Still including rectangular glass 40, guide pin bushing 41, funnel 42 and drain pipe 43, rectangular glass 40 that plays the guard action installs in drying cylinder 2 top left side, and drying cylinder 2 right side upper portion rigid coupling has guide pin bushing 41, is equipped with funnel 42 in the guide pin bushing 41, and funnel 42 bottom is connected with drain pipe 43, and drain pipe 43 and drying cylinder 2 right side contact.
Still including first splint 44, second splint 45, bolt 47, spacer 48 and sponge piece 49, drying cylinder 2 left side middle part rigid coupling has first splint 44, drying cylinder 2 is connected with first splint 44 through welded connection's mode, first splint 44 is located fifth through-hole 26 left side, first splint 44 left side is equipped with second splint 45, threaded hole 46 has all been opened at second splint 45 front portion and rear portion, threaded hole 46 has also been opened at first splint 44 front portion and rear portion, bolt 47 has all been revolved in the threaded hole 46 of front and back both sides, spacer 48 is two, divide and locate two bolt 47 lower parts, spacer 48 is connected with bolt 47 through welded connection's mode, the screw thread of spacer 48 upper and lower both sides is opposite, first splint 44 top and second splint 45 bottom all are connected with the sponge piece 49 that is used for absorbing water.
When the dyed cloth 22 needs to be steamed, a worker winds the dyed cloth 22 on the cloth discharge roller 21, then winds the dyed cloth 22 around the first pulley 25, then passes through the fifth through hole 26, then passes through the sixth through hole 27, then passes through the second pulley 29, and finally winds on the collection roller 5, the worker can electrify the heating wire 13 to heat the air in the heating frame 7, then starts the air pump 15 to work, so that the hot air in the heating frame 7 is sprayed out of the long porous frame 17 through the air inlet pipe 14 and the air outlet pipe 16 and is sprayed on the dyed cloth 22, the dyed cloth 22 is steamed, the worker starts the motor 11 to rotate to drive the fan blades 12 to rotate, the outside air is sucked into the heating frame 7, the worker can control the telescopic device 18 to drive the long porous frame 17 to move left and right, so that the dyed cloth 22 can be uniformly heated, and another worker slowly rotates the hand crank handle 6 to drive the collecting roller 5 to slowly rotate so as to roll the steamed cloth 22. When a proper amount of steamed cloth 22 is wound on the collecting roller 5, another worker stops rotating the hand crank 6, then turns off the motor 11 and the air pump 15, and stops controlling the telescopic device 18.
The worker holds the push block 184 to push the push rod 181 leftwards and rightwards, and drives the long porous frame 17 to move leftwards and rightwards, so that the dyed cloth 22 can be heated uniformly. When a proper amount of the steamed cloth 22 is wound on the collecting roller 5, the worker stops pushing and pulling the push rod 181.
When the worker passes the dyed cloth 22 through the sixth through hole 27, the dyed cloth 22 passes through the seventh through hole 37, passes around the second pulley 29, and winds the dyed cloth 22 around the collecting drum 5. When collecting around having the good cloth 22 of proper amount of evaporation on the cylinder 5, the staff presses down bar handle 34, and spring 35 is compressed, and bar handle 34 moves down and drives first blade 33 downstream, can tailor the good cloth 22 of evaporation through the cooperation of first blade 33 and second blade 39 for the good cloth 22 of evaporation can be tailor by more level and smooth of cutting. When the steamed cloth 22 is cut, the worker releases the bar-shaped handle 34, and the bar-shaped handle 34 is reset upwards under the action of the spring 35, and the first blade 33 is reset upwards along with the bar-shaped handle.
The long glass 40 can prevent external dust from falling into the drying cylinder 2 to cause the parts in the drying cylinder 2 to become dirty, and hot air sprayed from the long porous frame 17 adheres to the long glass 40 to form water drops which drop into the funnel 42 along the long glass 40 and then are discharged through the water discharge pipe 43.
After the worker winds the dyed cloth 22 around the first pulley 25, the dyed cloth 22 passes through the space between the two sponge blocks 49, the dyed cloth 22 passes through the fifth through hole 26, the worker rotates the bolt 47 clockwise to drive the first clamping plate 44 to move upwards, the second clamping plate 45 moves downwards, the sponge blocks 49 move inwards, when the sponge blocks 49 move inwards to be in contact with the dyed cloth 22, the worker stops rotating the bolt 47, the sponge blocks 49 can absorb a part of water on the dyed cloth 22, and the dyed cloth 22 can be dried more quickly.
