The invention discloses a novel air compressor gear drawing tool and a using method thereof, wherein the air compressor gear drawing tool comprises a drawing sleeve, a drawing head, a drawing bolt and a gear locking device, wherein the gear locking device comprises a swinging piece, a cake-shaped connecting plate and a rotating piece arranged around the connecting plate; the connecting plate is arranged between the drawing sleeve and the drawing head, and is also provided with a central through hole, a positioning pin, a first strip hole and a second strip hole which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the connecting plate; the swinging piece is rotationally connected with the positioning pin; at least two positioning pins are arranged; the drawing head is a hollow cylinder, a connecting pin corresponding to the first strip hole is arranged on the drawing head, and an axial countersunk through hole is arranged on the drawing head; the drawing sleeve, the drawing head and the connecting plate are fixedly connected through bolts, and the connecting plate rotates around the circumference of the bolts; during assembly, the connecting pin is arranged between the swinging piece and the rotating piece. Technical Field

Background
When the air compressor gear is dismantled on site, staff need use the air compressor gear to draw out the gear with cooperation electric spanner. The existing air compressor gear is drawn and includes drawing the cover, drawing the head, drawing the three main part of bolt, use draw at first with drawing the head card air compressor gear, then tighten the bolt that draws in the cover with pneumatic spanner, can draw out air compressor gear. However, the existing drawing tool occupies a large space, is inconvenient to hold and is difficult to adapt to drawing of gears of various types.

drawing: sleeving a drawing head of the drawing tool into the gear, so that the horizontal height of the swinging piece is positioned below the lower end face of the gear; then the rotating piece is held by hands and rotates, the large end of the swinging piece is ejected out by the connecting pin and extends into the central through hole of the connecting plate to form a limiting surface; and tightening the drawing bolt by using a rotating tool, abutting the limiting surface with the lower end surface of the gear, and continuing tightening the drawing bolt until the gear is disassembled.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1) the invention has simple and compact structure and small occupied space;
2) the drawing sleeve and the drawing head are combined into a containing space of the gear, the swinging piece of the gear locking device is clamped below the gear, the gear can be drawn out by jacking the drawing bolt, when the gear drawing device is used, the drawing head is sleeved into the gear to be dismounted after the gear drawing device is assembled, then the rotating piece is rotated, the second strip hole provides a circumferential rotating position for the bolt, the swinging piece is ejected out by the connecting pin and extends to the central through hole, a limiting surface is formed below the gear, and the drawing bolt is tightened by a pneumatic tool, so that the gear can be dismounted;
3) the drawing head and the drawing sleeve are connected in a manner that a countersunk hole is matched with an inner hexagonal head, so that the assembly space is saved, and the device can be used in a smaller working environment;
4) the limiting pin is arranged, so that the swinging piece is prevented from excessively extending out to interfere the gear shaft, and the use of a drawing tool is prevented from being influenced or the side face of the gear shaft is prevented from being damaged.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following detailed description and accompanying drawings. It should be emphasized that the following description is merely exemplary in nature and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention or its application.
Non-limiting and non-exclusive embodiments will be described with reference to the following figures, wherein like reference numerals refer to like parts, unless otherwise specified.
The novel air compressor gear drawing tool shown in fig. 1-6 comprises a drawing sleeve 2, a drawing head 3 and a drawing bolt 1, wherein the drawing bolt 1 is in threaded connection with the drawing sleeve 2 at the upper part, and the drawing head 2 is in bolted connection with the lower part. The novel rotary plate is characterized by further comprising a tooth locking device, referring to fig. 2, the tooth locking device comprises a swing piece 43, a cake-shaped connecting plate 4 and a rotary piece 5 arranged around the connecting plate 4, the connecting plate 4 is fixed at one end or the middle of the rotary piece 5, and knurls 51 convenient to hold are arranged on the outer side of the rotary piece 5. The connecting plate 4 is arranged between the drawing sleeve 2 and the drawing head 3, the diameter of the connecting plate 4 is larger than that of the drawing sleeve 2 and that of the drawing head 3, and the rotor 5 is arranged on the outer side surfaces of the drawing sleeve 2 and the drawing head 3 and has a gap. The connecting plate 4 is further provided with a central through hole 47, a positioning pin 45, and a first long hole 42 and a second long hole 44 which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the connecting plate 4. In the preferred embodiment, the diameter of the central bore 47 is equal to the inner diameter of the jacket 2. The swinging piece 43 is in a gourd-shaped structure with one large end and one small end. The swing piece 43 is rotatably connected with the positioning pin 45, and the swing piece 43 performs pendulum motion on the connecting plate 4 through the positioning pin 45. In the preferred embodiment, 3 positioning pins 45 are provided and respectively fitted with the swinging pieces 43, and 3 positioning pins 45 are provided on the circumference on average. In the prior art, the middle of the drawing head is arranged with a step hole, while the drawing head 3 of the device (see fig. 5-6) of the invention is a hollow cylinder, on which the connecting pin 31 corresponding to the first long hole 42 is fixed, and on the lower side of which the countersunk head through hole 6 of the axial assembling bolt is arranged. The first elongated hole 31 is formed along the circumferential direction of the connecting plate 4, and when the connecting plate 4 is rotated, the connecting pin 31 plays a role in guiding and limiting, and the rotation of the connecting plate 4 cannot be interfered. Draw cover 2, draw head 3, connecting plate 4 and pass through bolted connection fixed, the bolt penetrates then wears into the second rectangular hole 44 of connecting plate 4 from the countersunk head perforation 6 of drawing head 3, screws at last in the screw hole of drawing the cover 2 lower extreme, and second rectangular hole 44 is seted up along the circumferencial direction of connecting plate 4, and when rotating connecting plate 4, second rectangular hole 44 provides the pivoted space for connecting plate 4, and connecting plate 4 relies on second rectangular hole 44 to do the circumference and rotate to do not receive the interference of bolt. During assembly, the connecting pin 31 is located between the swinging piece 43 and the rotating piece 5, the rotating connecting plate 4 moves circularly, the connecting pin 31 is abutted to the outer side of the swinging piece 43, and the side surface of the swinging piece 43 abutted to the connecting pin 31 is an arc line protruding towards the connecting pin 31, so that the connecting pin 31 gradually pushes out the end part of the swinging piece 43 and extends to the central through hole 47 along with the gradually shortened distance between the positioning pin 45 and the connecting pin 31, a limiting surface is formed below the gear, and the drawing bolt 1 is tightened by a pneumatic tool, so that the gear can be dismounted.
In a further improved technical solution of the above embodiment, referring to fig. 3 to 4, the connecting plate 4 is provided with an installation groove 46, the positioning pin 45 and the first elongated hole 42 are both arranged in the installation groove 46, and the installation groove 46 and the second elongated hole 44 are arranged in a staggered manner. The thickness of the pendulum 43 is preferably equal to the depth of the mounting groove 46. The installation groove 46 is arranged, so that on one hand, the whole weight of the device can be reduced, on the other hand, the structure of the device can be more compact, and the use process is smoother.
In a further improvement of the above technical solution, a limit pin 41 is further disposed in the mounting groove 46, and the limit pin 41 is disposed between the central through hole 47 and the swinging piece 43. The limiting pin 41 is used for limiting the swinging piece 43, so that the swinging amplitude of the swinging piece 43 is prevented from being too large, and the use stability of the device is improved.
In another preferred embodiment of the above technical solution, the diameter of the circumference where the first elongated hole 42 is located is smaller than the diameter of the circumference where the second elongated hole 44 is located, so that the arc of the flap 43 can be more gradual and smooth.
The use method of the novel air compressor gear drawing tool comprises the following steps:
assembling: assembling a gear locking device on the upper part of a drawing head 3, enabling a connecting pin 31 to penetrate into a first strip hole 42, then rotationally connecting the small end of a swinging sheet 43 with a positioning pin 45, ensuring that the swinging sheet 43 is positioned between the connecting pin 31 and a limiting pin 41, connecting the drawing head 3, a connecting plate 4 and a drawing sleeve 2 into a whole through a bolt, enabling the connecting plate 4 to be positioned between the drawing head 3 and the drawing sleeve 2, and finally screwing a drawing bolt 1 into the upper part of the drawing sleeve 2 to finish assembling;
drawing: sleeving a drawing head 3 of the drawing tool into the gear, and enabling the horizontal height of the swinging piece 43 to be below the lower end face of the gear; then the rotating piece 5 is held by hand and rotated, the big end of the swinging piece 43 is ejected out by the connecting pin 31 and extends into the central through hole 47 of the connecting plate 4 to form a limiting surface; and tightening the drawing bolt 1 by using a rotating tool, abutting the limiting surface against the lower end surface of the gear, and continuing tightening the drawing bolt 1 until the gear is disassembled.

Therefore, it is intended that the invention not be limited to the particular embodiments disclosed, but that the invention will include all embodiments and equivalents falling within the scope of the invention.
