arm end region of the connecting arm independently of the fixing element 1, as shown in fig. 3 and 4. This construction makes it possible to keep the maintenance costs of the elastic ring low, and in the event of wear or damage to one of the elastic elements, it is only necessary to replace a part or individual elastic element, without having to replace the entire ring, thus saving maintenance costs. In a preferred embodiment, the bottom of the elastic element 2 is provided with a connecting part 3. The connecting part is arranged at the bottom of the elastic element, so that the structural stability of the elastic ring can be improved, and the connection between the elastic element and the connecting arm is stable and reliable and is convenient to install. Further, in a preferred embodiment, the connecting member 3 is disposed at the bottom of the fixing block 21. The connecting part is arranged at the bottom of the fixing block, so that the structure stability and reliability of the elastic element can be ensured under the condition of not influencing the rigidity performance of the elastic element.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, in a preferred embodiment, the fixing members 1 are configured as rectangular block structures with four corners chamfered so that V-shaped receiving spaces are formed between outer side surfaces of the fixing members 1, and inverted V-shaped receiving spaces are formed between the fixing members 1 at positions near the bottom of the fixing members 1. The fixing element with the structure is simple in structure and low in production and manufacturing cost, and can be conveniently installed on the premise of ensuring the stability of the elastic ring structure. Preferably, the bottom of the fixing element 1 is provided with a catch 11 capable of forming a fit with the arm end region of the connecting arm. In particular, the slot 11 is constituted by two uprights 111 arranged at the bottom of the fixed element 1. The clamping groove arranged at the bottom of the fixing element can facilitate the installation of the fixing element, and the positioning is stable and reliable.
Specifically, in a preferred embodiment, the fixing block 21 is configured in a V-block-shaped structure, and the elastic block 22 is configured in a rectangular block-shaped structure. The fixing block and the elastic block in the structural form can facilitate the installation and positioning of the elastic element between the fixing elements, increase the contact area between the elastic element and the fixing elements, and enable the elastic ring to be compact in structure, stable and reliable after installation.
In the present embodiment, it is preferable that the connection member 3 is configured to have a top plate 31 connected to the fixing block 21 and side plates 32 forming a fit with both sides of the inverted V-shaped receiving space. The fixing block and the elastic block in the structural form can facilitate the installation and the positioning of the elastic element between the fixing elements, and the structure is compact. Further, in the present embodiment, the bottom of the fixing block 21 is provided with a connecting block 23 connected to the top plate 31. The fixing block can be stably and reliably connected with the connecting component by further arranging the connecting block. Preferably, the bottom of the connecting part 3 is provided with a mounting groove 33 capable of forming a fit with the arm end region of the connecting arm. The installation of the elastic element can be convenient and fast through the installation groove arranged at the bottom of the connecting part, and the positioning is reliable. Preferably, the mounting groove 33 is formed by two support plates 331 disposed at the bottom of the top plate 31, and the two support plates 331 can be respectively engaged with both sides of the connecting arm so that the entire elastic ring 10 can be very reliably fixed to the member to be connected of the connector by the fastening member.
Further, in the present embodiment, the fixing member 1 and the fixing block 21 are each provided with a mounting hole 4 directed radially toward the axis of the elastic ring 10. The elastic ring can be simply and conveniently installed by arranging the installation holes in the fixing block element and the fixing block. Preferably, both the fixing element 1 and the fixing block 21 are provided with a groove 5 on their outer side facing the periphery of the elastic ring 10 to facilitate the installation of the fastener. By providing the groove, the elastic ring 10 can be fastened and connected to the connecting arm conveniently by fasteners such as screws and bolts. In order to further ensure a stable and reliable connection of the elastic ring 10, mounting washers are provided between the fastening element and the fixing element 1 and the fixing block 21.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the elastic member 2 ' and the fixing member 1 ' in the elastic ring 10 ' are connected to each other to be constructed in an integrated structure. The structure can facilitate the installation and the disassembly of the elastic ring, the whole elastic ring can be installed at the arm end area of the connecting arm at one time, the installation of the whole elastic ring can be ensured to be stable and reliable only by fixing part of the fixing elements and the fixing blocks with fasteners, and the whole elastic ring can be disassembled at one time during the disassembly.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the fixing member 1 'is constructed in a rectangular block structure with chamfers at both top corners such that a V-shaped receiving space is formed between the outer side surfaces of the fixing member 1'. The fixing element with the structure is simple in structure, convenient to produce and manufacture, and capable of enabling the elastic element to be mounted more conveniently on the premise of ensuring stability of the elastic ring structure. Accordingly, in another preferred embodiment, the fixing block 21 ' is configured as a wedge-shaped structure, with a wedge-shaped narrow end region facing the inside of the elastic ring 10 ' and a wedge-shaped wide end region facing the outside of the elastic ring 10 '. The spring block 22' is configured as a rectangular block structure. The fixing block with the wedge-shaped structure can ensure that the elastic element has a stable and reliable structure when being installed and matched, and ensure that the elastic block with the rectangular block-shaped structure is well matched with the fixing block and plays a good pre-pressing role on the elastic block, thereby avoiding the performance of the elastic ring from being influenced.
According to the above embodiments, it can be seen that the elastic ring for a connector according to the present invention has a stable and reliable structure.

Claims (12)
1. An elastic ring for a connector, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of fixing elements arranged in an annular surrounding manner oriented towards the axis of the elastic ring;
an elastic element is arranged between the fixed elements and comprises a fixed block and elastic blocks arranged on two sides of the fixed block;
the bottom of the elastic element is provided with a connecting part which is arranged at the bottom of the fixed block;
the fixing elements are constructed into a rectangular block structure with four corners chamfered, so that V-shaped accommodating spaces are formed between the outer side surfaces of the fixing elements, and inverted V-shaped accommodating spaces are formed between the fixing elements at positions close to the bottoms of the fixing elements;
the connection member is constructed to have a top plate connected with the fixing block, and side plates forming a fit with both sides of the inverted V-shaped receiving space.
2. An elastic ring for a connector according to claim 1, wherein the elastic member and the fixing member are connected to arm end regions of connecting arms of the connector to be connected independently of each other.
3. The elastic ring for a connector according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the fixing block is configured in a V-block-shaped structure, and the elastic block is configured in a rectangular block-shaped structure.
4. The elastic ring for a connector according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a connection block connected to the top plate is provided at the bottom of the fixing block.
5. An elastic ring for a connector according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bottom of the connecting member is provided with a mounting groove capable of forming a fitting with an arm end region of the connecting arm.
6. An elastic ring for a connector according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bottom of the fixing element is provided with a catch capable of forming a fit with an arm end region of the connecting arm.
7. The elastic ring for a connector according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the fixing block is integrated with the elastic block by vulcanization.
8. The elastic ring for connector according to claim 1, wherein the elastic member and the fixing member are interconnected to be constructed in an integrated structure.
9. The elastic ring for connector according to claim 8, wherein the fixing member is constructed in a rectangular block structure with chamfers at both top corners such that a V-shaped receiving space is formed between outer side surfaces of the fixing member.
10. The elastic ring for a connector according to claim 9, wherein the fixing block is configured in a wedge structure, a wedge-shaped narrow end region is directed to an inner side of the elastic ring, and a wedge-shaped wide end region is directed to an outer side of the elastic ring; the elastic block is configured as a rectangular block structure.
11. The elastic ring for a connector according to claim 1 or 2, wherein mounting holes directed radially toward an axis of the elastic ring are provided on both the fixing member and the fixing block.
12. The elastic ring for a connector according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a groove for facilitating mounting of a fastener is provided on each of the fixing member and the fixing block on an outer side surface facing an outer periphery of the elastic ring.
