Description

Preparation method and application of environment-friendly shield tail grease
Technical Field
The invention relates to shield tail grease of a shield machine, in particular to a preparation method and application of environment-friendly shield tail grease.
Background
With the rapid development of the economy of China, the infrastructure of each city is actively developed, particularly the construction of urban rail transit, wherein 43 cities in continental areas of China are already constructing underground rail transit, the climax of the construction of the underground rail transit is raised, and unprecedented challenges and development opportunities are brought to rail transit careers and related industries. In addition, the small diameter shield method used in the construction of large diameter shield method highway tunnels, hydraulic tunnels, electric power tunnels and urban underground pipelines is also increasingly popular.
The shield tail is formed by extending a shield shell steel plate, plays a role in shielding tunnel lining assembly work, and is provided with a shield tail sealing device at the tail end of the shield tail. The shield tail sealing grease is a sealing material used for preventing underground water, soil and grouting materials from entering the shield from the gap between the shield tail and the lining. With the development of high and new technologies, the technological content of the control technology of the shield machine is higher and higher, and if the remote control technology and the like are generally applied to the shield machine, the operation of the shield machine and the control of the ground surface settlement are simpler and easier, and the construction quality of the tunnel is better and better.
The tail shield grease at present is generally composed of oil, lubricating grease, filler, fiber and other auxiliary agents, wherein the oil is mainly mineral base oil, chlorinated paraffin, engine oil, hydraulic oil and the like, and the materials are difficult to degrade and pollute soil and environment. The application of other auxiliary agents can also have a great influence on urban groundwater and soil.
In addition, the shield tail sealing device is very easy to damage due to the ever-changing position of the shield during propelling, so that the shield tail grease is required to have the following characteristics: the slurry injection material has the advantages of excellent working stability, better metal adhesion, water resistance, water pressure resistance, excellent pumping performance and corrosion resistance, thereby effectively preventing water, soil and the slurry injection material from permeating. The tail shield grease used in the prior art has poor pumping performance at low temperature, influences the use of the tail shield grease, and particularly influences the application of the tail shield grease in sealing the tail shield.
